I usually try to avoid Dollar General because I am so use to them being so cluttered I have to move boats of product to get what I need. I stopped in this location and I was so impressed with the overall cleanliness of the store and the store was actually shoppable. The employees were so friendly every employee greeted me and to top it off I didn’t have to wait in a mile long line they had a sense of urgency and the minute I walked up they opened a register to get me in and out.

I was passing through Lake Village and needed to grab a few items. This Dollar General is different from others I have visited. That’s because it is big and very neat/clean looking. We were acknowledged and welcomed upon entering the store. My only concern was that none of the staff on the floor had on masks (due to Covid-19). There were quite a few staff stocking the shelves and I didn’t feel comfortable going down those aisles. The two employees at the checkout counters did have on masks, so that was good. This location offers self-checkout but it’s in an odd location and you will only see it once you’re close to the front of the checkout line.

The store is new and just now opening so I assume that that's the reason behind the shelves not being fully stocked. That being said service is extremely slow. Specifically one cashier named Rhonda. Not only is she slow checking people out she also has a bad attitude. Definitely could use some better workers.

Not a bad store just needs more space can't go down the aisles because stuff is blocking it nowhere to put it. Manager is great she is always working hard helps find what you need.

Not good!! Clark was very rude.. no time to deal with the customers!! I LEFT BUGGY FULL AND WALKED OUT OF STORE..NO STOCK ON SHELVES.. tell me it wasn't her job to put it there.. said the couponing machine was not working

This location was neat and clean. It was also well organized. Short staffed for the number of patrons but I enjoyed conversation with the other customers...

Looks nice now cause is a New store, the old one was nasty, maybe they keep it looking nice n clean, prices not the best but is the only store we have in Lake Village, customer service is ok, exept for the woman with short hair, ugly attitude.

It's not clean, don't have much merchandise on the shelves, poor customer service, only one cashier when there are many customers waiting in line to check out. It's just a major inconvenience shopping in this store.

We stopped here for a few snacks and drinks. Very friendly staff, well stocked and everything was easy to find. Would shop here again!

Prices are decent, but the staff is unfriendly. The store is cluttered and hard to get to merchandise. The manager is not friendly.

Great place to pick up items usually cheaper then the grocery stores. Good place to replenish your pantry and household cleaning supplies.

We have a new store. It's a lot bigger than the last. It has frozen foods section. It has an arts and craft section. Very clean and tons of bargains.

Not enough checkets outside in the store you have to hour before checking out it shouldn't be that way

They get you in and out the only problem I have is no privacy when you get ready to pay . Customers right behind you they don't wait till its time for them to checkout

I'd rather go here than WalMart. Not as crowded and prices are cheaper!!
