Great service! I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The manager asked what I was looking for, then took me right to it. They were out of what I needed, but I'd shop there again solely based on their customer service. The store was clean, and everything was in order.

Love this hardware store. Excellent customer service. I can get in and out in minutes instead of hours like at big box stores. I've always been greeted at the door and someone personally helps me find what I need. Great shopping experience.

Great Ace hardware. Locally owned like all Aces. This one is clean, huge, and staffed by the friendliest people. I was asked twice if I needed help. Everything I needed was in stock. They have some local shirts and hot sauce and other gifts. Check them out!

The buffet was simply superb. Chicken Fried Rice and Mr. Tao's spicy beef was to die for...10 STARS. We always bring family to this location. Service was fast and friendly. Prices are a little pricey but, it is worth it. Highly recommend to anyone in Little Rock.

Clean well organized Bice employees. But they have issues with homeless drug addicted folks coming in there every day. I'm unsure they have ever called the police for help to resolve these issues. But overall it's big well kept and I like the store.

Found a 16 qt bag of potting soil for $6.99, which is a pretty good price. They're one of the few places I've been to that was well stocked. Plus they sell local honey from Cabot which is really cool of them.

Loved this store, it looked like it had done great plants. I needed a restroom since I drove from Conway but they aren't open to the public yet. I will not use a restroom of a business I'm not a patron of so I didn't go elsewhere. Couldn't hang around to make a purchase. During Covid option 1) Post a sign "Use restroom at your own risk they are only cleaned every so often"2) Clean the restrooms and keep your paying customers.Disappointed ☹️

I called to inquire about something I needed. The lady offered to put the items at the check out desk for me. When I arrived that made it very easy to get in and out of their store. Their store was huge on the inside.

I had been looking for a painters respirator for a week everywhere else was out but i was able to find one here. The staff was helpful and knew what they were talking about, and the cashier was kind. Ill definitely be back here.

The aggressiveness of the employees is a bit overwhelming -- some employees are not dressed in what I would consider appropriate work attire.I also purchased 2 house keys here, got home to find they don't work at all.I'm updating this review to a 3-star, due to the GM responding and offering to make it right.

Great local hardware store with plenty of helpful employees. One guy had lots of experience repairing old plaster walls, which our neighborhood is full of, lol. More helpful advice than This Old House. Yes, they are attentive, but I can have a sense of humor, or tell people I'm fine if I don't need help. I go here often, and usually find everything I need.

I went here as my last resort to find a part for my sink, unfortunately they didn’t have it but the employees were very kind and helpful to help me to find this part. I was very impressed how kind, they were.. I haven’t seen that kindness in retail in a long time.

I've been coming to this store all summer for a job I've been doing. The people that try to help are annoyingly standing over you the entire time. I asked where I could find a certain drill bit, a forstner 3/4 to be exact, the older gentlemen helping me responded with what are you doing maybe I can get you the right tool, (I already had the right tool) so I had to spend 30 min explaining the wire railing, which he still didn't understand, so back to my original question!!!!! and it's this kind of customer service that makes me want to go to Lowe's!!

My husband and I visited this location in Little Rock, AR, today, and were appalled at the way the employees treated us. We were stopped no less than three times by 3 different bored employees and the third time a separate employee actually made fun of the fact that we like to "browse hardware stores." When we left a group of idle people, including an older man who I assumed was the manager, accosted us as to why we didn't buy anything. I politely said we were looking, and that it was our first time in an ACE hardware store. I can assure you it will also be our last. Shame of those men for making customers feel bad for bothering to visit their store. Every other store in this area is manned by polite employees and it's a very friendly neighborhood. I will be shopping elsewhere when I need hardware for my house. Please advise your employees to reconsider how they treat visitors to their stores in the future.

I was recently in the market for a Stihl chainsaw. I called and spoke to Mr. Bob who was very helpful - I had some questions he thought would be best suited for their local Stihl Certified mechanic, Eagle. I went to the store and visited with them both extensively about differences between saws and they were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable about every aspect discussed.The store was clean, and the workers all very nice. I would highly recommend using these guys for as your certified Stihl dealer/mechanic.

Staff has always been pleasant and helpful. But today I purchased a tool that was defective and they refused to accept a return, an hour later. They wouldn’t even look at the tool, they just pointed at the return policy sign. Emailed ACE corporate and they directed me to an address without a name and said I should direct the issue to the manufacturer. To make this worse this was an ACE branded set of pliers. Why would you choose to ACE over any competitor when they won’t accept returns? Poor service like this will kill the neighborhood hardware store. Hate to say it but I won’t be returning.

I had a very bad experience with this company on Cantrell rd bought an paint sprayer earlier that morning and hours later my paint sprayer failed they didn’t try to exchange nor give a refund which online say all items are refunded within thirty days didn’t notice the box had been open and wasn’t completely new until I started using it I’m a painter trying to be successful and the people at the counter acting because I was black I was trying to get over I won’t never shop at this store again and the Graco equipment gives one year warranty and they discarded that Custer satisfaction

This is the MOST EXPENSIVE hardware store I have ever been to in my life. I needed supplies to finish a job and everything I bought was literally several dollars more than anywhere else for the exact same thing. I guess because their name is ACE? Nice people but way too expensive for the same thing you can get somewhere else cheaper.

One of the better/best Hardware stores, and open on Sundays is definitely a big plus, and the big secret.... the Staff has vast knowledge of hardware, tools, and equipment along with the willingness to be helpful. They've earned my return business
