Went to the customer service desk because I was having a problem getting the app to register. Old woman named Cathrine at the customer service desk snatched my phone out of my hand without permission and when I asked for her to just show me what I needed to do she said “I’ve been doing this a long time I know what I’m doing, call this number I can’t help you” when I went to walk away she said “YOURE WELCOME” in the most condescending tone as if I’m going to thank her for treating me like garbage. Walked into the coke aisle across from the desk and asked an employee to get a manager. She then yelled at me from across the aisle making other customers stare “don’t worry I’ll call the manager for you!” Spoke with the manager who was apologetic but didn’t go speak to her or remove her he just walked away. Every time I had to pass the desk this woman is shooting me death flares. After two weeks and multiple complaint cases to customer service I still don’t have a resolution to this. I have never been so mortified in my life. Failure across the board at all levels!

This may be the best grocery store in town. The staff always seems to be friendly and helpful. They have nice produce, bakery, hot foods, meats, seafood, and deli sections. They have nice international sections as well and you can usually find foods that you cannot find at other grocers here. The clothing and other sections are also nice. The prices can be a bit more than other stores but they can also be in line with other stores depending on what you get, coupons, etc.Overall, it is my preferred grocery store in town and I would recommend it.

Understaffed. You can get in and out quickly if you use self check out. If you have something special, like lunch meat forget about it. Not only does it take a while but they get aggravated when you specify how you want something cut and then still won’t give you the cut asked. (Is shaved is falling apart, not sliced 1/4” thick slices) I work too hard for my money to not get what I requested shopping in the store. When I asked the meat cutter about this, she told me that is shaved, I pointed at the sign and the other individual shaving pastrami, she then explained she can’t cut that thin. Left it sitting on the counter

Kroger is the best grocery store in town. I have done comparison shopping, and I save on several items but pay more on others. It is a wash. I love the pick-up area. Staff are friendly and attentive. I also use the pharmacy, which makes it one-stop shopping.

They had a great clearance section for the holidays. A couple of things I bought and thought I had coupons for weren't the price I thought they were, but overall, it was a good trip.

The drive through pharmacy was overcrowded but there's nothing we can do. The young lady took care of me in record time. Once I got to the window and everything was great. You can only do so much with limited staff, we understand that.

Need to keep MORE Dr. K in stock. We drive 2hrs to visit and stock up on Dr. K's. Last several times, the shelves have been empty.

It was my first time going into this Kroger. It is a very big building! Produce looks sooo clean and healthy! 😍 A very nice employee stopped what he was doing, walked me all the way around the store to a refrigerated area and helped me find what I was looking for. He, also, spoke to me the same way I teach my children... Gentleman... 💯

Just had The Best cashier EVER in our 13 years of shopping Jonesboro Kroger. Alecia was the perfect greeter and checker- even sacked as fast as she scanned!! Keep her!!

very poor customer service, was very rude and now i’m out $25. said it was my fault for not checking last night, but when i tried to call last night no one ever picked up. called today and said we should have called last night. we tried??? no one answered. very disappointed, i have always loved kroger but after this experience, no. Hire better customer service employees that are actually nice to customers and not rude. If i knew that young man’s name i would REPORT HIM. You don’t mess with peoples HARD EARNED MONEY.

I always enjoy shopping here! Especially on weekends with the ability to earn extra fuel points. The butchers are also informative on their meat selection and are friendly. I wouldn’t recommend shopping first thing in the morning as their meat selection is pretty bare (maybe I just stopped in before they restocked) and occasionally the foyer when you walk in sometimes smells like garbage. Other than that, shopping here is great!

This location is horrible. Shopped today for the 1st time there. Prices are ridiculous compared to other smaller stores. Had to use self checkout and still had 4 workers standing a few feet away talking about personal things at work. There were older not kids. This type of work ethic or lack of used to get you fired. Didn't bother helping let alone asking anyone if they needed help. Just like Walmart the asinine workers shopping for pick up. All rude and in the way. Be thankful you didn't hit our carts with my small children in them. It would be a quick few days off work for you

It was extremely busy when we went, so there was a lot of waiting to check out. Other than the craziness and how busy it was, the shopping experience was fine. There are a lot of different options to choose from and different sections that you might not see in another Kroger.

The meat and seafood department has roaches. I’ve seen many crawl out on the scales there. It’s pretty disgusting thinking about if roaches have been on the so called fresh meat.

Kroger used to be the best grocery store in town. Not anymore. Their pick up service is terrible. They are never able to complete my order or substitute things that don't even make sense. They also don't notify like they are suppose to about missing items.The prices aren't better than other stores anymore either. And if there does happen to be a good sale, you can bet the coupon ladies will get there first and clean them outBut what was really the last straw for me was the customer service desk ladies. There are two women who work that desk regularly who are the rudest, most unpleasant , and clearly unhappy people I've ever come across. I am never anything other than nice to them but I don't think it's just me. I've seen them both be awful to others. I know it's hard to find good workers sometimes but Kroger should be able to do better.

Nice selection, although not all fresh fruit in the produce section is accepted by WIC at this store. For instance, blackberries. The cashier in the self checkout said she couldn't give them too me with my WIC card for some reason..

The money center has no idea what they’re doing. Management is just as bad when needed for help! Do not cash checks here literally go anywhere else.
