The stores associate’s all of a sudden do their job whenever it comes to wanting to card someone who isn’t purchasing any of the alcohol. They said that I look suspicious because I walked away and I have never had this type of issue before. Renee needs to be fired and let go. She’s nothing but a bully and rude and always has some sort of attitude towards customers. I know Sam Walton would be rolling over in his grave if he knew that these wal mart workers nowadays are treating us customers so poorly. All of the staff needs to be replaced and they are either too slow or stupid at this point.

Overpriced. I only go there when it's absolutely necessary. You're better off driving a bit further to Harrison or Berryville. Don't go after dark... The crackheads are abundant.

I wanted to give a shout out to Darrell at our local Walmart gas station. I have been in a number of times over the years and have never seen the store so clean and organized and stocked. Plus he was so friendly and vigilant. It's nice to see that there are still people that care.

This is one of the smaller stores and they carry very limited items. They were out of what I came in for. We also needed to pick up prescriptions for my niece who was released from the hospital on Thursday and I was taking her home on Saturday. We stopped to get her new meds the Dr put her on and was told they wouldn't be ready until Monday. These were blood pressure pills that were important for her to have.

Frustrated on Multiple grocery item pickup services, what is going on with this store management? For months on end and through several discussions with local Walmart personal, I get the same response "our Internet does not work very well". Why hasn't management learned how to fix this and other multiple issues with the pick-up department and lack of initiative to do any work. Over hearing employees say "I don't care if I get fired I have other jobs that want me to work for them" just doesn't sit right with me.Today I called 12 times, each time going to an answering machine. While walking into the store the lady in charge of that department just continued to stand in front of the carts as she was in break. Upon entering the store I asked to speak with the store manager (he was off) so I spoke again to the assistant manager after having to explain to two other managers with the same excuse (store Internet does not work well). What happened to I'm sorry I'll get right on this, there is no excuse to have to wait 30 minutes to pick up groceries and still have to come into the store... There were zero other store pickup during this 30 minute time period so no one could say they were busy. Why isn't the regional managers looking at the numbers as almost no one uses pick up at this store, in fact I would bet that this store is one of the lowest performing pickup stores in the region if not the lowest. Where is the responsibility to us share holders and the loss attributed to lack of management and management training...

Don't appreciate the remold. Can't find anything. I personally think that parking should be redone. If I am a pick-up person, I don't care that I'm at the side of parking. Your worried about employees more than customers. The prime parking is taken up by pick up. I feel that if I'm valued as a customer, I shouldn't have the worst parking spots.

Good, clean store. Not exactly a supercenter but not a small store either. Makes it easier to get in and out quickly. Love being able to choose between self checkout and having someone do it for you. The girls up front at the self checkout are very helpful and friendly.

I asked 4 people including the customer service desk for assistance opening the cologne cabinet. We waited about 25 min and never seen anyone. Very bad service.

Multiple times my family has went through self checkout we scan our items and then we are stopped at the door with walmart employees asking to check our bags and receipts which everything is payed for. If you don't trust your customers to scan and pay for there items then do away with self checkouts and start scanning the items for them.

Incredibly clean and well stocked for a smaller Walmart. Diesel is available at the pumps. At just a little over 3 miles from Withrow Springs State Park it is a great spot for those last minute or forgotten items

Great as usual, however, it's hard to buy larger size containers of drinking water. Lots of the small bottles but gallons are sparse and 5 gallons are now nonexistent. My brother in law dropped off 2 empty 5 gal containers 2 weeks ago and can't get any since then. I noticed the same problem with water at the McHenry/Johnsburg IL store.

**WARNING** AVOID THE SELF CHECKOUT!!!! True story. This happened to me personally.....My fiance and I went throu the self checkout. We had SEVERAL items in the cart (fiance likes to shop). After scanning each and every thing we got out receipt and began to leave. We were stopped by a condensending lady who stopped us in front of everyone and told us she wanted to discuss the item that we stole. I told her I didn't like the way she was speaking to us and so she pulled us into a dungeon type of room. She then began to ask if we had ever been caught stealing from a Walmart before. Neither of us had of course and she she pulled out a $70 tent that I know I scanned. However it was not on the receipt. I tried to pay her for the tent. She would not accept my money. She held us in the dungeon room for an hour and a half. She would not let me see the video but agreed that it looked as though I scanned the item. Then a cop shoes up and writes me and my fiance a ticket for shoplifting. Of course I went to court and told the prosecutor what happened and demanded to see the evidence that would be used against me( the video tape). The prosecutor went and viewed the video himself and when my name called by the judge the prosecutor told the judge he wanted to dismiss my fiance and I case. Nolo Prosecute. Walked out free. But no before being treated like a criminal. Also Walmart has facial recognition software that throws a flag when anyone ever accused of shoplifting walks into the building. The manager is immediately alerted via pager. This information came straight from the mouth of the Loss Prevention Specialist as she bragged about catching several dozen of people each day. I wonder how many of those she catches are a victim of faulty self check out machines at Walmart. True stuff!

Cashier was awesome her management on the other hand RUDE. We were coming from Rogers decide to stop to get formula and a few other items. We had too many bottles of formula ( the Walmart in Harrison is always out of it been trying for a month) She jumped us and said there is a limit which I get but her next comment was is that its not for us its fir their customers. Excuse me I am a customer and have been to several Walmarts never never been told I can't shop there because I don't live in that area. Someone needs to talk to their employee I was so mad almost return all of items 200 dollars worth of them.

I had given a perfect rating but I’m changing it. I HATE that they only have a couple of registers with cashiers. I don’t mind self check out if I only have a couple of things. But, if I’m buying a whole cart full of groceries, I want a conveyor belt and a cashier! It’s ridiculous to expect people with $200 worth of groceries to self check out! And when you do self check out, there’s not even a conveyor belt so you have to check out just a couple of items at a time! If you do happen to get in line for a cashier, you will be waiting a ridiculous amount of time.

I would like to point out two employees that have showed me exemplary customer service while in my hometown store. The first employee is a new employee who is working aisles 10/11 now at 630pm. I did not catch his name. However, he helped me find bacon bits. I had literally walked right past them and grabbed croutons from the produce end cap display. I asked if he knew where they were because I hadn't seen them with the croutons. Although croutons are in two areas, he was determined to help me find them and he did without fail, while being pleasant at the same time.The second employee, Marilyn, has been consistent my last few visits to the store with readying the self check out registers between customers. One evening, the lines were long and there was some grumbling amongst the customers, however she continued to do her job the comsistently the same way, while being respectful of the customers' time. She does a quick wipe down and opens bags. I have never seen another self checkout employee move this consistently or quickly in order to provide a safe and efficient self checkout experience.
