I’ve always had good experiences but lately they’ve hired a young man who is exceptional. They offer quickly to help you carry things to your car and anticipate your needs. I’ll be asking his name next time but it is extremely reassuring in 2024 to meet such a polite, helpful, eager young person. I think he will go far in life with his ambitious attitude and caring spirit.His name is Lee and I was back today.

So happy they are still kicking it here downtown. I go all the time due to convenience to the house. However prices have increased so much on mulch and a few things I have always locked up here…I’m seriously priced out and going back to Lowe’s in North Little Rock. Wish they could drop prices 20%.

Employees there are so so very helpful. Good prices, they have allot of good items. Great place to shop. What makes this location good is the Employees. Nothing is perfect, but I give "this" location 4.5 out of 5.0.

Another great experience at Besser. We were looking for a stain and brushes to finish prep for raised garden beds. As usual, an employee asked if we needed help. We did! He made sure we got the right products and instructed us on their proper use. It feels so good to know you have the right product and how to use them. Besser Is The Best!

Tanner and Dustin saved my family's road trip from Texas to Michigan. One of the straps to our roof top luggage carrier broke while pulling into hotel in Little Rock. Tanner helped me find a ratchet strap to serve as a replacement and Dustin came out to the parking lot and helped me install it. This Ace Hardware turned a high stress situation into a huge relief. Thank you for your A+ customer service.

The staff at BESSER Ace Hardware were great! Not only were they extremely friendly and helpful over the phone, but when I got there they brought my items right out to my car. I do plan on doing business with them in the future.

Normally I had a pretty good experience at this store not today it seemed like the employees were put out to even take my money and the customer service was just not up to it standard. Very disappointed and if it happens again we'll look elsewhere

Nice place to buy almost anything. I needed bike straps and I found something similar at a much better price than buying them online and paying a shipping price. Will definitely shop here again.

The employees greet you before you even walk completely in the door & help you find whatever you are looking for. I needed fuses for my rent house and the hardware guy took me through all the steps & had me up & running..

I've been doing business with this hardware store for more than 20 years . . .The personnel will always direct you and will try their best to help you decide which purchase is right for home or project . . . .The best hardware store in Little Rock in my opinion .I couldn't live with myself if I were to rate ACE / Besser with less than 5 stars .Come visit ACE and let the ACE crew help you with your hardware needs . . . One couple in front of us in line. We stood waiting for about 15 minutes and no one in line had been seated. If they want customers, they need to hire more workers. Pay them more, line your corporate pockets a little less.

Made a purchase at this store for the lawnmower that was on sale the CircularNews paper. Find it to be false advertising and missleading. The price was 189.90 with out self propell craftsman mower. The correct price was 307.00. The 2 sales person read the advertising and also said it was false advertising.
