Great department store. This is a large location with plenty of parking outside in a nice shopping center. The store itself is well laid out with a huge selection. Employees are very helpful as well. Worth a bit of a drive to shop here. Also, make sure you download the Belk app. All the sales are accessed through the app.

This was my first time going to this store. It wasn't for myself but for my client, everything was very nice and well put together in that store. Store is organized and aisles easy to navigate. At some point soon, they need to add back department staff to promote sales and aid the customer to find products. It would be nice to have flashing light at checkout counters that are actually staffed.

Worse store I have ever been in! I waited 30 minutes to get checked out. One clerk for the entire store and only one cashier. I gave up without my purchase. They need self check out. 😡

Belks has a good sale unfortunately most of the items were winter closeout sales items and I am a big guy so there wasn't a big selection to choose from. I did manage to snag a couple nice shirts 👕.

I wish I could give this store manager a 0. I just spent $474 at this store and while reviewing my receipt I notice the associate charged me twice for one item. He told me he could not credit my card bc the card had to be there in order to give me credit. I asked him for his manager. He told me he does not have a manager. I said well you have a boss and I need his contact information. He told me he does not give that information out. He proceeded to hang up on me. I hope his boss reads this review and realizes that this store manager has cost him business and will continue to with his customer service skills or lack of. I hope anyone reading this will think twice about shopping at this store in the future. We all have supervisors to answer to and holding that information from unhappy customers says a lot about his work ethic. Very Unsatisfied customer!!! Do better Belk!!!

There was a gentleman by the name of Gary in the men's department. Extremely helpful tried to cater to all of my needs. Not only did he point me in the right direction but he took me to the items I was looking for and helped find sizes (very rare today). He also explained new trends to me. This guy gets a 10 plus.

I think it's a good place to shop for your kids, they also have some famous Ariana grande perfumes, I would recommend those too.

Shopping for a wedding ring today and got fantastic deals at 75% off. Had Rick taking care of us. He goes the extra mile to care for us. We always wait for Rick in the jewelry department. He goes above and beyond. Shopped other departments as well. They have fantastic deals/sales. Great experience.

Great discounts and sales. Would get 5 stars but they have not quite recovered their inventory from the pandemic. I look forward to them at 100% because they have got it. Their jewelry selection is nice and if you catch it right you will always come away happy with the pricing. Check them out in person...I dare you to walk out without seeing something you like!(When their inventory is back up I will give them their 5th star back...)

Just went in here to Poop, as my wife was getting a haircut next door!!Prices are way to high here to actually shop. But that bathrooms were very clean. I recommend the bathrooms here.

Shout out to Eloise. She checked my mom and grandma out and was absolutely wonderful, especially considering that the women before us were giving her a hard time. She was extremely professional and friendly during our entire interaction. The only reason I'm even leaving a review is because of how wonderful she was. Belk, if you're actually reading this, know that you have an amazing employee and whatever you're paying her, it's not enough. She was fantastic.

Recent visit had me rethinking my three star review so I added a fourth. The store was much more tidy than I have seen it in the past. Bathrooms were clean this time and there were well thought out displays. Keep it up!

Great department store. Unbeatable prices. I bought 2 pairs of big brand shoes at full price. I got a 30% discount at check out and $20 voucher for only $76. So now I have to go back. How they make any $$ I have no idea but I guess that is not my problem..

Had a great experience here today I had two great salespeople helping me one was Malik He was so helpful. Every time I turned around he was right there for me. Ms. Natalie in the shoe department was awesome she's so fun so helpful. The manager was wonderful had a great time today.

Good quality clothes, jewelry and products. They could have a wider variety but for what they are and the variety of what they offer, it's a pretty great store. If you need a last minute, early, or special occasion fit, this is a good place. Catch them when they have deals, they're kinda expensive if you're not taking advantage of a sale.I recommend getting the Belk card.You probably won't go there alot, also, you will not regret the things you buy, so,, might as well passively build a little credit here and there in the process.

Choices in women’s clothing. Belk’s use to be awesome to shop at for dresses, skirts and blouses from 2019 and back. But now, I got to go and the choices to choose from was all for our elderly women clearly not for all types of backgrounds. My mom was even disappointed in their stock. Good if your 70 plus and if you looked a certain way. Happily found some cute shoes and jewelry… that’s it. Belk’s use to be that store I can count on to find a cute dress knee high or even right below the knee while still business casual, sexy without provocative. Let’s just say I’ll be back after I turn 70 in about 36 years. The staff was wonderful, except in the makeup department, bit standoffish (beautiful cream skin tone) no greeting from them whatsoever and no acknowledgement of our presence, but staff in the shoe departments was extremely friendly (also beautiful and chocolate caramel skin tones). I’ll go back for the jewelry sales and shoes for sure.

This is a beautiful and large store. Reminds me of the old Sears on University. Two levels of departments with Outstanding prices and deals on shoes and clothing.
