Kris Wilson was amazing and did and an excellent job. He was very professional and thorough with explaining the details of what he was doing and what I should expect from the services. He also let me know Orkin offers a mosquito program which I need. I hate roaches but he made me feel better knowing my problems would soon be resolved from their services. Kris is so thoughtful that he encouraged me to acknowledge Dustin H also in my review. Dustin did my first walk through and was also very professional and thorough. This overall experience deserves 5 stars.Thank you Kris and Dustin!! I feel much better knowing this rodents will be out of here very soon.I am also excited to know I can sit out at my pool this summer without being taken over by mosquitoes. Stay tuned and I will let you know how that turns out.

Save your time and find another company… Orkin of Jonesboro… 5 days in and yet to have the issue resolved.. After contacting their office , they sent someone to the home… who failed to provide a quote or even report his findings back to the office. Despite knowing what was needed and being at the home, they didn't complete the service or schedule a follow-up. On day two i called the office and asked “what happen to the service I requested” i was then told “a manager will give you a call’…. Again keep in mind they’ve already been to the home…. Day 3 I text and call the representative i spoke with on Day 2…. No response…. Day 4 i call the office again and was told someone would call me… find anyone but this company if you are need of service!

Dustin Hoofman is my technician from Orkin. He has a great attitude, polite and always greets you with a smile. He asked my issues and concerns, explained in detail the process and took the task head on! In 1 month so much improvement has been made! I was having some issues with mice and ants come in get into everything. So I called orkin and spoke to amber such a kind and considerable receptionist, that helped me get scheduled right away! Once Dustin Hoofman came out to my home today, he was very kind and friendly and receptive to all my concerns with all my animals and let me know what you expect with the treatments every month to come. He was very through treating my home for the crawling invaders!!!!
