Jessica took extra care and time with my senior dog, who gets very nervous and anxious away from home. She did a very good job, was very gentle and patient handling her. The facility is an older one, but everything appeared neat and clean. She bought the business several months ago. I plan to go back again. Her pricing is very reasonable too.

Friendly staff that is easy to work with. I have been going for years. They handle my senior dogs very well even though they are both very anxious when I take them. They are good at working our appointment in last minute to help with my crazy schedule.

I went here a couple years back and had an awful experience where they hit my chihuahua for crying when he got his nails done. They changed locations, plus I had some family members recommend Puppy Love to me now that Sunshine's is out of the question, so I decided to give it another go. Bad mistake on my part. I took my Pembroke Welsh Corgi in to get trimmed and have a shedding treatment done (basically where the take out the undercoat). And oh my god. First of all, he is shedding more than he ever has before in his life. When I loaded him up in the car, his fur got all over me and all over the car. Now I have to get my car cleaned. Second, he smells awful. I don't know what they used on him, but whatever they did, he smells absolutely awful, so now not only do I have to make a grooming appointment with someone else, but I also have to give him a bath. Third, Janet, the groomer, said she had to get "rough" with my dog because he was scared of the blow dryer. No groomer should ever resort to getting rough with a dog, especially after I let her know that my dog is skittish. Lastly, walking up to the place was awful first thing in the morning, because there was diarrhea on the ground going up to the door and into the facility. It was cleaned by the time I came back, but it had left a bad impression with me and I should have gone with my gut to NOT leave him there. I'm going to call and ask for a refund tomorrow. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a groomer, I should have never gone back to them.
