Please go ahead and close this location on Cantrell in Little Rock so that people do not continue to waste gas and time going here because lately they never have anything stocked, the few staff they do have are very rude and disrespectful. The beverage and bread delivery guys and always waiting around for someone to come in check them in. The cashiers ignore the customers while they are checking each other out. They have no problem openly telling one cashier checking the other out to ring their items up for 10 and 25 cents because they are only paying $17 for a basket full of items and they are going to go home and sell them to their neighbors. May be why there is nothing on the shelves for customers to buy. I cant understand how this location makes enough in sells to pay the rent on the building to keep it open. This location use to be one of the best Dollar Tree locations under previous management. However now its the worst and a total waste of time and gas driving to this location.

This place is ridiculous! With all the employees they've hired, you would the shelves are stocked, parking lot clean and someone at checkout. No! Besides those things, A lot of products once sold there are not anymore. And I was told it's due to the price increase. Makes no sense, but okay.

The store operation times and the times which are provided by Google are not the same. Google has 9AM- 9PM and almost all of the stores have some hand written signage taped to their doors stating 9AM- 5PM. Can we please get an update on Google?

Ever since moving to Riverdale, I shop here at least twice/week. Lots of selection, but sometimes not completely stocked. Whatever. Its all one dollar. Good quality bread, though not always totally fresh. So try to go when recently stocked, or buy and toast for sandwiches. Recommend going here first to pick up things that would ordinarily be 3 times more expensive in other stores! Does seem to attract people who ask for money in parking lot

The store wasn't crowded and there were 2 employees I saw. One was working so hard, making the shelves organized and putting back where they belong she was very friendly. The cashier was a very nice young lady. I bought a case of my hubby's favorite beans, and she helped me carry all my bags to the car. I was very nervous as she had a boot on her foot . She was sweet and so helpful. I wish both ladies worked at the store closer to my house, but most of all, I wish only the very best for the two of them.More stores need people like them.

GOOGLE HRS INCORRECT- SUBMITTED CORRECT HOURS TODAY.The 1-2 workers on shift are usually nice(i wouldn't know now, since the new hrs). This store now closes at 5p and it's ridiculous because WHEN ARE WE SUPPOSE TO GO!!? PEOPLE WORK 8-430... THEY DON'T OPEN UNTIL 9... AND THEY CLOSE AT 5. IF YOU'RE PREPARING TO CLOSE THE LOCATION... Today decided to go to this dollar tree on my lunch break (1 hour). The cashier spend so much time like 30 minutes talking to a customer who had a lit of items but mostly the same 20 oz sodas so anyone who has ever been a cashier knows to count all the same items first then the different items last but he spend his whole shift talking while his hands barley moved. I got into another line and the cashier was limited talking but getting the store cleared he needs to be consult or something.

This store is never open any more. It's the worst dollar tree ever!!! If they can't stay open then they should close it FOR GOOD! Maybe a store that can keep their doors open can open up here. It sucks to need to stop there for something real quick and they are closed! In the middle of the day!!! At different hours really this store has gone way down hill since Sonja Hess left!!!!!! They don't seem to keep employees very long, so it is very hit or miss. Occasionally, the store is fully stocked, but most of the time, it is not. As of this review, they've reduced their store hours to 9am-5pm daily.

Honestly I would give this place 0 stars because today I go into the store with my guy friend and grabbed what I was there for and go to check out and everything was fine. Well on the way out the door I noticed they had a table set up about a hiring event and was already outside when I told my friend that I was going to run back in and put down my info in hopes to get a interview, so I did and ran out bc my friend was in a hurry. Before I get to my ride the lady who had checked me out not even 2-3 minutes before that goes outside to yell at me and accuse me of stealing. And all I can think is, this lady must think that just because I ran in and out, must mean I had to of stolen something, which I didn't do but Im also not going to argue with incompetent people who just make accusations and was completely unaware with what really happened she even tried to tell me to not come back which isn't going to stop me anyway ) Maybe if she was actually paying attention to her surroundings instead just assuming she would've seen me filling out my info for a interview. now unfortunately I most likely won't get a call for a interview and I wish I had looked at this woman's name tag bc honestly she was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional and not only yelled at me to not come back but was cursing too and just argueing with my guy friend who was annoyed at the fact that she was accusing me of something he knew I didn't be even do. It was a African American woman probably in her 30s and I don't care if it's just a dollar store I think employees should carry themselves A LOT more professional and never yell or curse at any customer no matter what. So corporate or the manager of this place please get your employees some better training

