Guilt will compel you to tip generously, and buyers remorse will leave you sorry that you did. I always regret ordering from here and refuse to continue trying in the future on principle alone.

Dear Sonic,Dear Sonic Ownership,Dear Sonic Management,To be honest I'm not sure who this message should be directed to individually or collectively, but this specific location in West Helena, AR needs to be updated. The speaker systems are terrible and half the time the card readers are non functioning. I've spent a lot of money at this location and I will stop spending money if it's not updated accordingly. Sonic is a staple here and it's also a reflection of the city and it may even be a first for many young people (first employment). Let's raise the bar by updating the technology.

I go to this sonic alot. I went the other day and ordered a wacky pack with cheeseburger and mayo only. They brought everything on it instead of how I ordered. I had to take it back. We get home and the cheeseburger is the same way. My grandson couldn't eat it again. I was going to bring it back but I can't load 2 small children at the drop of the hat to continue taking something back that was supposed to be fixed! Not happy at all!

Sonic with a lane we could go to with our RV (25ft) attached! I wish more Sonic locations would do this! We never go to Sonic while road tripping with our RV because we can't...except here! Sonic corporate....do this in more places!Waitress was friendly, food was hot and fast.

Used to be really good. The last few months they've gone down hill. The buns have been stale the chicken is barely chicken, its mostly breading. Some of the car hops have horrible attitudes. At closing time there sitting on the tables with their pants hanging around their knees.

The food lately has not been good. The prices that they charge are to high for not to be getting quality food. Only eat there cause there are not to many choices. Pretzel twists are the best choice cause burgers are never fresh an cheese it looks like it's put on their just as you walk out the door.

Ordered several food items but when we got home there was like six onion rings in the bag. The onion rings had an ice cream favor. That's a taste I wasn't looking.

This place has the worst customer service out of any sonic I’ve ever been to. Got my entire order wrong while telling me it was my fault. Over paid for items that were supposed to be on sale. Awful experience.

Came here to get an Oreo blast and two milkshakes. Took several minutes to come out. Already Got the blast but the milk shakes were mushy. Then we asked them to remake them and it looked like they came back with the same thing. Then we changed one of the milkshakes to a blast since I was ok with mine. There was also a mark where the cherry was supposed to be... did she eat them? That’s unacceptable after the wait time. We finally got our drinks after 20 mins which is also very unacceptable. I also see many reviews complaining about not receiving what they payed for so I’m probably not the only one.

Not good at all. Bread was falling apart and burger was cold. Kids meal tenders was then and cooked hard. Tator tots greasy. Will not eat there again!!! Waste of money!!!

I stopped at this Sonic about 10:30 on a Sunday morning. I ordered a large drink and a 3-piece cinnasnacks, space for which I had to wait a while which I thought was okay because they had to cook the cinnasnacks. I guess I should have checked the order before I pulled out because when I opened the bag after I had gotten on the road to eat the center snacks, I realized they had forgotten the sauce. I would have thought with only one item in a bag besides the drink They would have gotten it correct.

Every time I go to this Sonic, I don't get what I pay for. I ordered a waffle berry brownie blast. It's pictured with waffle cone, brownies, and strawberries throughout, not just on top. I asked if it came that way. The person on the other end said yes. I asked again, she said yes again. I get it home and move the whipped cream to find that I paid $4 for the $2 shake. Hooray!
