I always have expert customer service here and everyone is so wonderful. However I’ve been waiting for nearly 2 months for a Julius K9 collar/halter to come in that had been ordered for our little dog. I had called and stopped by to inquire about it several times and was always told it’s still on order. So yesterday the employee looked on the shelf for me and lo and behold there it was and only one. No one ever called me to tell me it came in. Instead it was put on the shelf for another customer to buy. Just a little disappointed in how that was handled.

He thanked us for ordering and asked us to come back soon. We have used Hollywood Feed for the past year and we love their products, but especially their employees! Very awesome people!! Bar none the best pet store in Jonesboro, though it's a tight competition between Hollywood and PetSmart.I really appreciate Hollywood feed for their small business atmosphere, which includes the layout and the very courteous employees.Hollywood has a great selection of toys for my Shepherd, as well as very high quality accessories and consumables.Additionally, they have well kept washing stations which occasionally I use when I dont feel like deep cleaning the bathroom after a bath.I do wish they were a bit more responsive to my requests for them to carry products that currently Amazon subs in for, but oh well...

Just a quick stop to pick up something for my bored dog ( because of the weather). The sales associates offered suggestions based on their own experiences - as is always the case when I am there. Jonesboro store is wonderful!

Cecilee was awesome at her job! I came in with my new puppy and she quickly came to tell me all the deals and specials Hollywood Feed was having. I especially appreciated that instead of just handing me a coupon book she took the time to help me find each individual thing I needed. She was extremely knowledgeable on each product I asked about. I was so impressed. When it came time to size up my pup for a harness she did everything with ease and adjusted the harness perfectly. She even told me I could come back if I needed help with the harness again. I felt by coming here my dog and I were truly cared for. I will be returning here for sure! Thank you for your great customer service.

I love Hollywood Feed. I use the Fromm brand dog food, dry and wet. They love that brand a lot. I build up points. The last time I was there, I received 51.00 off my Fromm purchase with my Hollywood feed points. Also, I enjoy the sale prices of the treats and bones. The staff is so friendly & they help customers find what they need. The new store is nice too and has a great location.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! I heard about it from a co-worker and was 100% blown out of the water with the customer service and products! I was greeted at the door and was asked about my dog, what her breed was and what she likes. I explained that with my dog, most toys don't last more than an hour (see photo of her toy graveyard). I also told her that my dog preferred squeaky toys. We found this toy (wish I had the brand name, but again see photo). It's a rubber squeaky see-through toy with a mini tennis ball inside that can be seen. She absolutely loves it and it remains un-punctured one month later!!! She loved the cookie as well!!

The bathing room was a game changer for us. Our Sheepadoodle is large and requires bathing in between grooming. It's very difficult to do at home, so we decided to try the bathing area there. It was amazing! We left there without having back pain and we weren't exhausted!! It's also nice that they provide everything you need!
