Very unprofessional employees and rude customer service. Me and my mom had to exchange a pair of shoes for a size issue, waited in line for 10 minutes at the customer service line. The customer service representative then moved to money services without mentioning anything and we waited more than 30 minutes in line. Once she was done with money services, than she said you can’t return here. Than she went back to customer service line and said we were not in line first, when she knew we were waiting in line for a return/exchange all this time. I would not recommend this Walmart to anyone and I would not rank it even the last Walmart in customer service. This Walmart has very poor customer service and management.

10 months ago this store received a 5 star rating and this time a 1 star. The customer service representative at the exit door named Norma asked to see our receipt due to a gallon of juice and paper towels not being in a bag. I explained that the order amounted to $85.00. I explained to her the receipt was sent to my phone. Norma then proceeded to tell my daughter to wait with the groceries while I go get my phone out the car. This would not have been a big deal if the rules apply to everyone. I observed people walking out with several items not in a bag and Norma did not stop them. The receipt did not go to my phone as of yet so I showed her my bank account transactions. I decided to do my own investigation and visit the same Walmart everyday while I was visiting my family Norma did not stop everyone on a consistent basis. Why did we get excluded? Why did my daughter have to wait at the front of the store as if we store juice and paper towels? Majority of the time Norma was on her phone and not paying attention to people who had items outside a bag. Also self check out line is a joke.

Well before the snow storm came..it was hard getting what you came for..after the snow..the shelves still was low due to some trucks being delayed due to the snow..but overall Mrs. Janice gave great welcome and should wonderful farewell when leaving in Forrest City

This Wal-mart location is pretty well stocked in all depts . Given the fact that in area where the City of Helena & West Helena , AR . Has suffered from economic decline for many decades , many businesses and homeowners loosing their properties . Such a " Great Loss " like many cities and towns in the USA ? The work stuff is pretty helpful when you ask for help in finding products and looking up prices too .Without this Wal-Mart here most products would not not be easily available nearby the area . Unless you drive 50 to 70 miles to the nearest Lowes & Home-Depot ? Most residents are very grateful of this Wal-Mart and other businesses that are still providing products and services ... The employees are typically friendly and helpful. The store is adequately stocked considering the fact that it is the only major grocery store in the region. They typically have well stocked shelves but could improve their produce section. The prices...meh. Some items are ridiculously expensive, and I refuse to pay extreme prices for smaller packages. The cost is rising on most items, and the packaging is shrinking.

The customer service is always a hit or miss there. Some of the employees attitudes are beyond nasty/rude. Not to mention over half of the registers are never open for check out. Having to wait in a long self checkout line for 1-2 items is very irritating.

I went to the Automotive Center Sunday 10/23/22 around 4pm to get a new tire. So baffling to discover that they were completely close with an open sign up and hours of operations from 6am-6pm. I called the customer service twice and they referred me twice to the empty center as though it was open. I went in and spoke to a manager to see whether or not the auto center was open. The manager stated that they could not operate due to not having technicians available at work. Pretty much the technicians were just walking around Walmart laughing and talking. I met one on the way out the door. Poor management..... poor customer service! Ridiculous!

POOR Customer Service! Not enough open registers. Self checkout was HORRIBLE the worst I've ever seen.!ONLY A FEW SELF CHECKOUTS... Workers at self checkout Attitudes was off!!!! Very BAD! Understaffed at registers..... Worker Screaming and hollering at customers like a drill sergeant at the self checkout.... THOUGHT I WAS DREAMING, THIS COULD NOT BE REAL!

Could be more organized and cleaner. There's only one section for self check out and one or two regular check outs and the line is always stupid long. Terrible! Just keeps getting worse. Buggy's all over the parking lot. Crazy messed up!

The place was very small. Trying to get around so many people with their children or carts is out of this world. Trying to get to self checkout literally turned out to be a race from the impression of another customer. They seem to have whatever you need, but between the inventory and large population of people cluttering the isles and children littering the floor, it seems a larger store is needed. The staff seemed great when they were around, but I wandered the electronics department for twenty minutes only to see five employees come from the back of the store.

The customer service was fine. My situation was I go to get a life jacket for a boat and they said they only carry them in the summer. I'll let you in on a secret. You are located in an area where people waterfowl hunt and some fish in the winter. Keeping a life jacket or two in stock would be simple, they honestly don't take up that much room.

Horrible customer service. I was at self checkout, asked the cashier,Syimekia, if I could use the register she was lazily leaning against and she told me no! I was shocked and said really? She finally stepped away glaring at me the entire time. Rude!!!!Pharmacy manager makes excuses for black staff ignoring white customers in line first. No excuses for not taking next in line.

This place has endless supplies which is always a (great value).. PLEASE PRETTY PLEASE.....get more cashiers. Kroger's higher this is a fact but your not standing in 2 lines that's checking out the whole store. Somethings very wrong here.

how long should hold time on phone be for answer to question....does our West Helena store offer curb side pickup. Someone finally answered phone ( after 3 minutes of ringing) did not know said hold on....okay been on hold 8 minutes. I am going to assume they don't want my business. But actually did not expect anything different!
