Beyond a doubt, the best seafood I have had since I left New Orleans. The couple who run it are just awesome people. I had the beans & rice and my partner had the Gumbo

Sadly, could only justify a 2 on my etoufee order. AS a very long time south Louisiana resident, literally this etoufee needs some serious revision. The typical Gravy was nothing short of a thin, light broth......just not exciting or flavorful..As a full time SugarLoaf Mtn. Resident NOW...I'LL give it one more try...hope it's better next time......our second dish of shrimp boil was dissapointing...Owner Only had ""peeled shrimp""...( in A Boil?)..which were so tiny, and the plated dish was very unplentiful in other items....for the $$, dish was pitiful...very few sausages, very few potatoes...STAFF & Owner All very pleasant and great atmosphere...I JUST HOPE THE FOOD IMPROVES!!
