They shaved my Pomeranian after I specifically asked them not to. My dogs coat will never grow back properly now. Every decent groomer knows better than to shave a Pomeranian. It’s lazy, and the long-term effects are exponentially more harmful to the animal and more expensive for the owner!

Went today to have my Yorky cut. Been going there for three years. The person that cut him must not know how to cut a Yorky. I am very very disappointing. I called to tell them that I was very unhappy the lady was oh No, I got to look at him like this till it grows back the one on the left was before the one on right was today

We love doggie do’s, the staff is great and price appropriate! They knew just how to cut my dogs hair but are totally willing to do little things I prefer (shorter ears, one dog trimmed a little longer, etc!).

The ladies were extremely personable and friendly! When dropping her off, I asked for a simple trim; I got a full blown shave down. The uniqueness of my Cavapoo was her beautifully unique color which is no longer there..:: except on her bushy tail. They did not honor my request but seemed to use the simplest method possible for them. If you want a shave then go, but if you’re looking for a more technical “cut” I might look elsewhere. This seems to be the theme throughout the comments here. She no longer looks like the photo here at all. :-(

I’m always so satisfied with how great of a job they do on my girls! I have a border collie and German Shepard. They work MAGIC ✨ on them with deshedding & grooming. The customer service is also great.

Today was Astro's first day to the groomers. The workers were very kind, and did an amazing job for a great price. From nose to tail, he was extremely clean, including his ears. His nails were also trimmed. He smells and looks great. We are very happy we found a groomers as good as Doogie Do's. We would highly recommend them!

Do not bring your pet here unless you want it to be shaved and ruined forever! I can see how this place isn’t accredited by the Better Business Bureau. I don’t know how they are still in business. Quite frankly, they are beyond unprofessional and incompetent. I wouldn’t take my ex girlfriends dog here

I love how she interacts with my dog. He comes home with cute accessories and never reacts as if she has mistreated him. That being said, I don't know if his first cut was the result her not knowing what I envisioned or if there were some unexpected tangles. I asked her to round out his head. It was very narrow. I still go to her and will see if the next cut is better.Update:The next groom was great. Still using her for my Havanese.

Love the great folks at Doggie Do’s! We have a part Husky that sheds a lot, and he always comes home so soft and free of all the loose hair. They also do a great job trimming our Maltese. Great job all around!

This was my second time there and they were even more awesome than before and Chance loved it, they said he was awesome and he was ready to get his hair cut 10/10 will recommend and most definitely will go again.

Doggie Don’t!!!!! ✂️ This place shaved my sisters Pomeranian after she specifically requested that he not be shaved. They turned $1000 dog into a hideous, depressed, rat!!! It’s devastating, I can’t even imagine! 🙀

They ruined my pomeranian. After being specifically told not to ever shave him, I arrived to find this (see pics)pathetic looking pom, I could barely recognize!!! Do NOT EVER TRUST THIS PLACE WITH ANY PURE BREED ANIMAL!! THEY WILL NOT HONOR YOUR REQUESTS, AND COULD RUIN YOUR ANIMALS COAT!!!

I was previously going to a different groomer that did not know how to cut my pom's fur. I like for it to be shorter during the summer months so he's not so hot. Doggie Do's did a great job! I can usually get an appt within a week, and the staff is always kind and helpful.

I tried them out with the drop in service and returned for a scheduled bath & nails for my old man. Everyone was so nice and gentle with my old dog Bug. I highly recommend this place!

Great work on my golden retriever. However there is no appointment time for your dog. There is a drop off time then pick up time. It’s dragged out too long. (Not to mention they did not verify any rabies or vaccination requirements). You shouldn’t have to drop you’re dog off at 8am to pick them up after 1pm. & for my newly adopted and still scared doggo it was too much. I believe this causes anxiety and frankly I had to waste time until I picked her up. I wish they would do it by appointments only.

