This location has much better customer service than the one across from Chana's Corner on hwy 23. After having poor customer service at the hwy 23 Dollar General trying to return a phone charger, I had just bought there (it was not working). I ended up returning it here instead. The cashier at this location Jenn was very friendly, prompt, and gave excellent customer service. It was nice just to have a cashier who acted polite and normal.

The people working there were courteous but people coming in weren't wearing masks which is a big no no. In my opinion I think they need to put up a sign stating no enter unless you have a mask. They won't lose any business. People just have to learn to comply with the safety of others.

There website didn't exactly match up having certain things in stock. I had been searching for weeks for two plastic wadding pools. Website said they didn't have any when they had a bunch of small ones. A friend let me know she had seen them there.

We have a Dollars General when I m. In the store I have no trouble finding things but I haven't found a penny sale yet but I don't go in everyday the employees are always BUSY even the checker has to be putting stock up and people have to wait some people don't like that but I don't mind. If you ever worked out in store you know to patient

I was a little caught of guard from what I heard at this store today ! I was waiting in line to pay when a lady asked for the key to the bathroom cause her kid was about to pee his pants and the lady who works here told her your going to have to wait Money comes first! WOW was all I could say like would she of rather cleaned up pee off the floor !

I think they have the cutest decoration selection for the seasons and holidays. I like to come shop here for miscellaneous items at a good price! And the music they play is very relaxing during a stressful day.

I guess people in Huntsville don't need lysol spray. I went several times getting a few cans here and there. Then there were still cans a few weeks later. So I'm happy they didn't care about coronavirus 😊

This is in any Dollar General Store I go into, I feel on somethings they could do a bit better on placement of some of the displays. Take for example all the medical stuff is in one place, yet things like nail polish/ supplies and clothing are not. Along with baby items and foot wear, I feel part of this is due to what is being put on the shelves along the back wall. Now I don't claim to know everything but I may have a better idea on how to organize their displays which would hopefull keep like items more together than they are now. Next thing that needs to happen in all these stores more often is for the workers (or specifically hired people for this only) go around making sure shelves are stocked and aisles are being cleaned up. This might cut down on stolen merchandise or other types of loss. Plus making the aisle easier the get down and an all around better shopping experience.

This place I swear. They can have a line that's got 7 or 8 people in it with 1 person running the register while the other person is sweeping. If you see a huge line, stop cleaning a minute and help your coworker out.
