Our accommodation's were modern, clean and in working order. We even had a kayak. All expectations were laid out upfront and without a hassle. We rented a property for a long weekend, I was a little nervous because of past experiences with other companies, but it was a pleasant surprise. The condo we rented was fabulous. It was clean, centeraly located, and everything we needed was provided. Check-in and out was so easy. We will definitely use Re/Max again.

We are selling our home in the village our realtor has used this company a few times working with other realtors. The realtors from this company have left doors open garage door halfway up and I have had to go up there myself during a showing to show them how to work a dead lock door. This morning was the last straw. Mr Clem called our realtor to set up a showing our realtor asked him for his license Mr. Clem then yelled and degraded our realtor for asking for that information. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for a professional realtor in this area.

We used Remax for a rental when we visited our property at HSV last week. We made sure to get a pet friendly rental to accommodate our dogs. Within the first 2 hours of our first day, some neighbor complained that our dogs barked (crazy, I know, to think a dog might bark in a strange area) and called animal control. Brooke from REMAX contacted us and had us moved into a MUCH BETTER rental home at no additional expense for us. She was so quick to get us taken care of. We were in the new place within an hour!!! Absolute SUPERB service!! I cannot even begin to say how incredible the service we received from Brooke at REMAX was. We will ALWAYS use them when we go to stay at HSV going forward (until we build on our property). Thank you Brooke, and whomever else helped make our stay happen!!! This was the BEST experience!! I cannot express how thankful we are that you were able to accommodate our needs so well!

Karen, living up to the hype of her name failed terribly at her job. My girlfriend and I drove an hour away to meet her to view a house just for her to be 30 minutes late and then telling us “she grabbed the wrong keys and went to the wrong house” another 15 minutes after that. She rudely replied with “things happen” when we tried to reschedule that day and told us we could not. Would not recommend doing business with her because she is clearly under qualified for her job.

The service was totally unacceptable. I listed my lot for sale at a price suggested by the agent . I never heard back from her, no feedback, no suggestions, etc. Once the listing expired, an updated listing was never sent to me. Realtor Charlotte Hitchens helped us loose over $20K in the sale of our home. She received a a $3K commission for her service We never received a Thank You or We appreciate your business. We were bleeding losses and she offered to give us half of $650.00 Home Warranty that we had to pay. When I sent her an email that we did not get the check and signed it "Give Away House" she said she was not sending me a check for "Stupid Comments" and that my comments does'nt phase her one bit. I told her it was about her integrity not about comments. To date, I received no check. She popped the champagne and had a steak...we weren't even left a bone. ReMax HSV and Charlotte Hitchens a 0.00 star!I suggest you look in other directions for real estate help.

Quite a few statements from the rep were very misleading and issues not pointed out to us, in an effort to sell the home. Nothing too serious because we were able to learn the truth about the issue and we did buy the house. We were compensated which soothed our feelings. We've not mentioned them referral asked.

There is not an event in the Village that Jeff Hollansworth does not support. Concerts, picnics, shows, you name it, Jeff puts his name and his company's name behind the event. Hot Springs Village is a better place because Jeff Hollansworth and RE/MAX are on board to offer their support.
