The cashier who rang me up. Who do you think you are to scold me for HELPING “YOU” bag an item. I paid for. In which otherwise, you had no plan in doing so. And why do I need to ask you. If I wanted a bag for it? I’m your customer. You work there. Stay in your lane! Or don’t work anywhere that requires CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Mold in lots of poultry bags. Had no idea what poultry was in their containers. Said I'm guessing it would have to be these, while walking out with a torn up tag. Would recommend going to Texarkana vs going to these people.

Nearly impossible to get assistance, when you do find the guy first doesn't have a clue no matter what you need, and second if he accidentally guesses right he doesnt know if they sell them, or where they would be if they do sell them. Prices are a bit high. There are a bunch of oddities too..example being having bolts, flat washers, and lockwashers of a certain size you need...but no nuts that size? Makes you go to a different hardware store...why not go to the other store in the first place. There's a very good hardware store about 3 blocks from this place...go there and save the headache.

The only store that I have ever been in in my 45 years that felt this creepy. It made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up for 30 minutes. I will never step foot in this building in Hope Arkansas ever again.

It's a good place to just stop by and go in and just look around never know what hidden jem they have that day on the shelves. Plus they have the baby chicks and ducks and even at time bunnies in the back! That's my favorite part of the experience.

I’ve never been to Atwood’s in Hope and been treated poorly. Employees are helpful, greeted at the door, and cashiers that are polite and have a smile on their face. Great selection of dog accessories and food. Y’all rock!

The carts have been damaged for over 3 yrs now!! The wheels are blown out with pieces missing out of them. Also their prices on animal feed has and is continuing to go up

5 stars with reservations. Was told they had a certain kayak in stock at Nash Store. That is a 1 hour drive for me. They didn't have it and didn't seem to concerned about my wasted time. Redeeming factor and reason for 5 star rating was the store in HOPE had it waiting on me when I got there. In fact I walked right by it without seeing it. They put it right by front registers. They went to extra trouble to assure me the kayak I wanted was indeed there. Comments of let me be sure, climbing a ladder, and getting it down from shelf, assured me they did what was necessary to identify the proper kayak. Thanks Hope store for your efforts at accuracy!Hope was another 30 minutes from the Nash location.I know mistakes are made but the names of assorted kayaks are not that difficult to discern if you take the time to lay eyes on them. Therefore as a customer I would have to chalk up the mistake made about the kayak being in stock to carelessness.On a positive note employees were always friendly and helpful regardless of what store you were in.Hats off to employees of Atwoods of Hope, Arkansas. YEAH!

I usually just buy deer feed and canning stuff here. They do have other items available though. Fair priced, but not always stocked up on seasonal items. You get some sales associates that are helpful and some are rude.

This is one of the smaller Atwood stores, but its well stocked, and as usual the service is good mostly teenagers at cashier Call my but they know the system and do a good job!While the inventory is not as large as other stores comment the things they do him and Tori they generally have in stock. And, the hours are convenient

Bought a battery a week ago that will not hold a charge and Mike over the battery department refused to exchange it and the girl at the front said we could use it for a core charge.Mike actually told me to go get jumper cables for it

I was stopped upon entry with my son's diaper bag and told I could not bring that in. Is this store policy for any bags or ? I knew exactly what I wanted but was going to browse a little but will not return to this location. I hope the one in Nash, TX is friendlier. Walmart has no problem with it, or any other store, restaurant, or amusement park ,zoos, or fairs that I have carried said bag to.Update:I was contacted by the store manager two days later and was told that the situation was handled improperly by her employees. She offered an apology and went above and beyond what she needed to do .