What I just witnessed at this location is absolutely ridiculous. A customer asked the cashier for help with locating hats. The cashier called what seemed like a manager, who was in the office on her freaking phone. The manager proceeds to tell the cashier, ‘Don’t call me no more for stupid stuff like that cuz she clearly didn’t look for the hats.’ Maybe I came in the wrong day. #SMMFH

I can not say enough about this dollar tree! Always clean and have cute and wonderful things to make my apartment a little more cozy! But yesterday while at the store there was a horrible customer who was berating the staff and just being ugly! I can't tell you how IMPRESSED I was with how the staff handled the situation! They kept a cool head the entire time and handled the entire situation with grace. Not for a second despite the customers behavior did i feel unsafe and I think thats all due to the way it was handled by the staff! I will definitely be back!

This is our usual business of choice when we are buying our everyday items. We always leave with what we needed and more times than not, things we didn't necessarily need.lol. but always got what we came in for. Today we went in looking for an item we have seen hundreds of times before. It has always been in the bathroom/hygiene/medicine isle. Unfortunately this location did not have it put on its shelf yet. EVERYTHING AROUND IT was completely and clearly freshly stocked. We were overheard by an employee, she asked what we was looking for, we showed and told her & I asked if it was still in the boxes she has to break down and stock, she said Yes but she doesn't know which box it came in and she would have to dig it out. Basically, she didn't want to. I work in retail, I get it but with saying that, I do that for my customers. It's a work ethic. It doesn't discourage me from shopping at the Dollar Tree stores, but that location may not be my first choice next time.

Very popular location, smaller than other Dollar Trees, but good selection. Generally speaking, only about one out of five staff persons are polite and professional. So they obviously need better management and training. However, during the pandemic they are simply understaffed. 1/2 the products are wiped out or unboxed.Update: In case your missed the news, prices have increases by 25%. They are now the buck and a quarter store.

The staff is always friendly. I've been going there for years and every employee has been warm, genuine and helpful every time I've gone there. I'd give a 5 star rating if not for the many times they've been out of something on the food/candy isle that they usually do carry. Other than that, they're great.

My husband cliff and I used to shop there all the time. Ever since the remodel the shelves stay empty and boxes of stock stay in the floor. We shopped there because it was convenient and cheap. Now we go there very seldom because they never have anything. The reason I took the picture of the candy isle is because that is pure laziness to leave the candy in the box and not take it out. That just looks bad. At least they have candy out for sale.

2 years ago I reviewed 5 stars and since then from today of 5/25/20 and maybe a year ago. I've had a change of heart with what I believe is a female manager with poor skills with customers and perhaps workers. Was a time I asked for boxes that was empty that I was in need of and she was rude and then it was today that was a spill in the checkout lane ; the cashier couldn't stop checking customers out so I look for help so no one would end getting injured and low and behold I knocked on the manager door to report the situation and it was like I was a child. I was told that have to wait I'm counting money!!! Well if they was to get sued, actually who would be counting money to her being neglected of people safety?

Great place, except ... Come on Corporate!! Come work in Arkansas or anywhere in the humid South for a summer and see how you like corp. policy to keep it hot in the stores. You are LOOSING BUSINESS because we discuss it as we shop and walk out with far less, if anything, because we can't stand to stay in there to shop. Your POOR employees!! Shame!

The 2 managers on duty tonight July 26, 2016 at 8:30 pm, one male and one female were very unprofessional and disrespectful to my family and I. I'm sure if you run the cameras back you'll see how very disrespectful they were to us in front of other customers. We would like to contact the corporate office and see what they think of their managers customer service skills after running back the cameras. Needless to say we walked out after being asked to leave, leaving behind a cart full of merchandise we were about to purchase.
