We visited the ranch last weekend for the eclipse and camped for three nights at the Cave Mountain Overlook site. Beautiful views of nearby plateaus, amazing stargazing, and perfectly remote. Our dog had the time of her life, and we enjoyed every second of our time there! Check-in was seamless and our attendants were so kind and helpful. Outhouses were clean and well maintained. Can't wait to come back and try out more of the trails!

Easter weekend 2024My first time on a riding trip in 20 years, and the first time that wasn't sand.It was awesome!!Great views! Lots of beautiful waterfalls!The staff (Stephanie and Kasie) was very friendly and Donnie even helped me, plug my tire! (Not usually done)This place is really great for side-by-sides, but I rode a regular fourwheeler, and there were lots of dirtbikes there too.I cannot express enough, how big this place is!!3600 acres and lots to see, you can get lost, if you don't use the maps that they hand out!

It almost pains me to give this place 5 stars because selfishly I don't want more people to find out about. What an awesome camping and off road park. Probably some of the best thought out campgrounds I have ever seen! If you want quiet and privacy go for the cockatiel campgrounds. Trails were awesome with incredible views

It’s fine. We stayed a few nights for the eclipse. The road in is a commitment. If you want to use it as a basecamp for exploring the area, you’ll spend a lot of time bouncing in and out on the driveway. If you have ATVs I bet you’ll love it. Great host!! We saw some cars but you’ll be better served by a truck or high clearance if you want to explore.

LOVED this place! heard great things about it and decided to make the trip. we were not disappointed… the lady who works the office (kicking myself for not remembering her name) is AMAZING. she’s a retired school teacher who absolutely loves her job. she even rode up to the overlook with us to snap a group picture. She told us all the best spots and a great lunch spot to ride to. we loved everything about this park. and you can ride IN the buffalo pen. I can’t say enough great things about this place

We had the best time here! Spent the morning at church celebrating Resurrection Sunday, and then spent the rest of the day on the trails, seeing the beautiful waterfalls and the awesome views. I highly recommend spending a day here, or a few.

Spent Sunday getting abused in the rain for 55 miles of the Black Buffalo National Enduro. One of the toughest races I've done, and can't wait to do it again next year! Praying I can make it back again before then to ride with the family. 10/10 will be back. Amazing property and crew made us all feel at home. Hidden gem worth every mile to go visit.

My husband and I had the BEST time! We were staying in Eureka Springs and decided to venture out here on a whim. We were blown away by the beauty and fun! We brought our two dogs and they were in puppy PARADISE. This place is a gem and the people were so incredibly warm and kind. They told us where we could see elk on our way out and we did! It was awesome! We came out here twice and were bummed we didn’t discover it sooner. We are excited to come back sometime soon and explore more.

Solid place to ride dirt bikes or razors. Clean and well managed. Road in was a little rough but place is worth it. Gorgeous scenery. Fair amount of single track for dirt bikes. Will be back to explore some more.

Some of the trails were getting pretty rough and wasn’t able to do entire loops because of an obstacle on trail that was to difficult and no path to drive around it so had to go back same direction. Hopefully they kept the notes we made on their map and make a couple of changes. They were making some new great trails we loved but then they told us it would be for motorcycles only. That made us sad since it would be great safe trails to take the kids on also.Great place to ride sxs or motorcycles. They have easy trails and fields and more difficult trails. Most of the double black are technically challenging but if you see the warning signs for expert only just make sure you know what you’re doing and don’t do it by yourself. We had so much fun with the variety of trails they had. FYI - no gas or food at park and 45 min to closest store. Stephanie that checked is in is awesome!!! We hope to be back again and although the park is primitive only, the views are to die for.

What a fantastic experience. The views are breathtaking and the trails are fantastic. The trails include everything from super easy to fairly difficult. And there are tons of trails to ride. I spent three days there to finally see all of the trails. And I don't even think I saw them all.

This place is Amazing! If you are anywhere near come check it out. Beautiful trails, great people, and Buffalo!! You can get close enough to take great pictures but "don't pet the fluffy cows".

We had such a great time here! It rained one day of the weekend we stayed but we still went riding the trails as much as we could. It was windy and cold, we didn't get to have a campfire so we stayed in our camper.We'll definitely be back when the weather gets nicer!The scenery is absolutely beautiful and the people who work there are super friendly & helpful. Can't wait for our next trip!

