If I could leave minus Stars I would leave that because I called ahead of time to this place told them I had a heavy gold men's bracelet that I wanted to sell or get a loan on they said bring it down I bring it down there the lady test it tells me it's real which I already know it is real and then says that since it's so heavy they can't loan on it or buy it. The bracelet only weighs maybe 50 60 G I drove an hour cuz they were the only place open to get to him after calling them ahead of time just for her to test it and tell me it's real but there's nothing she could do I don't understand why did she even test it if she wasn't going to buy it or loan me on it I guess since it passed as gold they decided not to take it makes absolutely no sense big waste of my time I don't know how this place is even in business

This is a great shop, clean, well lit and organized. Even though it is a pawn shop it doesn’t feel like a junk shop. And The guys working in this shop are awesome! They were friendly and helpful and willing to deal. We will definitely go back.

Sold me an expert socket set as a Mac socket set. Then when caller wouldn’t do anything about it. I thought I was saving money when actually I paid more because I could have got them off the Mac truck for thirty bucks less than what I paid. Then he wanted to try and flip it around on me saying I could have switched them out!! Very very poor service

Have been doing business here for a very long time. They have always been fair to me and my husband. Very clean store not like most pawn shops that are dingy, dirty, smelly etc. Stop by to see them!

Most of the stuff i buy from them breaks quick...i bought a tv (last thing i bought) it breaks after 2 months (av ports, hdmi, cable ports, computer ports all of them stopped working at once. Get the lg no signal on everything) then when i tried to point out that the tv was totally bad they said "We got a bad batch of LG TVs (which is what i had) and they said "but we wont take it back" these people make money coning you had several friends with the same experience dont buy from them
