I can only give a one star.wont be able to comment on food or service. The day in question my wife and I stopped for a bacon butter burger there were 3 cars already parked, they took my order fine but after 20 minutes my wife and I just left,way to long sonic from this location at 10am

Where do I start. We ordered the screen showed our order to be correct. When the order was brought to our vehicle it was completely wrong over half of it was missing and the part we did receive was burnt beyond recognition. We asked to speak to the manager on duty and the little girl Tiff told us she was the manager. Then she told us she could go fix the order but it would cost more we told her to just nevermind. Then when I picked my burger up to eat, the bottom bun was covered in mold. We brought it to Tiff's attention and we asked for our money back. After waiting 21 minutes she gave us $7 back. So i guess we paid almost $13 for a Jr cheeseburger plain and a small grape slush.

This sonic is absolutely terrible. I ordered an Oreo blizzard with cookie dough and hot fudge. Tell me why the first time I ordered they brought me a Reesie‘s peanut butter cup blizzard so I press the button and I order a Oreo blizzard with cookie dough and hot fudge and they still bring me out a cookie dough Oreo blizzard With just plain ice cream in the middle so at this point I just left because I waited for an hour and a half already and I wasn’t waiting for them to mess up another order.

Worst sonic. Period. Nothing works. Closed often. Orders always wrong. If competition ever comes in, it’s over for them. They’ll have deserved it.If 75% of your stall panels are broken and you refuse to repair them, you don’t want my money. You think you’re entitled to it.

One star only because I can't leave no stars.... pulled in we were the only car at the time. Employee parking was full, so they weren't short handed. Ordered 2 cheese coney's a drink and some tots. Took forever. Coney's were cold. Okay, lukewarm. Cheese was still in shreds sitting on top. We asked for onions... no onions. Ordered a rootbeer, and for Christ's sake it was basically flavorless. So these kids got a full crew and no customer's and can't serve up a decent meal. If there is a worse location around please fill me in on it so I don't screw up and make the mistake of spending my money there!!!!!

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers. Got down the road and noticed, while eating them, that neither one of the cheeseburgers had cheese. I went back and showed the carhop. She went in, then she came back out and asked for the half eaten burgers. Then we waited almost 10 minutes for new food. I think I'll just stick to drinks from sonic from now on.

Horrible customer service! Pulled up to a speaker and began placing my order, which wasn’t a difficult one. The girl couldn’t even get the first sandwich correct, and after a guy took over he also couldn’t get it right. They then sent another guy to my car, which I had already shut off, who then asked what I was needing. Before walking off he still had it wrong. Two more times when he went back inside this happened before I finally told them I would just place the order on their app. Never offered a single apology or anything. Then still had to wait nearly 15 minutes.

Don't waste your time on anything but drinks. I visited this morning and ordered a sausage burrito and a ultimate meat & cheese burrito. The wait time to get my food was ridiculous. I had to ask for napkins, which the car hop had to go back and get. The burritos were just in their foil wrapping, not in a bag. The eggs were dry and overcooked. The food obviously sat out for a while, it wasn't very hot. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this location, but it will be the last time.

No drive through and not enough spaces with a speaker making it so people have to park and walk up to order. They REALLY need to power wash the underside of their awning because it looks disgusting. They are busy enough and service is slow enough at lunch time that there really should be feasibility study to see if the area would support another fast food restaurant.

Stopped by this sonic to pick my mom up some ice water who was at NEA recovering from an appendectomy. They were every nice and fast with their service. They didn't give me any hassle for just ordering water and delivered it with a smile. Left the carhop a nice too for her time and would recommend for anyone needing a quick snack or drink! There's nothing like a good sonic drink, imo. Thanks for the great service!

I tried calling my complaint in and the phone number listed doesn't work no way of recording message or getting thru to manager. So dissatified with Lake City Sonic I wouldn't rate it with one star. I ordered the barbque large popcorn chicken awful. I have lived here in Lake City for 20 years and have never been satisfied with their food, carhops are excellent food is terrible. Will never waste my money or time again.

They are very slow even if you are the only customer there or there's very few. It's been slow last couple times I've been there.Update: 6 piece chicken is actually 5 piece and you're only allowed 2 free BBQ sauces. It's gotten worse

Just can't get orders correct, ordered two large diet cokes with diet cherry and get home to find we have two regular cokes with no cherry. How hard can't it really be to pay attention to orders?
