At first they were honest and decent to me. I even bought my tank from them in 2003. They’d always post the price of propane on their chalkboard. Although they never would allow me to have credit (my credit was good. And is good) I’d try to come up with the cash to fill my tank.Then in 2010, right after the global crash, they stopped sharing the price of propane on their chalkboard and quoted what they choose. I felt I was being made to cover costs of others who didn’t pay their credit debit. And I was being called (Girl), not my name, the service wasn’t the same. So I closed my account.Then just recently I came back in 2023, I was given a new account. But someone noted in my account “do not deliver), no name. And no one cares to find out, or why?Holy God is truth, it’s who he is. No more, no less. He doesn’t recognize a lie. So I said my payer’s and put the truth in his hands, Amen💫It’s time I start saving towards solar panels. Anyone coming from out of state, to NW Arkansas, to own your home. You’re best off as independent as possible.In response to Anderson’s, the chock board was in the same area where customer service desks are. It hadn’t moved yet! The board was wiped clean to prevent everyone from having the same price of propane in 2010, like I said. I don’t care where it is now that has 0 to do with anything.

Where everybody knows your name...and their always glad you came....lol ok it's not like Cheers...but it does have a hometown feel, clean place where you can always grab a breakfast or lunch from their kitchen. The best part..$1.00 LARGE COFFEE (.50¢ SMALL) WITH ALL THE FIXINS' ...NEED I SAY MORE!

UPDATE to address the response:It wasn't a lady working "HE was too busy" and of course I had no way of knowing where food was ordered since the cashier never said anything to me. Look back on your security tapes earlier today and find the woman buying a bag of zebra donuts and you can see the interaction yourself.Apparently they only acknowledge you if you are local. The cashier never said a word to me (not even my total) because he was so busy talking to someone. We were going to get some food but decided not to so we didn't interrupt the cashier's conversation.

I served as an Arkansas licensed service technician out of Rogers for 2 years; which was with a much larger and less favorable company, and have seen personally heard, experienced, and know just about every aspect of what goes on.My parents had been with them for 20+ years and these great folks went above and beyond in order took care of them through good and bad times without hesitation.When my step-father passed away, they once again worked like family to keep my disabled and elderly mother supplied and taken care of without any pressure, undue hardship, hesitation, or typical corporate issues.When my mother became stricken with dementia and unable to maintain her account, they worked without hesitation with me to extend their trust in me to carry on and preserve the business relationship; which has continued to be both an honor and blessing for the now going on additional years.From our communications, the prices, and all the way through to the service, I highly recommend Anderson's for their propane services and business relations. They are the perfect example of "going above and beyond to be courteous, kind, helpful, compassionate, friendly, and professional.As a customer looking forward to years of continued future business, I say; "Thank you!", to the entire Anderson's staff and family.

I usually don't comment on this but I use a fuel calculator app to track everything. For some reason at this gas station using pump 6 I just got 78% out of each gallon rather than the full gallon like you are paying for. I was shocked when I saw this. I gave them 2 stars rather than 1 because the people working were friendly. Someone needs to check their pumps though.

Can't drive by without stopping to pick up some of their delicious food. Club sandwich and breakfast burritos are my favorites. Their tomatoes are incredible when in season also.

Lovely petrol ⛽ station. Bathrooms are clean as a whistle and smelt great. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Well stocked for truckies. Big meals and tasty. They may not know or have tried a cuppa but were more than happy to help out with cup of hot tea 🍵. Green bean's and hot roll were great and hit the spot after a long hike. ☺ Highly recommended well done ladies and gentlemen 👍🤗 Ps. Everyone who likes pie 🥧 should definitely make room for the Peach 🍑 pie absolutely delicious and full of flavor. I don't like sweets but for this I will definitely make an exception. Amazing. 👍😍💋

My wife and I are nearing our 12th year with Anderson's and we wouldn't trade'em for anything they're good people that offer great service. Now our kids are just getting their party started with Anderson's and like us I'm sure they'll be looking forward to a long standing relationship with the company. Thank you Anderson's

Well they left our propane tank leaking after a recent fill and refused to come look at it unless we paid another 110$ service fee. I'm contesting with our CC company and would encourage any of their customers to look elsewhere

Very rude lady that works there following my family around and kept asking sharply what she could help us find then came around and stared while we were paying. Was only there 5 minutes. Perhaps my service dog was offensive to her? (Wearing his service dog vest). Would never stop here again.

Been dealing with them for 15 years and NO ONE ELSE! They've come out in the worse weather, almost got stuck, but they got me delivered. Very prompt, friendly, fair, and respectful. Definitely better than when I lived in Chicago and dealing with gas people.

It Saturday April 1 2017! My husband and I with our four children ages 11/8/2/1 had a flat tire and made it Anderson station. My husband went in and ask if they had a air tank. The lady said yes we do but it just got locked up because we are closing. They closed and left. They didn't care whatsoever. I will not shop here ever again!!! We use to buy Anderson gas too and we use to buy feed, and stuff for the farm. HOWEVER LIKE I SAID USE TO!!!!!!

We called last week to set up service at our new place. We were told it would be here Saturday but no one showed up Saturday. Today is Monday (last night we ran out of propane which is the only way to heat our house) it was 7 degrees this morning my husband called twice and each time he was told someone would call him back but no one called so I called and explained that we have a one year old child with no heat it’s now 10 degrees the First Lady hung up on me I called back again and the man told me there is nothing he can do they will be there today but he can’t say when. I asked if they care about elderly or children and he said it wasn’t his problem nothing they could do about it. Now I’m livid I’ve been lied to by this company several times. This is the last time we will ever use Anderson propane again!

Great place BUT!! They don't open till 6am. When you have customers waiting in the parking lot and employees waiting inside, OPEN UP! In this area, Andersons store is the hold up!

I had a hose on my pickup go bad and they were kind enough to allowed me to work on it and let to get the water I needed so I could make it to my home in Springdale,Arkansas.
