I absolutely will not be back here, can’t get down none of the aisles due to stuff being thrown in the floor, very rude employees. Had to wait 15 mins for anyone to come check me out, he claimed he was stocking shelves when obviously there’s so much stuff in the floor and junked up that he was in fact not stocking shelves. I don’t recommend this trashy store for anyone. Do better!!!

The aisles are blocked off by product that need to be put up because they never have enough staff on hand to check people out and stock shelves. They need to either hire more staff or allow the current staff to have more hours so they can have multiple people working to get everything stocked and clean. I understand that stores like this rely on keeping hours short for employees to save money and keep costs low but they understaff this location so much that the aisles tend to be blocked by unstocked products and customers end up waiting in line for 5 + minutes.

The staff was friendly but the issue I have is with the e AC, there isn’t any. If you read the reviews it has been going on for at least 5 years. I feel for the employees have have to deal with that. I wouldn’t buy any of the food products due to fear of it being ruined because of the high heat inside the store. It has been in the high 90’s to over 100. It was cooler OUTSIDE than inside the store. No exaggeration.

This is a very busy Dollar General. It seems that they are frequently struggling with inventory replacement on the shelves. There are often carts in the aisles with new shipments on them, and long lines in the checkout. I sometimes think that they could use an additional employee on duty for the very busy shifts . Otherwise the selection and service are good.

They have been having system trouble with registers the last few days. The workers were just as frustrated as the customers were. Overall even with the issues it's a great place and great services.

I was welcomed as I walked in the door, customer service was nice. There was even some fairy-like, cashier there at one point. Shelves looked good. Decent variety of stock.

Not enough employees to assist customer and, work register and handle freight. They are busy all the time. Could increase$ income, more steady checkout. Did not have working air conditioning during HOT summer & spring.

Need updated. Not enough frigeration space. Store is to small for the traffic that drives through.the people that deliver merchandise.theres not enough turn around room several trucks have accidents because of not enough room to back trailer to deliver.

After moving here five years ago every month that passes the store becomes progressively worse. Numerous carts litter the Isles, customer service is rare and usually insulting, inventory is often low on the shelves because all of it seems to be on carts strewn about the store their hours are good as they're open later than most stores in town but just a block or two West you will find another dollar store with fewer issues.

I can shop at Dollar General all day everyday if I had the money. But sometimes I just go in there to see the employees there because everyone of them treat you as though you are a part of there family and I do the same with them. I love just going in there to see the smiles on there face. Although Kat and Mike really are my very favorite and no matter how many times you ask them for help they will go out of there way to help you and I really enjoy that in an employee. Kat and Mike both work at the Dollar General in Mount Ida , Arkansas where I live.

Says open, when u map this store ,yet get there all lights on store is closed temporarily. Idk if this is a staffing issue but a real inconvenience when driving 10 miles to get here just for them to lose business.

Friendly staff that were very knowledgable. We asked about an item and were directed not to just the isle but to the exact location to look for it. The clerk even came by after a few minutes to make sure we found what we were looking for.

I like this place, it’s clean, not crowded, good selection. I buy CORE water here, has magnesium and potassium in it. Easy to get hydrated as it is ph balanced.

Hot the AC doesn't work, food items are melted and evennthough they just remolded...they can't keep the store clean. They need to learn to zone and sweep/mop!

You really need to check sell by / expiration dates. Clerks very friendly and helpful. Pricey.
