Here is my male Ruby Cav at 7 months. They know he is spoiled:) and have given me tips on how to make his camp experience more enjoyable. This definitely eased this momma’s heart! They love on him and he is “in the groove!” Thank you!!

I have to say I was very impressed with Camp Diggity Dog.The staff was very friendly and the customers that came in seem very satisfied. I was there for an interview and the two young ladies that interviewed me were very pleasant . That would be an awesome place to work if you love animals which I do very much . But I will refer anybody I know to Camp diggity dog from what I seen it's an awesome place.

Camp Diggity Dog's has been our saving grace! Our dog loves going. We sent her to work out some of her anxiety and nerves. Its the best decision we ever made. The facilities are extremely clean. I have never smelled "dogs" in there. The staff is absoutley amazing. I trust them completely. They offer a wide variety of services to fit any need we may have. Highly recommended!

Buddy loves Camp Diggity Dogs. It feels so good to know that when we have something big going on he has somewhere to go where they accept his being a bit high strung. The socializing he gets there is so good for him.

My lily and I are in love with this place! Lily had some separation anxiety and I thought taking her to day care would help her not miss me so much when I was at work. She was a little apprehensive at first, as was I, but Ashley is amazing and she helped me get through my anxiety. The staff loves lily and lily loves all of them. You can tell as she cannot wait to get out of the car to run in :) we use pretty much all the services they offer. She goes to daycare 2-3 times a week, I have boarded her there a handful of times and she gets groomed. Everyone is great!! We love you all at camp Diggity dogs!!

I went in for an interview and I must say, for anyone applying to this place or interviewing soon. Be warned, it kinda felt like free labor. I was informed beforehand it'd be a 2 hour interview. Which I figure would be maybe an hour to tour and an hour to talk and actually interview me. However it did not plan out that way, when I arrived at 12 I met Ashley and the other owner they then called someone to give me a "tour" when in reality she showed me where to put my bag and then where to clean 3 kennels. After that they sent me in with the little dogs. Which I understand they wanted to see my work ethic but they had me in with the dogs for almost 3 hours. After those hours they finally spoke with me for maybe 5 minutes before sending me away to go back home. It was not a close drive. To only never hear back from them and to see another job post on indeed today. I'm fed up. Also, not to mention there was another girl there for 5 hours. Doing different kind of work. It all seems shady to me. Be careful if you apply that's all I gotta say. Also. Best believe I've reported this place to this to the BBB.

I began using this grooming facility a few months ago and realized fairly quickly that I couldn’t afford to have my two small dogs groomed here every month as it cost me almost $150 by the time I paid the grooming fee and minimum tip. So I opted to have them groomed every other month. I also live 20 miles away from them. No matter how early I dropped off my dogs, they were never ready for at least seven hours. So, I had to either find something to do in Hot Springs for that length of time, or I had to drive into town and back home twice in one day, resulting in 80 miles for two round trips. Then back in February (2023), a week after the dogs were groomed, they went to our vet to have their teeth cleaned. The staff picked them up and immediately asked if I wanted to have their nails trimmed while they were having their teeth cleaned. That cost another $30 because Camp Diggity Dogs didn’t take care of it while they were grooming my little guys. Then I was called by the vet to say one of my boys needed to have a tooth pulled because it was loose. He’s only four years old and had never had a problem with his teeth. I’ll admit he doesn’t like grooming and can be a handful, but one of the times he was groomed the groomer admitted that she “swatted” him because he tried to bite the woman who shampooed him. They were all made aware that he would struggle, but he had never tried to bite anyone. I can’t prove his tooth was loosened while at the facility, but I have to wonder. I was sick during the month of April and couldn’t take the dogs for their grooming that month, and getting an appointment changed takes several weeks. I had already decided to try a groomer closer to where I live, but I made an appointment in early April for a grooming in mid June. I got an email from CDD on May 31, reminding me that the boys had their appointments on June 1. I hadn’t realized they were still in the system, so I decided to give it one more try since the dogs hadn’t been groomed since February and it was another three and a half weeks before I could get them to the new groomer. I wish I had waited. I dropped them off at CDD at 8:00am, and I didn’t get a call that they were ready until almost 3:30. I had to drive into HS (30 minute drive one way), pick them up, and drive home. One of my dogs is 14, and he wears a belly band because he has an incontinence problem. When we got home and I tried to change his diaper, he began to squirm and whimper. I saw blood on the diaper and found a raw spot about two inches in diameter on the right side of his belly. He had been shaved so close that he was bleeding. This is a dog who doesn’t move when he’s groomed, so it wasn’t like they had to fight him to get to that place. So, I had to rush him to my vet ten minutes before closing. That visit cost $276 and change for an urgent care visit. Camp Diggity Dogs has seen the last of me. They’re too expensive, I question the length of time the dogs are kept, I’ve given written notes on what needed to be done (nails trimmed, anal glands emptied, trim ear hair shorter), and these things were often ignored. And I’ve asked them to keep my dog that has anxiety and gets antsy in his kennel. That request was ignored as well. This last time I got something from the vet to calm him down and asked that they keep him in his kennel when they weren’t working on him. They told me he was better so they left him out with all the other dogs, again ignoring my request. They’re too expensive, they’re too busy, so they don’t need my business.

