Appeared to be only 2 staff persons opening early morning, very busy with people going to work and school ! Took more time for placing orders , preparing food and delivering food to customers! Cost is reasonable, staff greeting regular customers by name, very friendly with others as they drive in ! Ample parking, couple of Disability Parking! If my order isn't right ,I press call button for replacement of order ! Still having difficulty with their App !

I love going here for my drinks, until the app don't work. You will not be able to get drinks 1/2 off, unless you order in the app

Got my order wrong. Stuffed as much as they could in 1 bag handed me the rest of my items loose with no bag. 1 year later and there not even selling food apparently they have nothing on the menu terrible management. This is basically the lowest form of work in this country and these people cant even handle that. It should br completely 100٪ automated at this point atleast working people would be able to eat .

We waited a hour just for our milkshakes and they were melted and we got three free icecream coupons but they expired on December 5 2016! But the still took them! They are ran but teens so it's slow and don't care how long you wait! So I went there and we waited to long so we just left so we did not get our food that time so I'll give it a two star rating because it's still a good place

Service at this particular Sonic establishment leaves alot to be desired; therefore causing one to look for other options if in need of a quick meal. Service is considerably slow, and slow is honestly an understatement. Food is usually cold or slightly warm, so I suggest driving the extra mile for fast food.

To much water in rootbeer. Tots burnt tasted like old oil. Worst burger of all sonics only reason for two stars, because have had good service and decent food before.

Ordered a plain cheese burger and tots waited 25 minutes to get it. I also wanted onion rings and they were out of stock. Very poor management

Great service and quality during the day shift but take your chances on night shift. They're nice & polite enough but check your order for accuracy & you'd better not be in a hurry.

Just passing thru and saw a Sonic was ahead. Website states its open by 7 am, as of 7:30 am it's not open. Either the Corp website needs updating or store personnel for the time it opens.

dont think i will go back there again. everytime i have been there i have had to send something back for being cold or wrong on an order. i will start going to the one in trumann, much better.

I love Sonic it is a place to go when you in a hurry to get lunch breakfast or anything in between Osceola Sonic had good waitress

Over the past few years the food has gone down hill the chicken dinner is now something that looks like pressed ham that's been dipped in batter and they play the outside music so loud you cannot understand the person talking into the terrible microphone system they have today was my last day eating there one more thing is there's a young man with long hair and he kept flipping his hair over the food no manager keeping up quality

Took 15 min to get a BLT. When it came out it only had 1 piece of bacon on it and the whole sandwich was cold. I won't be back
