Took my Yorkies there a couple times. They did an excellent job grooming them, but I’ve never been treated so poorly by a small business. They were hateful and rude, basically said I was an irresponsible pet owner if I didn’t sign up for their “maintenance plan”. My pets are pretty pampered, bathed regularly, and I didn’t appreciate their tone. I don’t care how good a job they did, I won’t give my hard-earned money to a business like that.

Took my two dogs here to be groomed. I was quoted a price of 45 and up! Now u might want to ask about the up .Any professional business would look at your dog apon arrival and discuss any extra charges. Thats not what was so bad . Droped my dogs off at 7 am told lady I would be back around 5:30 she said ok. Upon arriving to pick them up we were asked if we recieved a call saying they were done. I said no, she then told me in the future that we would be charged extra if we showed up before being called Had no call from these people through out the day. Dogs still werent ready after about 11 hours. Not a way to talk to first time customers, was very un professional and not business like I m a customer, will not be talked to like that.... go to their web site read carefully, your charged if u call to check on your pet and charged if u stop by. If your not a regular customer your not treated friendly according to one customer. Will not be returning to this business. Make your own decission about going to this place ....i made mine...... Read their web site on policy of calling or stopping by....You will be shocked.....i was....

I will never take my dogs there again. Angela is hateful and rude. Their website is inaccurate, and she will not honor what their own website says. Would not recommend. Stay away. I have never been so disrespected.
