We’ve been working for 2 months with another company to get our furnace repaired. When we called Comfort Concepts, they came out and made the repair within 24 hours. The price was also less than the other company quoted us. The technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to our concerns and explain why our particular furnace may be having the problems it’s having. Overall, this was a great experience with Comfort Concepts. We should have called them first.

Our system was 23 yrs old...Chris and Scott where great at explaining the different heat/air systems available along with pricing. Since we did not have heat they where quick with ordering, installing and everyone that has been at house has been polite, professional and knowledgeable of our new system...we are extremely grateful and happy 😊 The Miller's in Maumelle!!!

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. We could not get these people to communicate or finish the service.They came out on January 9th to examine our HVAC. Told us we need to replace a panel board and they’d be back the next day. Called on the 11th to tell us they had to order the part but they’d be out asap. Then we went through a week of snow and below freezing temps without hearing a peep from them. Tried to call repeatedly, emailed, all with no response. FINALLY on January 25th we got them on the phone. They admitted they “forgot” to pick up the panel they ordered for us and scheduled an appointment to come out the next day. Chris came to our appointment, waited less than 2 minutes for us to answer the door, and then he left. Three weeks after they were supposed to fix our HVAC and he left without repairing it or without bothering to call and check-in with us before leaving.FINALLY on January 29th, Scott came out to replace the panel and told us that we also had a broken pressure switch. No one had mentioned that to us before. It’s February 5th and neither Scott nor Chris bothered to call us back about replacing the pressure switch after he left on the 29th.Oh, and they invoiced us for the “service” on January 10th, before ANY service was provided. Not sure you can call any of this service though. I’m mind blown.Response to owner:There was no appointment scheduled Thursday for you to come out. Friday you came out and left in two minutes without a courtesy call - let’s not forget this appointment was only scheduled after weeks of trying to get you on the phone. Saturday you scheduled no appointment with us because you didn’t want to come out in the rain. Sunday you said you’d get back with us, but you never did. We had to call YOU again just to get Scott to come out. The unit is working now because Scott bypassed the pressure switch. You and I both know that is not a fix, and could lead to detrimental outcomes and unit failure if not addressed. Scott said so himself before he left. Trust me, we will not be working with you to address any of these issues. You sent us an invoice for a part you forgot to pick up and only installed after weeks of us hounding you to complete your service. And you have never once had an ounce of accountability or decent customer service.

I had to drive them like dogs to get out here and do their job. At one point I was calling daily to try and keep them on task and get this work done. I would go days with no response. Mike came out 4 times total and the work STILL isn't finished, now they have disconnected their phone number given to me by the home warranty company, and this phone number just rings and rings.Services: Heating system repair, A/C system repair

Needed lack of airflow checked in son’s room and bathroom. Previous AC company said we needed new duct work. Chris checked duct work in attic and fixed the issue in 1 minute with having to replace anything. Highly recommend.Service: HVAC duct & vent repair

I used this company for the first time through my Home warranty company. Shawn and Chris did a phenomenal job, they were transparent about my HVAC system, what I will need, provided me with information of future expectations. They were friendly, professional and on time (even ahead of the scheduled time, because they were in the area). I had a AC tune up work done, they cleaned my additional AC units for an additional price, which is lower than what my home warranty was quoting me for each unit. Thanks for great professional service. My encounter with CC was through my home warranty company for initial season service. While one of the Chris's and Austin was doing service he noticed an issue with the freon. I ended up having to get a new outdoor unit and the owner Chris Sullivan and his team was amazing to work with. They fixed my issue and got me a great deal on a new outdoor unit. When we had an issue with the air turning on around 7pm, I texted Chris Sullivan to let him know about it and he and Austin came out during the night time to help fix the issue. I do not know of any other company that is so personable with their customers like Comfort Concept. Once again, great customer service and even the lady who answers their phones in the office was amazing and THAT is the main reason i decided to keep using them. It all starts with the very first person you encounter. I highly recommend this Company. If you are needing any Heat or A/C work done these are the people to call. I scheduled an appointment and met with Chris he quoted me the best price and 6 days later his install crew installed my new unit. The installers were polite, prompt, and professional. I was more than satisfied with the work that Comfort Concepts did for me. After my experience with this Company, I have a hard time believing the negative reviews left by others. I guess some people are A holes and just impossible to make happy. Thanks again Chris !

Had new roof put on house. Accidently a roofing nail went through the main AC line causing all the Freon to leak out. Called out Comfort Concepts to take a look. Didn't pinpoint the exact spot of leak and just wanted to replace the entire main line and refill coolant for $2500 plus tax.After some thought sounded crazy expensive. Another HVAC company came out, pinpointed the single spot the line was punctured at, and replaced just that section of damaged line in the attic, filled with R22 coolant. The total cost for the repair the 2nd HVAC company performed was under $600 and was totally adequate.I feel as though Comfort Concepts attempted to rip off an ignorant consumer.Response to owner- The other HVAC company didn't simply weld over the hole. He replaced a 4 foot section of copper pipe. The repair took one guy, 1.5 hours from start to finish. I will upgrade my unit on my own time frame, I can get another couple years out of it. Does explain why your repair tech was asking if I was interested in financing a $10,000 unit. The roofing company did pay for the repair, as I told your tech I wasn't trying to rip them off.This is 💯 what Google Reviews is for.Service: HVAC system repair

We will definitely recommend Comfort Concepts to everyone!! Such a great experience! Our AC unit was not cooling properly and unable to keep up. We were extremely low on Freon. The heat index outside was around 107 so not an ideal situation. One of the owners Chris came highly recommended. My husband called him that evening around 6pm and he offered to come right out. Since the outside was starting to cool down my husband decided to schedule for the next day. His office called us a little while later to schedule. The next day close to our scheduled time Chris (one of the owners) called to confirm and keep us in the loop as to when they would arrive. As promised not only did our technician Chris Slayton (who was terrific and thorough) but Chris (one of the owners) came out as well! He was very professional explained all our options up front, quickly found the issue, and completed in a quick and efficient manner. We did have a couple of issues and asked for an estimate. In less than hour after they left we received the estimates via email. We have already accepted the estimate and look forward to working with them!! Annual AC check performed. I like the text messages that remind when it’s time for checkup. Also message when they’re on their way and the ability to track how close they are.
