A first class five star facility! We went to the dog friendly crystal mine and needed a place to wash our pup afterwards. Tootsie's was amazing! The walk-in DIY dog wash was well stocked, super clean with good rates. The staff was incredibly happy and helpful . We will certainly go there again and try out their doggie day care on our next visit!

So we just got married in hot springs. We made it a point to put our fur babies in the wedding with us. We scrambled to find a spot because of wait periods and what not, but Tootsies took them and took the most amazing care for them. Accommodated us 100% of the way and made sure our little boys were ready for our big day! we would strongly recommend this place

Used the self serve dog wash and it was perfect. Great tubs, shampoo's and conditioner. Blower for drying is awesome. Price is perfect. Can't say enough good things about the helpful staff. Next time we will try them for doggie day care.

We took our 5 month old puppy for her first grooming experience. We were so happy that they were so wonderful with her and did a amazing job on her. Great value for the price as we wouldn't trust our baby with just anyone. Highly recommended.

The people here are very nice, and the store is stocked with lots of pet goodies. However, I was there to get my dog groomed. The place was chaos. A timid dog might be overwhelmed There were dogs in crates all over the store, all barking. Some for grooming, some for day care, some for pet adoption. It was very very loud. The grooming itself was mediocre. My dog came home with mats still in his fur. It looked like he had been bathed and just the head trimmed to be honest My neighbor had complained of the same experience but I thought I would try them out. In the future I will use them for nail trimming only

We we're only in town for the day and we could not leave them in a hot car while we were having a good time . Tootsie's was open on Easter and we were able to leave them for four hours. The staff Brook and can not remember the other person's name did a great job with our two small dogs. Thank you so much. What a great service.

I'm a new dog mom and Tootsies is the only place I can go at the last minute and they're affordable. I like that they are good with Creed, he's always nervous but they are so great with him and always do a great job. This is my second time going only thing is they forgot to give me his collar back this time but I got it back. Thanks ladies!.!

Arrived at 8:15am for a Scheduled appt. Initial visit. Building was locked up tighter than a drum. Lights off. The door states open at 8am. Online states open at 8am. I waited around for 20min. Called both numbers listed online and on the property. No answer and voicemailbox full. I received no call to cancel or reschedule. Can't take my dog to work all day so I had to drive 30min back home and as a result was 1hr late arriving to work. Wasted gas in the process.

Amazing. I didn't catch her name but we came in with our dog and we all (me and my friend plus our dog) was soaking wet. She gave us towels to dry off, let us walk around and look at this without shoving questions down our throats. Put a discount on an amazing puncho (was $15 sold it for $5. Gave my friends little dog a free treat and was just supper nice. 10/10

While vacationing in Hot Springs we found a well cared for dog in downtown traffic with no collar on about to be ran over by a car. We called both the PD and Animal control and received zero help. We Googled Tootsies and carried the dog there where they gladly took her in and posted to find the owner. These ladies obviously love dogs.

This place is an absolute gem... especially if you have pets!I stumbled upon this place while driving around downtown Hot Springs and I’m happy I stopped by.This place has DIY dog baths, boarding for tour pet if you need it (day and overnight) a selection of treats and accessories for your fur baby and a fantastic, enclosed, area out front for your dog to run around.If you’re in the hot springs area and have a 4 legged kid that needs to stretch their legs, stop by here and you won’t be disappointed:)

I honestly can't recommend this little shop more. The owner and all workers are so sweet and quick to help. My boyfriend and I went in just to check it out and decided to being our dogs in the next day and try the DIY bath with both of them. Their facility is so clean, they have everything you could possibly want or need in here. Check them out yourselves, you wont be disappointed.

I absolutely love this place Kristie and her whole staff are exstordanary with all the pets that come in there. Big or small and even the ones with special needs, they just have a God given talent to do what they do, because the animals love them and trust them right away. They also carry all kinds of supplies if you need anything for your pet, me and my pet will never go anywhere else but there!!!

We were in Hot Springs for only a few days but we ran out of treats for our very good labradoodle! Tootsies had a nice selection of high quality treats and food. Helpful staff too!

Very nice people but would not recommend for a schnauzer. Asked for a schnauzer haircut and her beard was cut off and hardly anything taken off her back. Still paid full price even after letting them know this is not what I asked for.

This is quick, in & out....wash your furry pet- YOURSELF or THEY WILL- very, Personable ! Take a walk downtown ? You can leave your Pet, if they've had a long day ! Open SPACE! So, you can see everything . Pet Supplies....good NATURAL TREATS !! For my Dane- it was a little small, in the TUB ...for him- but, for smaller than him at a 180 lb.s - It was a nice EXPERIENCE! I would classify the pricing in / a Med.$ To High $Range. The time spent there, was memorable/ w the one on one attention. Helping to wash thisbig boy...who had been ' SKUNKED '!! They had a Shampoo...all natural, there, it helped quite a bit !!

This was our first time using a day care for our Chelsea our 10 month old, she is very nervous around noises and spoiled to only our attention so we were nervous about leaving her in a day care but after meeting with Christie and visiting in Tootsie's we felt she would be in great hands. We felt so good about the care she was given there she is going back on a regular basis to be with her friends. Thank you Tootsie's!
