came to this store to buy a dress for a wedding rehearsal and not a single person spoke with me my entire journey throughout the entire store. I know some people have their days that are off, but this has happened multiple times. Other older women in this store got great service, but I went without being spoken with. As I walked to the fitting room, one employee from behind cash asked if I’m still doing okay...but never did anyone say anything to know if I was ever okay. I gave this feedback to the ladies behind the cash register. Will not be going back to this store, and I hope they realize they need to give everyone equal experience.

I went to pick up an online order, which was simple, because I'm trying to stay out of public places as much as possible. The staff was very helpful, got my order ready. It was so hard to not stay and look at all the gorgeous textiles, holiday decor, and smell all the candles. So I did.

The store is beautiful and the staff has always been friendly. I unfortunately have had a negative experience with the registry. I ordered 8 items from a bridal registry in the store. The items failed to show fulfilled on the registry site. Even once the items shipped, they still showed available to purchase. I attempted to solve this issue with the local associates. Their solution was for the bride to just return items that she did not want due to getting large quantities. This is unacceptable as this is the reason that registries exist, so you get what you need in the right quantity. I called the 800 number provided for such issues, No help! sent an email and received a promise it would be corrected. Still not corrected to this day. Very displeased! I don't think the bride should be inconvenienced due to the faulty website.

This store......the most helpful, kind, sweet amazing employees! The store is beautiful and chic. Everyone is so knowledgeable and so nice!!! The clothes are well worth the price! I love this store!

I am floored with the customer service of Janet and Gaye! WOOOOOOOWWWWW!! I was in need of a particular blanket and the LR store was out of stock; but exhausted every avenue to find it! I went home and call back and spoke to Janet that gave me the style number and every piece of information that I needed to find the blanket! Even though I was unsuccessful in locating it- two business days later- I get a call from Janet (the best associate ever) to advise me that she has 2 blankets in store and would have them ready when I arrived! WOW! FOR her to (STILL) think of me, and go the extra mile.. THANK YOU SOOOOOOOO MUCH JANET AND GAYE FOR THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! YOU GUYS TOTALLY ROCK!
