I haven't been here in quite awhile, or anywhere else for that matter due to severe health issues. Last I remember, Jody was managing this location. As someone else already mentioned in an earlier review, She is awesome and does her job well. For the most part, I didn't have any difficulty finding the items I needed. If I wasn't able to locate a certain item, the employees were always glad to help me find what I needed or go check in the back. Friendly reminder to honor mask exemptions for those who may suffer unpleasant or unhealthy side effects such as panic attacks, anxiety and difficulty maintaining healthy oxygen intake. Great work DG of Lamar, AR. 👍👍👍

I love this Dollar General. Don't know if it's the employees or the simplicity of it being right down the road, but I will always go here. Only reason it's 4 stars is due to not having as much as other branches. That's not on the workers at all. They just need an updated store.

I had stopped shopping there for 8 months because it is just SO DARK AT NIGHT IN THE PARKING LOT! I TALKED TO 2 DIFFRENT MANAGERS ABOUT HOW CREAPY AND NOT SAFE AT NIGHT TO GO SHOPPING!Months later.. Still dark.... light pole never fixed.But I did go this Saturday, it was filthy, nothing stocked, empty shelves, trash on the floors...Today my bf stopped by and bought 2 bags of chips on sale and a few other things. Got out of the store and saw that he was over charged, when he went back in to get his money. They couldn't give him cash (even though he paid cash ) they said they had to put the refund on a card. That's just wrong. Two thumbs down!!!!

The store in Lamar Arkansas is amazing. They had so many cute spring home decor items that we don't see in the Kansas city stores.

Have been out of stock on things I have went in for on numerous occassions. Isles are hard to get down at times because of ladders and displays in the way. Employees are usually helpful though.

The managers seem to be nice only to Caucasian people but only those who seem like they have money. They're equally rude to both POC and those less fortunate.

ALWAYS A LINE! Crowded isles full of merchandise needing to be put on shelves. I don't blame the employees, it's the largest grossing DG in the county. They need to hire more help.

I do a lot of shopping at Dollar general. I don't own a car, so I catch a rude with a neighbor when I can. There's DG in town, so 98 percent if overall shopping is at my local DG

It was an okay store we found the stuff we needed unfortunately they're only working with one person so no one to do the track or stock the store but it seems that way everywhere as the stores

I couldn't get to alot of what I needed there was full carts blocking the shelves. Why can't you bring out one cart at a time.

That's Clarksville's little jewal. When Walmart is close. That's the place to go to get something to eat. Great place and readable Price's.
