My Bella which is a Miniature Australian Shepherd went for her very first grooming appointment today. I am Very happy with the way the workers communicated with me Kept me updated on how my Bella was doing and also her haircut is exactly what I asked for. She already has her next appointment booked with them. When I got her back, she did not seem to be scared or anything

Millie our one year old Miniature American Shepherd has enjoyed every moment of her times at Leashes and Lashes! She started with Puppy class and doggy day-care, has spent a long weekend boarding with them, has been groomed and is currently enjoying intermediate class and doggy boot camp! The boot camp is more for me than her, they reinforce all the things she learns in class for this busy dog-mom. Everyone has been so great and Millie is always excited to go. Give them a call I am sure they can help you and your dog to a better more fulfilling relationship!

I’m so happy that I found Leashes and Lashes! After my old Cabot groomer closed, we had to find a new one. I tried another groomer in Cabot, who did a great job with my dogs’ hair cuts. However, by their second visit, my normally pretty chill dog was shaking when I picked him up. I did try one more visit with that groomer, but had the same results. Great hair cuts, but stressed out dogs. So, I was on the search again and came across Leashes and Lashes. The ladies up front were so welcoming to Charlie and Milo when we brought them in. Even now, they still welcome them and call them by name when they come in. My dogs aren’t stressed when I drop them off, nor when I pick them up. They look great too! They are more expensive than my previous groomers, but you get what you pay for. My dogs are my babies. They look great and are stress free when it’s time for their groomings. Leashes and Lashes cares about their clients! 🐾❤️🐾

First day of class was great. We believe our little rainbow will do great and I'm excited to witness her learning things. She's so smart still a puppy so ik it'll take time but this place loves what they do so don't hesitate to get your fur babies in there.

I loved working with Kaitlyn, Terray, and the rest of the staff at Leashes and Lashes in Jacksonville ! They were so professional, informative, and just an absolute joy to work with. The Board and Train program was exactly what our puppy, Sandy, needed, and we got great results. Thank you so much, Kaitlyn,Terray, and staff!! We would definitely recommend leashes and lashes to anyone looking for dog training help. Below are pics of before and after!

This place is absolutely amazing. I rescued a 125lb labradoodle and he was covered in mats and tics when I brought him in . I would have understood if they said it was too much to work with, but they took it on and did an absolutely amazing job. Removed 40 tics, all the mats, and shaved him down . He looks like a brand new dog, he is so happy and so much more comfortable. I couldn’t be more pleased and grateful!!!

Love this place! Enrolled my anxious, and dog-reactive pup in their 30-day reactivity board and train and now she has zero reaction to other dogs she sees and is able to calmly walk on a leash into previously stressful environments (vet, etc.).Each and every employee I've encountered at Leashes and Lashes has such a clear love for all dogs and it is showcased through the business's fear-free approach and patience to make every dog feel comfortable. Would recommend them to anyone! Thank you for helping my girl live a happier life!!

Very happy I got my Labradoodle a spa day. I usually get her groomed somewhere else but after a bad experience I decided I'll do the grooming myself. My husband convinced me to get her groomed. I found Leashes and Lashes and they took care of her. I'm very happy and satisfied with the outcome. I'll be coming back again. I'd recommend them. Here's the before and after pictures.

They take the extra time with me to listen to my concerns and love on me and my baby! Their love for animals is very apparent! My sweet dog had a troubled past and was pretty shy and nervous but they comforted me and made me feel good about leaving him with them. And their cuts are great! He always comes back smelling amazing and looking so handsome!

I'm so glad we did the board and train for our puppy! We received updates about his progress throughout his stay, and they were always available for questions. L&L was extremely dedicated and went above and beyond to help our pup. Definitely recommend!! Thank you!

Excellent trainers. Not only are they thorough, they don't let you pick your dogs up and just leave. They work you with your dog and make sure they'll listen to you as well. Most thorough training facility I've seen.

They were so great with BOTH of our dogs. If you need any help with your dogs, they can do it. Big or small. They even follow up to make sure they're keeping their skills and not losing them. Highly recommend!

