One of my favorite Dollar General's the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they often have everything I need. Recently I stopped in to see if they carried SD Card adapters (they do) and an associate by the name of Austin helped me find one. Upon leading me to the area of the store where the adapters are located, Austin kindly researched near by stores to make sure I was getting a good deal. 10/10. I will definitely be back.

I've never been to a Dollar General where the manager was so helpful and friendly. I needed help that was above and beyond the call of duty and this young man was splendid. He said he has been the manager for 5 years at this particular store and I can say he is a very good hire!

I love my DG folks but the store seems poorly managed.Way too often I stop in for basic goods and find there is none. Like right now how this DG is suffering through a great Diet Coke shortage that's at least 5 days old with no hope until after the long holiday weekend.And who can forget the months when eggs were sold out 4 days a week?Most retail stores use software to predict demand and manage ordering inventory to keep the shelves stocked.DG on the other hand must be using something else. Whatever it is, it's not very good.The bottom line is don't depend on DG to have what you need.

Such an awesome chain of stores . Folks in rural areas can save lots of dollars in gasoline alone by not having to travel to town . They seem to have a knack for hiring friendly helpful staff.

Drink selection was subpar & store seemed to be in disarray. Just sort of a clusterf*ck walking in the door. The staff members were nice though.

I dislike it b/c the store Manager couldn't help with digital coupons. Then said "maybe it's your phone" as if the phone dictates the offering or somehow magically creates the coupons.

The Dollar General Ferndale store is a absolute pleasure to shop! The employees are super friendly and always helpful! From the Manager on down the line great place to shop!!

I rated 3 because dollar generals name is a misnomer. Its regularly higher then walmart for the same item. On the plus I do like the location, if you live in ferndale it will save you a occasional trip into town if you just need something common.

Convenient to our house but always cluttered. I've been in this place maybe one time in a year because of all the Clutter and some of the employees are a little scary.

Chloe's are very nice very helpful everything's pretty neat and clean and it's easy to find items if you don't know where an item is located the employees will usually know

Just waited 20 minutes for an employee to finally show up to open the store late only to walk in and find they didn't have the milk I needed. Started to get real tired of this brand new location! Employees need to step it up!
