Called and got a foreigner I couldn't understand. Finally got a call back from Ethan. He had to hang up cause his dog got out and his mother was yelling at him. Showed up 2 hours late. Didn't know what he was doing. Didn't understand what I wanted. Called his boss to get help. Said it would take 3 days to get a bid. Ethan never called or texted even after I texted him twice. He even told me he forgets a lot of things. Looks to be only in his 20's.Ethan is destroying this business. Lost a $5,000 job since my neighbors used who I used. I believe Ethan is related to owner and simply needs to be a common laborer with very good supervision!

Spoke to a gentleman, set up appointment, 30 minutes before the appt said he had to cancel because his crew hit a line on someone else's property (that sounds professional!) Said he would call to reschedule never heard from again. We needed a fence ASAP , if you want one in the near future don't waste your time here.