Do not take your dog to this place. I took my Golden Retriever there, and I asked them not to cut/style his hair because he is terrified of clippers, just if they found a place that had matted hair, cut that. So they shaved his entire stomach and groin area, even though he was not matted there. He is missing some of the beautiful feathering that is particular to this breed now. They also cut off a lot of the hanging coat on his underside (also wasn't matted).I asked them to do a decent de-shedding, but in the truck immediately after picking him up, i could still pull tufts of hair out of his legs which were the worst of his shedding problem areas.they trimmed his ear hair, and it looks terrible and choppy at best.They never took him outside over the 7.5 hours he was there.The lady that took him when I brought him in was too busy on her phone to even greet my dog. she just grabbed the leash and took him to the back.This place doesn't care about you or your dog. find somewhere else if you want good service and a caring groomer, because this isn't it.

I have a Bernadoodle and if you're familiar with this breed or any type of doodle, they don't shed or should I say very rarely! So it being the summertime My boy Murphy was in dire need of a haircut because he was extremely fluffy and Lord knows how hot he was!I've taken him to a few different groomers and they've all done about the same but this time was different! I was referred to Doggie Do's by a friend who gets their Goldendoodle groomed there and she swears by them! At this point, I'm like "what's the worst that can happen?" So I called and the lady who answered the phone was extremely friendly, answered all my questions, and set an appointment for my pup for 2 days later and they didn't make me be there at an exact time! You have a 3-hour window to drop them off of a morning and then when they're done you don't have to rush back and pick your dog up, they will actually hang out and watch your dog and let them play with all the other dogs until you get off and make it by to pick your pet up!I wish I could give them more than five stars because of the staff, I had many questions about my dog and the products I need to use to keep his coat in the best condition possible and even though they have products for sale because of his breed they actually recommended a product that they didn't sell which told me right then that they care more about being honest and doing right by the customer and their pet then their pocketbooks! I was so impressed by the staff and the friendliness on top of the customer service that I will never have my dog groomed at another place as long as I live in the Little Rock area!Thank you Doggie Do's for an amazing haircut for my beloved Murphy and thank you for treating us with kindness, respect, dignity, and a willingness to educate me on the things that I need to know to make me a better dog owner!If you are looking for a groomer for your four-legged family member then go to Doggie Do's, I promise you'll be happy that you did and if you go somewhere else it'll definitely be a Doggie Don't!

Do NOT trust your dog to them. They kept my dog an hour past the time they told us she would be ready (9 hours, by the way). They refused to give our dog to my wife when she requested. I had to go there myself to retrieve the dog (that’s now two hours late, 10 hours total) and confronted the owner (who was unprofessional & rude). Our dog also now walks with a limp on her surgically repaired knee which I told them to be careful with. She had walked perfectly post-surgery until we brought her home from these people. Will likely have to go back to the vet to have them look at her leg to see if it needs another surgery. The cut was cute, so the skills are there, but other groomers can also cut hair without the fireworks from the staff/owner.

I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance with this company and had a very long conversation with a nice lady in regards to my dog's needs. At the time of the appointment, I spoke with someone(Jennifer the owner) and she was awfully unfriendly and not helpful. I opted to not use this company and sought out help elsewhere. I do feel this was racially motivated so please beware!

I called another local groomer with high reviews and the next appointment was in 3 months! This place was able to see my dog later the same week! Everytime I call they are able to see my dog within a week or two, which is very convenient if you don't want to always schedule months in advance! They do a great job and are very reasonably priced!

We have now entrusted our fur babies to the owner of this doggie salon for more than a decade. I want to say again how very lucky we are to have Jennifer and her team grooming (and loving) our sweet Polly & Josie! Jennifer works magic on our babies, and everyone is so kind at Doggie Do's!!! ❤ We wouldn't go anywhere else!

I love this place. They do a very good job on my pomeranian. He comes out all frisky and happy after being groomed. If they notice a problem with him they let me know what their concerns are. I would recommend them to anyone.

We got our 4 month old cockapoo groomed today and were really nervous about his first cut both because we didn’t know how he would do and we didn’t want him to look ridiculous 🤣 let me say - Doggie Do’s NAILED the puppy cut and our Winston looks adorable. His fur was so soft and he smelled so fresh. He even gets to sport his new fancy bandana. This was our first grooming experience, and we won’t be going elsewhere. Your pup will be in good hands here!!
