Nasty store wont stock merchandise every where store trashed although its much needed in the community i rather it close it stinks the ceiling and duct work are full of large spiders and web this all around is the nastiest store and the manager has no control it appears.

Apparently the staff have nothing better to than watch you as you shop god forbid they stock or clean something I personally think some of the employees need to humble them selfs and remember that just because someone looks different or weird doesn't mean they are going to steal from you. My poor friend when in this store to to pick up some things and it also just so happens that he is a collector of Small action figures unfortunately the ones he collects come in little mystery bags so in order for him to make sure he is getting something different he has to pick the bags up and feel them if is not what he wants he puts it back well tonight well he was doing this the staff decided to call the cops on him as a shop lifter pretty messed up considering that the cameras proved that he didn't take anything maybe next time the staff can remember not to be so judgmental towards someone who looks different won't ever be using that store again

My experience was great. The manager was welcoming, and the cashier was very friendly. Being that it was after the 4th, the store not fully stocked but we were still able to find what we needed. I would definitely go back when I visit Helena/West Helena.

This is the newest Dollar General here in West Helena. It is CLEAN and NEAT. I will continue to shop here as long as the management continues to maintain the cleanliness and friendly environment. So far so good. I'm enjoying this store !! KUDOS.

Went to all three stores in town. Someone needs to come get all their WiFi's working properly, and give managers the password. I wont shop until DG App is working in stores.

It was really busy with only one person on the register. The line was really long and we had to wait a long time. It seem like they should have more than one person in the store at night. That is risking a person life with shoplifting being so high during the holidays.

I njoy the new dollar general store on Biscoe street in helena arkansas. Especially the new $1 line of cleaners and lots of products that you use everyday for only $1.