My puppy has been going here since he was about 11 weeks old, he's now 7 months. He absolutely loves going to daycare and clearly loves all the staff. It always looks/smells clean, and they are very careful about making sure the dogs are fully vaccinated. He always comes home happy and tired, which is especially nice when I'm tired from work lol. He also gets groomed here. He loves seeing the groomers and they do a beautiful job on his haircut. They let him play in daycare until the groomer is ready for him, so he doesn't have to sit in a crate all day. Prices are reasonable, and they have some great daycare packages with discounts. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for somewhere fun and safe for your dog!

Wow what a wonderful establishment! First rate, modern, top Dawg Special! We were so very pleased with Cooper's first visit. Tom and Ashley gave us a tour of the property and we were pleased over the cleanliness and all the different activities provided. We will be back!

This place truly cares about your family(dogs) they protect them give them something to do to run all that energy off to come home and pass out after a long day at school. They train them the basic training and they do that everyday for a hour and a half all dogs must have training.

I was excited to find a place here in town where dogs could actually play with each other instead of being stuck in a kennel all day. Although the facility looks clean and the staff I met were friendly, I experienced multiple issues with my rescue after trips to Camp Diggity Dog last year. I used day care services a few times prior to boarding her for 2 nights (partially per their requirement to board). The first trip was fine and she came home exhausted. But she also came home covered in fleas despite being on an internal preventative.Prior to boarding, we had worked on her food aggression for about 8 months and it was no longer an issue. After boarding for 2 nights, she was worse than before she ever went. Over a year later, I am STILL working on fixing this issue. The few times I took her to daycare (and boarding), she came home with fleas (I have NEVER had fleas in my home). She ALSO came home with kennel cough which required medication. Both issues seem to be ongoing (I've received several emails regarding kennel cough breakout notices). After boarding, I took her to daycare one other time. She was TERRIFIED when I dropped her off, so much so that they had to carry her to the back. For these reasons alone, I will NEVER take any of my dogs there again.Their prices are also ridiculously high. They only offer a daily flat rate for daycare regardless of how many hours they are there. They also charged me a late pick up fee after boarding which they did not tell me about. When asked how late I could pick up on a Sunday, I was told the time but there were NO mention of the after hours pick up charge. I think it was another $25.This is also not the place for the common dog owner. This is a hoity toity place full of expensive pure breeds. Even the owner is a breeder despite resharing social media posts from our city's animal services division encouraging adoption and spay/neuter. It's all about the $$$....

