We were looking for a quick breakfast as we passed through the area on our way home from Hot Springs, and we are so glad we decided to go inside and eat. The staff and other customers were friendly and made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely fantastic! My panini was made with what seemed to be homemade bread. It was perfect! My husband’s breakfast tacos were made with homemade tortillas and homemade salsa, and my kids thought their cinnamon roll and muffin were delicious. Our lattes were also very good. We are so happy to have stopped in for breakfast and very glad we didn’t just go to a boring fast food place! Wish this place was closer to home so we could come back!

Great service! We were greeted by very friendly smiles and they were very attentive. The Country Club sandwich was delicious!! I ordered the mocha latte and it was just what i needed to wake up! Highly recommended if you're looking for a coffee and deli type place.

So friendly and quick. Food is fresh and there are plenty of options. My only criticism is the food is really mild, no zing, which maybe be what their regulars prefer because the place was hopping at 2pm.Responding to owner-*Rueben and tomato soup*

First real visit, last time was drive-thru. Absolutely FANTASTIC in every way!!! Excellent coffee choices and flavor. Breakfast tacos and salsas are beyond AWESOME! Great little care ambience. Authentic fruit Kolachis!

I used to love coming here before work. Came in this morning for a large coffee and Daniels tacos. Was told they were out of large coffee cups. Tacos prices on menu at 7.75. sub total for a medium coffee and 2 tacos came to 14.86. Way over priced. Asked why it cost so much and was told they had a price change on there menu but we're waiting for their new menu. Instead of honoring the price they had listed they tried to over charge me without telling me. Was not appreciated at all. I turned around and walked out.

Should really 4.5 to 4.75 Stars.....Really good experience!!!!!The panini sandwiches were outstanding!!!!!Tasty high quality meats with incredibly generous portions; the other ingredients and condiments/sauces were high quality, complimented the meats beautifully; the bread was nearly perfect......Truly delicious sandwiches!!!!!We chose pasta salad as a side.... Really good! Not a run of the mill pasta salad.And then the pie.... We tried a slice of the Chocolate and a slice of the Coconut Cream.Again..... Just absolutely outstanding pies!!!!!The staff was very friendly, engaging and helpful!So.... Why not 5 stars????? I rarely give 5, but the ONLY reason Melinda's didn't get 5 is the prices. Even with the great quality and deliciousness of the food, the prices were still kind of high. If the prices were a bit lower, Melinda's would definitely get the elusive 5 star rating!!!!!Definitely will go back and highly, highly recommend!!!!!

Truly lovely little gem near Hot Springs Village! The coffee is wonderful... I recommend an iced coffee with vanilla and soymilk. Also, the food is great... the cinnamon rolls are served warm and soft and perfectly sweet, and the paninis are delicious too!

I went to Melinda’s today for a coffee. I went through the drive thru and stopped to look at the menu first. I wanted a prom tux. On the menu, it said $5.85 for a large. I drove up to the window and ordered a large iced prom tux. She takes my card and comes back with a receipt for me to sign. It was $8.35. I was absolutely shocked! I would NEVER have paid that had I known. I figured I just wouldn’t come here for coffee again, as this is higher than any local or chain coffee shop I have EVER been to. I took a drink of my coffee and almost spit it out. It was HORRIBLE! I realized she had just thrown the coffee in the cup. She didn’t even bother stirring the syrup into the coffee. My straw was too short to reach, so I had to mix it up myself when I got home. All in all, this was not good coffee and I could have gotten a better one elsewhere for much cheaper. I’m really disappointed.. and their menu needs updated to reflect their true prices!!

Ordered bacon & egg taco served inside delicious house made tortilla. I was impressed! Also enjoyed a Green Tea latte made exactly how I like it with almond milk and only 1 pump of vanilla. Awesome breakfast!

The food is incredibly delicious.Daniel the owner is such a humble person. We’re from Texas and the Daniel taco was so Texan 😃 definitely a place to enjoy!! The patio seating is extra special!!! We’ll be back soon!!!

The husband and wife duo that run this cafe are some of the nicest people I know. The food is amazing - great portions and delicious flavors. Melinda’s is not only my favorite breakfast spot but also my favorite caterer go to. You can’t go wrong with breakfast or lunch at this gem in Hot Springs Village!

When I entered there was a large group, like a school soccer team or something. I thought the wait would be much longer than it was.The coffee was very good. I didn't expect the wide range of food available. I didn't eat but it looked so good I'll be going back to try it.The staff were efficient and professional.

Very good coffee, great cinnamon rolls and wonderful breakfast paninis. It is a great place for a quick stop in your day to recharge batteries and have something sweet or savory to eat.I´m only giving four stars because the toilet bowl in the restroom was in urgent need of cleaning and it was early in the morning when we went there.

Have eaten at Melindas many times. The employees are always friendly and courteous, but the food is fabulous. Love the quiche and the chicken salad on their homemade bread! It’s all good, except I can’t say how the chicken tortilla soup is because it sells out so fast but I HEAR it’s wonderful! LolOne of these days I will be there on time before it’s gone!

This place, a little hard to see from the road, until you're right up next to it, but man, this is the spot we'll be going to every time we visit. The place looks small from the outside, but its very open and spacious on the inside, plus seating outside. The service was awesome, they have a variety of food and coffee. Everything was delicious, and quick. Everyone had nothing but positive remarks on their meals. 10 out of 10 will be going back.

Melinda catered my bachelorette party/bridal shower over the weekend and it was everything I could have hoped for. The service was incredible - not to mention the Caesar salad, AMAZING potato soup, sandwich selections, and cupcakes. Thank you Melinda & staff!
