I like getting my dogs food hear it’s a good food for a good price and I can always get the parts the fix my trailer other places have to order parts but 90% of the time I can get it hear in stock

Can I just say!! TSC Jonesboro never lets me down, always helpful, courtesy, great customer service. I am a frequent shopper of TSC love their products. Bought a gunsafe few years ago, had trouble changing the battery out & could not get it opened. Called TSC on the phone & Lance & another gentleman stayed on the line with me & helped me get it open! Now that’s customer service! Thanks guys!

Nice feed and supply store. It is easy to get in and out of as well but it is located in the center of town on the corner of Red Wolf Boulevard and Race Street so getting in and out of the parking lot can definitely be a challenge during rush hour. They have a self-checkout that some other TSC stores have been implementing but the cashier was quick in the checkout line. The prices seem to be on par or a little higher than competitors but sometimes it is the only store with availability of specific products that day and it isn't much more. Overall not a bad store and wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

I sometimes forget that TSC is here, but they usually have better quality products than the big box stores, and the prices are competitive. In this case, they had a much better garden cart for a reasonable price.

If I could I would give zero stars! I came here to make a delivery and I must say I have NEVER been treated so poorly before at a receiver. The manager talked to me like i was a second class citizen and then had the never to talk about me to a customer, one he knew by name and gave a discount on his battery, not knowing I had walked back up. Prejudice at its finest.

The older man that answered the phone is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Just wanted to see if a part number was in stock and he insisted he didn't need the part number, didn't even go look at the right thing and then insisted they don't even have the part I'm looking for online when I'm literally looking at it on my own phone but this man is too ignorant to take the part number. The rudest person ever every time I call or anyone I know has called says the same thing

The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. The inventory is great from gun safes to home canning supplies. Very good selection of cold weather wear and most any farm supplies. They have a very good choice of small animal and pet supplies too, competitively priced with other places in town. Overall very nice, clean,and well stocked

The two employees that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful and one even offered to get what I needed from the back stock because what was on the Shelf was damaged slightly. I was happy to let her do this of course and she did not seem to mind at all. Definitely not the case at most stores when you ask for assistance.

I purchased a $1,000 gun safe from TSC on 02/07/2021. A young man set the safe upright in my truck and went back inside the store. The safe was suppose to be laid on its back to make it more stable during transport. He didn't even offer to help me strap it down. Not much in the way of customer service....

Don't go when the redhead guy is there. Followed us around, acting like we were stealing, then had the nerve to get on to our kid when he wasn't even being bad. We put our stuff back and walked out. Won't be back .

Awful customer service at Jonesboro location. Average wait time is 20 minutes to get propane filled (after asking someone to come help). One time I had to call two additional times to get someone out to help (that was a 30 minute wait and the receptionist had an attitude with me about it). The worker I’ve encountered doesn’t offer to help load tanks in car (despite being a woman with an infant). Must request. No help with securing tanks; workers don’t know how to work ratchet straps. The cashier doesn’t put purchase on our account so we typically don’t points. When I tell her our number prior to swiping card she gets annoyed and says she will get to that. They also tend to have dead mice on the floor. I guess it’s better than live mice. Good place for the dog food for the price per pound. Garbage cans are decently marked for price. Low selection on propane heaters and gas stoves. Fair selection of tarps. Fair selection of lawn care- just didn’t carry what I needed

Like most retail stores it can be difficult to find assistance at times. Their website claims they have merchandise that the staff can't locate. But the staff here is always professional and helpful. If people would stop throwing money at Amazon and Ebay maybe we could keep these stores open and properly staffed. 4 stars for being professional and helpful at all times, minus one for cleanliness and staffing.

I just love this place. The $10 or less sales, boots for men and woman, clothes, jeans,& all kinds of camo. I get my dog food there too. Almost a one stop shop LOL. If they only had people food.

Just called to ask for a certain seasonal item and they said they have it but it’s put up in the back and they can’t get to it. I use to work at tractor supply a few years ago if you need it and we had it in store any of my team members Or myself would have went back There looked for it and let you buy it. It’s called Legendary customer service not lazy. I’ll just go spend my money somewhere else.

I currently literally just left there. The cashier by the name of Belinda needs some coaching on customer service. She make myself feel very uncomfortable while checking out. I will not be returning to this location again. I hope this helps someone

Submitting new review!!!!Had incident at tractor supply in jonesboro store. After several weeks and good talk with district manager Mr. Watson, I believe the matter is going to be resolved. Would recommend doing business with them. Issue does come up I believe now they will address the issue.

Best TSC I've ever shopped at ! The manager and other employees are always nice, friendly and so respectful. They always offer to assist me in finding what I'm looking for. I'm a regular livestock feed and supply customer and the whole staff knows what I buy and always offer to pull my deed and load it for me. If they don't have what I need they always try their best to get it for me.TSC is Jonesboro, Arkansas is a great store hands down !

Great assortment of just about anything you might need around the house and farm and great price on propane all year around.Worse manager in Jonesboro though. He's rude most of the time and won't give customers the time of day the rest of the time. Someone please apply for his job!

I called to see about buying some dig defence for dogs digging. The boy on the phone said they didnt have it, I said it's online, and he said it will have to be ordered, I said okay order it for me, he said no you can order it yourself. He was very rude the whole time. I said you can't do it, and he said just as easy for you to. I said with well I'll just have to take my business elsewhere(he had been rude the whole time) so I ordered it this time, because i'd gone that far. So i got a notice that it was in from the internet, and then the kid called from the store and said it was in. So my husband who has cancer by the way went to pick it up, and the recievimg lady acting like she would ratber be anywhere but there told him " who told you that"?" I'm receiving and it's not here". "Did the shipper say it arrived doesnt mean its arrived". " Whats the numbers"? He said he didn't know, and was aggravated and called me. So I told the lady that the store called, and sje said well it would be on the shelf and it's not here. So I gave jer tbe numbers and she went to the back and got it. Extremly rude. My husband jas been a good customer there since they came to Jonesboro as he had a hill farm and bought lots from them, but no more. Something has happened to the store and its not good. We'll be using Orshein from now on, because of the rudeness he cant stand to see them again. His being sick. It just made him sicker. Thanks for the better years.

Great place to work...even better place to shop! This store has it all! From tractor seats to bird seed, a stylish selection of clothing and even a whole asile devoted to hardware. Im sure there is something for every member of the family

Just got a $150 wagon for my daughter I knew better because the box was taped asked if they had another... they didn’t they told me it was not a return the box was just messed up but got home to find thst it was missing a wheel they sold me a damaged return so now I have to drive an hour to return it! Will never go to the Jonesboro Ar location again.... ps I wrote damaged missing a wheel so they can’t try to sell it again!

Nice selection, well-lit, some aisles are a bit cluttered, not enough Made-In-USA (a lot made in China), friendly employees asking if I needed assistance, and an overall good experience. Dog food pricing is high.

Just called mind you before we left (yes we fill propane bottles and yes we have soneone here to do it ) drove 45 minutes to jonesboro to get our propane tanks filled only to get turned away cause the two people who fill them called into work! So now we will drive another 45 minutes back home for absolutely nothing!! Never again will we drive to this tractor supply for anything!! I'd rather do without and we will be telling all our friends and neighbors about our experience with this location.
