Love it...The employee in the store stated she has tried most of everything in the store with an exception of a very few. Yall that tells me she is feeling good all of the time. Lol. No stress. No worry. Straight relaxation. Not a care in this world. Hell probably not one in the next. But she was so sweet. So friendly. And so very helpful. It made the visit to Arkansas worth while.

This place is amazing!!!! I met Toni the owner who gave me a sample of a tincture as well as an emu oil salve sample. Needles to say I was right back first thing the next day to purchase both a tincture and salve. I haven’t slept this good nor been pain free in months. The products are top notch! Also got a tincture for my senior dog who has also been sleeping like a baby. I’m already looking to buy more products. All around great experience

I have tried other CBD products before but I have not gotten the results as I do with this company. Here is my short story...I have severe PTSD and anxiety. Needless to say this affects my mood, sleep, pain, amongst other things. I was also diagnosed with Renaud's Syndrome, which is a circulatory disorder. At times, my legs go numb. I'm not even 40!!! I was told there was nothing that could be done besides some life style changes, but my spider veins would only get worse with age. Even with my lifestyle changes and taking medicine, I never got results I wanted nor did I like how the medication made me feel. I decided to give Hot Springs Hemp Co a try. I mean the prices are great, in fact cheaper then my meds I was taking, so why not. To my surprise, the CBD tinctures are absolutely amazing. I have tried most flavors but natural and peppermint are my favorite. The tinctures do not taste bitter at all. Not only has my PTSD, anxiety and pain gotten under control but my spider veins are decreasing and my legs no longer go numb❣️ I had to post the pictures so y'all can see for yourself. I was not sunburned in this picture; that is how my skin looked ☹️. You can also see that my spider veins have decreased in color and size. I can't wait to see how great my skin looks in another 6mths. For my neck and back pain, I got instant results with the roll on pain relief. My pain was gone after 30 mins. I use the roll on as needed.Not only are there products amazing but they have great customer service. They are always there for advice on what products would work best for me. Thank you, for this wonderful product and for making it affordable. It certainly has changed my life.

I came to the retail shop in Hot Springs Arkansas during a trip. We stopped in interested in looking at products as I have two autoimmune disorders lupus and Sjogrens syndrome. The staff is extremely well-educated in detail over the types of products they offer and what would be best for me. I purchased the CBD isolate 8000mg and used for the entire month. I noticed significant positive changes in my pain levels, inflammation levels and in my sleeping. I went five days without the tincture and realized very quickly how beneficial and how much I really needed it and now I am a subscription customer because I don't think that my day would be the same unless I had this to help me. The headaches and joint pain came back on day one without the tincture and were worse each day after. So I'm looking forward to getting my new bottle and having my bottle each month. This has made an enormous difference in my daily function making life easier.

Their CBD products are top-notch and everyone working there I’ve met so far has been knowledgable, passionate, and helpful. Lindsay was very kind. Their pet tinctures are excellent for elderly dogs with anxiety + arthritis. They have these hemp dog toys as well, the doggies love em. Much better than plastic fibers.

This company offers amazing pet tincture!!! I have a red nosed pit that is quite crazy! She is a rescue and working on anxiety and separation issues this product helps so much! I have tried so many different ones but this one is the only one that works!! Also shipping is super fast and customer service reps are amazing!

My wife and I visited Hot Springs in late April for a wedding. We came across Hot Springs Hemp Company, wanting to buy some CBD & D8 flower for the trip. We LOVE this place.The service was amazing, and educational, and the product is top notch! We live in Austin and love it so much, we order from here instead of our local CBD/Delta-8 spot. We receive our order within 2 days and when they didn't have what I wanted, they made amazing substitutions and threw in an extra goody and some matches. Toni and Barry wrote a handwritten note letting me know why there was a substitution.We will keep ordering from here! Highly recommend.

I visited the store last year while on vacation in Hot Springs and was incredibly impressed with the staff, their knowledge of the products and customer service. I set up a monthly order to be shipped to me in Louisiana every month. I receive an email each month letting me know my order has shipped and providing me with a tracking number. It is always timely and packaged well. The staff is in constant communication with me letting me know of new products to make sure I am getting exactly what I need. There are CBD and Hemp stores on every corner in Louisiana but I choose to continue my order with Hot Springs Hemp Company because of their knowledge and amazing customer service. Absolutely awesome store. Hunter helped me when we were in Hot Springs when I had a terrible headache and no sleep. The lemon baked bars helped me sleep. They are still helping me sleep at home. I live in Texas and called and they took my order and shipped to my house. He even called to let me know the amount first and then text to let me know it shipped. Very nice people and very accommodating. Please go visit them if you are in Hot Springs.

While playing in a tennis tournament at Hot Springs Village, we took an afternoon trip to visit historic Hot Springs downtown. We went into Hot Springs Hemp Company and the people working were so helpful and knowledgeable. I have used CBD oil in the past, but this has been the best and the price is great. I absolutely love this store!!! I do not live in Hot Springs so I shop online, and I have had the best experience with them. I am a migraine sufferer as well as a teacher and these products have saved me on more than one occasion. The roll on relief gel is a life saver and relieves the pressure. The peppermint tincture calms the nausea. Their bath bombs are a relaxing treat after a difficult day. I can't recommend this place and their products enough!

I absolutely love the roll on pain relieving product I picked up. Customer service is meh, but this product is a godsend. I've had multiple pain disorders since the 70s, but a couple years ago my doctors took me off all my painkillers when I was diagnosed with kidney disease. The stuff is finally allowing me the use of my arms.