The review is neutral because we never actually got to use their services. We were turned around at the door. First excuse was that you had to book an appointment so future customers reading this review please note you have to book ahead of time to bring your dog in for daycare. Second excuse was do you have all the shot records oh you're from out of state no we don't take dogs from out of state. I'm sure they're wonderful if the other reviews here are valid we just were not able to take advantage of their services sadly. You'll find our positive experience review over on The barking beauties page.

We saw Camp Diggity Dogs as we drove by one day and decided to check into them. We have had our dog there twice and she seems to have loved it.The price is reasonable and worth our pup getting to play with other dogs. She is wiped out when we pick her up. Her time there seems to have calmed her down quite a bit.The place is clean, doesn't smell doggy and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.I would recommend Camp Diggity Dogs to anyone.

My opinion is the following:Great people. Seem to really care about your pet. Unfortunately, I have a 9 month Weimeraner that was completely evaluated with a local Vet with preventative medications and etc. because I was taking a trip out of state for four days and he was found to be completely healthy. I found camp diggity dogs online and thought this might be a good resource while I was gone. He stayed there 4 days, with ALL current medical shots, and preventive medical care which they required before they would admit my pet. The information was supplied and he was accepted. My dog is an inside dog, he doesn't go in the woods, he doesn't run in unsecure environments. I spent $1500 on this pup from a reputable breeder and not about to put him in situations that would jeopordize his health. At any rate, I brought him home to find him "ithching" everywhere and miserable. Another trip to the Vet revealed he was infested with ticks, fleas, and a parasitCraig AlspaughPosting publiclyLearn moree that I can't pronounce. I have paid some $150.00 for the remedies to correct the problems however, I spoke with someone at Camp Diggity Dogs named "Ashley" the purported owner. When I explained the issues with our experience, I told her that I wasn't expecting her to pay for the Vet bills, just that we reach some compromise (i.e. they bathe him with the flea and tick shampoo), she suggested that my Vet was ill educated and I should find another. At that point she began screaming at me over the phone iterating that they gave my dog "extra special" attention and that all I want is money and said she was done with me an hung up the phone. I do not need her $150.00. Some reasonable business response would have been sufficient. In my opinion, if you need to board your pet for any reason, you might wish to do more research than I did in choosing this infected facility for your pets.

My Oxford has the BEST time at Camp Diggity Dogs! He begs me most mornings to go & literally drags me into the building because he has so much fun! The staff is wonderful, know him by name & take the best care of him! When he gets home, he sleeps like a baby from a day of play/stimulation! The facility/play equipment is absolutely incredible & we’ve boarded him here several times without a worry! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for doggie daycare/boarding!

I brought my 6-month-old puppy to Camp Diggity Dogs for daycare for the first time, and he had a BLAST! Now when we pull into the parking lot, he is so excited to go in and play, and he always comes home worn out! The staff is very welcoming and reassuring for first time dog owners. I would recommend Camp Diggity Dogs to anyone!

We have started training here and loved our first session. It's obvious they truly care about dogs. All the staff greet or say goodbye to dogs by name. We are going to try day camp next week and can't wait to see how our fur baby does. I know it will be great.

The owners (sisters) were very helpful & accommodating. We called at the last minute but they cheerfully accepted our 2 mini schnauzers for 2 days of daycare. The next time we are in Hot Springs they will be our 1st call after hotel confirmation!

My dog Kate loves going to Camp Diggity Dogs! She can barely sit still in the car when I tell her we’re going there. The staff is wonderful and love all the pets that go there. The groomers are great with the dogs also. I highly recommend you give it a try.

The staff were very friendly and were very sweet with our Sheepadoodle. We had no concerns and wouldn’t change any way they groomed her. I loved that she was able to run and play outside during her grooming experience. We’ll definitely be bringing our pup back!

Our 2-year old lab loves going to camp! He is happy& well behaved when we get home-- and very tired so obviously had a great time playing with his new buddies. It is important for him to have lots of active play even if it rains so Camp Digity Dog is great. The staff is awesome!