TL;DR - Will not be bringing my dog back. Would not recommend. I urge any pet owner who wants to board their dogs to remember the dog industry is completely unregulated, anyone can call themselves a trainer or boarding facility, so do your research and due diligence.I boarded my dog while we were in town visiting family, to take some stress off of my husband and I. Everything seemed to sound good when I spoke with them on the phone; they use runs instead of kennels, they said dogs who don't do well with other dogs get one-on-one time with staff, and they come highly recommended by folks of the community.I dropped off my dog, her food, and her Trazadone.I heard nothing from the facility the entirety of her stay. Which already started to bother me. But upon pickup is where I really started to lose my marbles.I walked in and said I'm here to pick up Georgia, and the response I got was "remind me which one that is?". NOT what you want to hear from the people who are supposed to be caring for your beloved pet. I told them which one she is, and they went to get her, but not before asking what leash she came in with as well. While they were back there getting georgia, another staff member said "I have not called a single dog that this week so I've definitely been calling your dog the wrong name." Again, NOT what I want to hear as her owner. They tried to play it off like "oh we give dogs nicknames", but she doesn't need a nickname, her name is Georgia! They finally bring her out, and she is covered in fur that is not hers; I try to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe she's just been playing with other dogs. But her body language appears as if she is stressed. Then she comes to me and immediately disengages with staff, which indicates to me that she IS stressed; Georgia is a very social dog, and typically loves all people. And presumably, did not have a good time there. And she STINKS, bad!!I asked how she did, and they said she did good. She didn't eat at first, so they mixed some wet food in with her food. They said she "didn't like the sound in the back" so they brought her into a classroom and let her "run around and tear stuff up". What is that supposed to mean?? If she was stressed why wasn't she given the trazadone that I sent with her?? Even if there was a question of if it was needed, they could have called me and asked! Is this classroom time the only time she was out of her kennel? Did she not do dog play groups? I explained before boarding that she does very well with other dogs. If she didnt do well and needed to be pulled from play group, I want to know that as her owner. Too little details for a week long stay. They did help me get her in the truck, they carried her food & put it in the bed while I loaded her up, but I had to ask for her trazadone back, which was just sitting at the counter in the front. When i get in my now stinky (from Georgia's new found stench, bless her heart) truck, I realize - they required no proof that she was my dog. There wasn't any pre-boarding paperwork for her when I dropped her off, no emergency contact if they can't contact me, no looking at my license to verify that it's me, nothing.During pickup, they had to ask me which dog was mine, which indicates to me that they did not recognize me. So why did they let me leave with a dog with no proof that she was mine, or that I had permission to take her? They didn't even seem to notice or care that I was picking her up early.Anybody could have walked in there, asked for Georgia, and drove off with my dog. And presumably any other dog there. This was supposed to be a way to minimize our stress while traveling & give Georgia a break from her grumpy doggo brothers & a fun week with other dogs & people. Now, I just feel like garbage for ever sending her away.Between this, and their speaking out against the local municipal shelter that serves the town they are in, myself and my family that are local, will NEVER be going to Leashes and Lashes again for any services.

Ella always loves going to Leashes and Lashes.. The staff here love her as well. They always take good care of her and I never worry about her when she visits! She also went through the 4 week puppy class and is a better puppy for it. Will be using L&L for future training for her as well.

Absolutely the best in everything they do!I’ve had so many negative or subpar experiences with dog groomers, boarders, and trainers.Leashes and Lashes, however, has never disappointed. They consistently exceed my expectations. They love their doggo clients as much as we love our dogs They’re always ethical, they relentlessly look out for the well-being of every dog, and they’ll do whatever it takes to ensure the safety and comfort of the dogs they work with. I genuinely trust them with every aspect of my dog’s care. I just wish they’d open a vet clinic 🙃

I appreciate them taking care of my cat. They bathe him, clip his nails, and give him a sanitary clip, which is something he needs about every 8 weeks. They are very friendly and listen to what I want done.

The owner donates a lot to rescues and I think that alone says a lot about a company. I also have to mention she hosted a huge (and very messy) fundraiser at her facility which was extremely kind.
