I am a tactile person. I like to touch things to see how they feel in my hands. I am also a label reader...yes even in a smoke shop. If it has a package with words on it, I want to know what it says. Due to every single item in the store being under lock and key, I can't do either of those things here without dominating all of the only employee's time.No matter how patient and kind they are, I know that I am taking time away from other customers and other duties that the only employee needs to get done. And I feel guilty and rushed.There is also an aroma of all the vapes that were ever vaped in there that always lingers. The tall glass cases prohibit good airflow and so the shop smells just kind of stale.This store has everything I need and is close to home, but my nerves don't always handle it well.

I would have hoped that the salesman would have been more knowledgeable about their products. It would have made the trip worth it. I left and went to a place in Little Rock and received exactly what I was looking for with their help and knowledge.

Don't know what his name was but the cashier was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable about everything in the store, conversational and didn't mind breaking things down for me when I asked my many questions. 10/10 would enjoy if he taught a class about all their products, which are all 10/10 as well. Small store, very decent selection.

They never run out of pipes I only use one kind of pipe and it breaks easily and they are cheap enough here that it's not a big deal. They have a wide selection of glass and other accessories, everything you need! 10 years ago I would have told you there would never be a store like this here, but here it is! 🤘

I love wonderland, always have but this was my first time in this store off Mnt Pine road. The store was small but very neat, organized and clean. The gentleman working seemed super stressed out because he had not been able to eat due to the high traffic in the store. He kept getting irritated when more and more people would come in. He would make a " ahhh ughh" kinda of noise and slam his hands down on the counter. Very passive-aggressive.I don't know if they are short workers or what but regardless someone working with the public can't be acting like that, you can lose customers that way. I'll be back but only because I love the store and the prices.

Just bought this from the Wonderland on Mountain Pine Road about 20 - 30 minutes ago. When I got home I took this out of the bag and it's BROKEN by the stem. The dude didn't even let me see it at the store before I paid for it. He just put it in the bag and took (stole) my money. When I called him and the the other store they said that they would NOT replace it nor give me a refund.UPDATE: The manager of the Mountain Pine store reached out to me and offered to make things right, which I appreciated. I declined the refund/trade and just asked him to make sure that it doesn't happen to someone else. But since he did reach out to me which I didn't expect I am giving HIM 5 stars.

Nice polite employee! We bought a mechanical mod & got back to the hotel and found out it wasn't working. We went back the next morning & the gentleman behind the counter not only exchanged it right then with no problem but he also helped us out in getting the new one adjusted.
