This store really sucks you have somebody come to help you you have three cashiers up front and they call the one person that's over helping a customer in the aisles to come up and check out people and he's helping a customer so he has to leave me standing there to go check people out. Now I stand there for about seven minutes waiting I look up front there is one cashier with no one in line and instead of her taking his people in line she continues to stand there while he still checks people out. I am still waiting for him to come help me. Been 10 to 25 minutes now, I told my friend screw this time to leave. We left no long will I go to Petco again. Every time go there their customer service is terrible. Plus also any of the products I was looking for the website said they had but they didn't have in the store

Petco has always been a good store. I know a lot of people shop at PetSmart. I prefer Petco simply because it has a smaller hometown feel to it. Plus I've been shopping at Petco longer. One suggestion I do have is to start a Petco account before you go in there and every month you have to go into the app of the account and upload or claim your rewards. Otherwise you miss out on the discounts if you do not go into the app ahead of time and claim or upload the rewards. So just be sure to set a timer every month for that or a certain day to do it every month and then you'll have some great savings and overall great experience.

Petco has so many animal supplies and their staff is knowledgeable on a variety of things. They many not know everything so consulting a vet is always recommended. We have bought many things here and they have been good quality.

Always a good experience. Gentleman working in the fish department was especially nice and professional. He was knowledgeable on the topics and answered all of my questions. Would recommend this Petco location.Update: Again this time the young man in the fish department was outstanding. I purchased a new large aquarium and accessories. Morgan checked out my items and even carried out the heavy aquarium to my vehicle for me. I was amazed at the great service tonight.

Miss the the way it used to be. Now when we go, half the tanks are empty of animals. Miss the big bird house they used to have when I was a kid too. The fish tanks are not in great shape either. Several need to be replaced. They're filthy

Friendly staff and a good selection of pet food products. Offered a pet treat at checkout. Overall nice shopping experience but I would not use the training services. The "trainer" didn't understand the need for a training collar.

I walked in a bit stressed, it was the first time I was going to fly with my dog. And didn’t know what carrier to take on flight with me. The team walked me to the aisle, told me that they would be happy to help me find the right size according to the airline. We googled information together and they also let me know that for whatever reason, if the airlines won’t accept it; Petco would gladly take the carrier back and give me a full refund- but to rest assured I would be ok.I’m writing this review from the plane; with my dog. And we both couldn’t be happier :) 🐾✈️I snuck him out of the carrier to get this picture! Shhhhh! Lol

Fish have ick here every time i visit. Their fish are consistantly sick. Quality of care for the animals is very poor and the company policy prohibits the employees using medication to treat them so they either suffer and die or get sold to us. Horrible fish store.

They did so well with my puppy Galaxy who went to get her nails cut 9/2/22. We're new to Arkansas, and she was nervous around a new place, and people. But, they worked with her, got her comfortable. Thank ya'll!

The place is clean, well organized and I have No complaints. I also found here the big cans or Urinary Track food for cats that I didn't find in another store where they only have the small cans, what are more expensive at the end. I'll be going there more often for that reason.

Crickets in the iguana tank for food. 😠 Associate dropped a snake while showing it to my friend. Let it smack into the side of the cage at least once. Called corporate and they said they would have someone contact me. They didn't. I even said something when I was in the store. But they did nothing. 😠

Very nice selection on their fish. Staff was very patient and helpful with catching @ bagging their different fish I selected. The staff also had the knowledge about the various fish, their habits and their compatability to other breeds of fish. I know this to be true because I have had Manny fish over the past40 years.

I feel like the store, in general, is very overpriced. This location was clean and organized. I went in looking for extra small dog items and left with nothing. They didn't have anything really for harnesses and I didn't find anything else I felt like would work.

There should be more reptile products such as basic eye cleaner, especially when one of the bearded dragons in there has an eye infection. Nothing serious, it’s common especially when they’re only fed mealworms which have no nutritional value whatsoever other than fat. And maybe put the can of silkworms in the mini fridges because they’re meant to be stored in the fridge so they last longer. I don’t support how big chains like this company breed, smuggle, and import animals and then throw live animals away.
