I purchased a pair of sweatpants as gift. I ordered a Medium, they sent a pair that was marked as a medium but fit a person who only wears XL and fit then loosely meaning a mistake was make. They refused to help and rudely said "you ordered a M and that's what you got"I don't understand why they refused to help and had to be so rude. They seem to take it personally that they got called out making a very very clear mistake. This was a christmas gift and this company could care less. They told me to keep the sweatpants for myself since they fit me. But I don't want them, I wanted them as a gift for my partner who wears a medium but was swimming in these.Two attempts were made to work this out with Dogtowne Dry Goods but Reed their Operations Director was clearly in no mood to help.As you can see from the photo the pants on top are XL and they are smaller than the "medium" Dogtowne sent us and are refusing to help us fix this simple mistake.

The quality of the t shirts I bought that look the exact same after several washes is enough to make me leave a review...but the vibe in this store is just what Argenta needs. We need more Mom and Pop shops just like this. Keep it up Dogtowne!!!!