We've ridden and camped here about 6 times now and always have a bast. Awesome single track for the dirtbikes. Primitive camping. It's worth the drive from Tulsa.

We had the best time here. They put us at the Scooter's Roost campsite & we loved it. It was easy getting in & out of, & had a beautiful view. We loved riding the trails ♡ & we knew which one to avoid thanks to the map & trail markers. It was absolutely beautiful. We loved the deer & buffalo's roaming around, & the waterfalls were flowing & gorgeous!! Highly recommend staying & riding here!!

I wish we could’ve stayed longer!!! I’m not gonna lie I was quite scared by coyotes, but they minded their business as did we. The view was absolutely incredible. I can’t wait to come back!! Next time I hope I’m here with a couple.Question: Are elopements allowed on the property?

Just a short sxs ride from our RV stay at BOC. So much fun! Felt like you had the run of the place with all the Buffalo, nice map that is fairly easy to navigate (for a woman), and beautiful scenery!Plenty of port o Johns if you’re that type of person.

Simply AMAZING!!! We took out our UTV for two days of riding adventures at Buffalo Ranch. The owner and his assistant were very helpful and professional. To my surprise, we were given full access to their 3,000 acre wilderness park for the full day at only $40, now that’s a bargain!!! I had heard very good things about this place from Pitbull Powersports where we purchased our UTV, but nothing could have prepared us for the extreme beauty and vast trails that are available at Buffalo Park. They had trails for every skill level and the map they give you is very good to help you stray from getting lost. We spent 6hrs each day exploring every inch of the 3,000 acres and had many up close and personal experiences with wildlife such as cows, wild pigs, bison, owls, deer and more. This place also offered some great camping options and would be a wonderful place to take the family for a few days of secluded bliss. We will be making this a yearly destination to vacation and look forward to all the adventures get to come.

Loved it! We took a group of 8 (kids 7-17 and 3 adults) and it was truly fun for everyone! Our guide was great at taking cues from us so that we stayed at the level of activity we were comfortable with. We loved all the waterfalls, beautiful views, the ATV riding...there really wasn't anything that we DIDN'T like! We were there in late Winter, but definitely want to go back in Spring or Fall to see the color and foliage.

Awesome place to go ride! Over 3000 acres and 50 miles of trails that range from beginner to expert. Awesome map of the property. Also can have an interactive map on your phone. Will be going back for sure

Had a fantastic two days of riding over the holiday weekend. Since it was a holiday and cold we basically had the whole place to ourself. 97% of the trails are very easy, some mud and a couple of short technical sections. All of the camping is primitive, no electricity, water or sewer. Tons of places to stop and enjoy natural rock formations, waterfalls and overlooks. Will go back when it's warmer to enjoy the water.

Cannot say enough great things about this huge, beautiful ranch. We spent an afternoon there and didn't even scratch the surface of things to see and do. UTVs in perfect condition, buffalo, cattle, deer, flowing streams, picnic areas, outstanding views of the Boxley Valley, swimming holes, extensive easy and hard trails - on and on! Wonderful owner and staff. Highly recommend for anyone headed to the Lower Buffalo River area of Arkansas, or those wanting to push their 4 or 2 wheeling skills as well.

Great scenery, good trails (probably 35 miles total), and buffalo! This could be a top flight place IF the owner would add 30A & 50A RV hookups AND full service restroom facilities. That would greatly open up the Wilderness Rider Buffalo Ranch to hosting multi-day events for local clubs, etc. Also, for what it is currently, the owner should seriously consider lowering the prices. $30 per vehicle + $10 per passenger to wheel and $15 per person ($50 for families) to primitive camp is a little steep, especially for only approximate 35 miles of trails....maybe 40 if you run ever dead end spur.

Wilderness Rider was an absolute blast. They had excellent service and took great care of us. Well worth the price!Stephanie was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond her job to love us well, she even helped us afterwards with a flat on our car. So thankful for her.The trails were well marked and they were hands off to let you enjoy the experience on your own time. Not for the faint of heart. The buffalo were cute and you were able to get up close! Come ready to have the time of your life and get a little muddy while you're at it!If you are in the Ozark area make sure you stop by. We came on our honeymoon and it was a day to remember!
