If I could give this place no stars, I would. Management is unhelpful, and the AC has been broken for ages. It is summer time. The workers and customers are in this hell. Heat is a breeding ground for bacteria. This is COVID season.If u talk to a manager they are not helpful. They are also rude and hateful to the employees from what I have seen. I will be calling the health department and district manager and reporting them.

This store discriminates against those with disabilities.They hired a friend of mine on december 14th. Had him in for one day of training and then told him they had too many people to put him on the schedule. All while still advertising positions on AR workforce and indeed. Then after 6 weeks of him calling weekly and being told he isn't on the schedule yet, yesterday we go in to pickup some stuff and the store manager has the audacity to smirk at him and tell him "you were on the schedule for today". All so she could fire him.The only problem he has is his speech impediment. He stutters, and you are gonna treat him like that cause you decided after hiring him that you didnt want him. Shame on you. This makes me so angry. That is not behavior that befits a decent human being let alone a store manager.

Never again will I visit this place. They are rude every time I go there. The mngr tonight just said the dumbest thing to me. She couldn't boost my car bc her husband got their vehicle from a dealership while she smoking a cigarette in it and told the other woman to stay inside, I guess so she couldn't help me out. I had my 4 yr old with me. I was in the store about 5 mins and never said anything to this woman so why she acted that way is beyond me. What comes around goes around!!

Very unorganized and dirty and hard to get around. Always a long line and have to wait in line over 15 minutes at least. So many empty shelves I'm never able to get everything I need. I'm a one stop type of shopper and after a year with no improvements I'll just drive to Trumann and get everything I need at Walmart from now on. The store in Lepanto is in serious need for a makeover.

The store is always cluttered and typically disorganized creating a struggle to maneuver through usles whilst shopping. They do offer a larger variety of products since expanding the frozen section.

It is so messy and cluttered you cant get down the aisle. I know they have lots of merchandise but how do they expect customers to buy it if they cant get to it or see it. The Dollar General at Caraway, AR is so neat and everything is in it place. You can go down every aisle and nothing is sitting in the aisle to stop you.

This location, while making VERY slow progress to improve, is overly crowded w/ inventory to the point that it's difficult or impossible to get up & down the already narrow ailses. Many times they will be completely out of bare essentials such as coffee, sugar, & bread, just to point out a few items. Help is often hard to find as well. This location is in desperate need of a major upgrade or just a new, larger store.

It's hard to navigate the aisles because they are always cluttered with stuff that hasn't been put away. And they are always out of at least one item I came there for.
