I love going to local diners and cafes.This Cafe did not disappoint at all! Went to dinner with my daughter and her husband's family while visiting. The service was beyond friendly and efficient. Had the special, bourbon marinated steak with baked potato and salad. It was the best steak I've had in a long time. My grandgirl had the Chicken Quesadilla, it was a very generous portion. She said it was delicious. They have several specials everyday. They even have a dessert menu. We tried a green tomato pie out of curiosity, it was delicious. It tasted like a green apple pie. If you are in the Lead Hill, AR area and happen across this cafe, I urge you to stop in. You won't be disappointed.

We had the Prime rib lunch special. It was very tender and delicious and the salad was pretty and tasty. Both ladies were so sweet.. they even shared a sample of their special yummy pie. Local restaraunts are my favorite when done right...... this one is. Give it a try if you're close by. Prices are very reasonable.

Enjoyable little diner experience. Friendly gracious service and tasty food. The pancakes are fluffy and unique. We had breakfast and enjoyed everything. hash browns are home style (not wafflehouse style), that's just an observation.. I like either style. It's a small place and a unique experience that may take you back a few decades. We all enjoyed it and hope they stay the way they are. They have pie but we missed out on that, will definitely have to come back.Update 2022: still a great place to eat that will remind of yesteryear.

The religious music is a little loud but when they remember to pay the electric bill the food is good and the portions are generous. The two girls that run the place are great, really friendly and accommodating...just don't ask for orange juice or on occasion, milk. ;-)

Chicken fried steak was excellent and all the food was hot. 1 waitress and she worked her but off and kept the whole restaurant happy during lunch hour. Definitely a 10 in my book. Will return.

Outstanding service! Awsome food!We highly recommend the pies and cobblers for big gatherings when you need a to take a dessert!We eat there 2 or 3 times a week and have never had a complaint.

Of all places to eat that you can find there in Arkansas, this is a good place. The interior looks a bit sketchy, but looks can be deceiving. They're service is decent and the menu selection is phenomenal so if you're taking a road trip to Arkansas, you should stop by there in lead hill.

I love this cozy little Cafe! The food is excellent and the service is great. We go there at least 3 times a week and are never disappointed. You have to try the pies/deserts, all home-made and VERY good! I highly recommend it!

I’ll admit I wasn’t sure what kind of food to expect in a small town... but, wow. Breakfast and lunch they really go all out on their food items. Delicious seasonings and nice touches. Ive had the breakfast burrito and the cheeseburger and fries so far and they were gourmet. Give this place a try.

The food was not cooked fully. The cook was asking the waitress how to cook. The waitress acted like the customers bothered her being there. The last cafe owner had way better service and food. I wont waste my money here again.
