I've loved our little DG since they opened here, but this new manager is a jerk. He stands there watching his employees struggle with long lines and does NOTHING. He is rude, and I hope the company reads this because he needs to go. And Family Dollar is building a new store and I see DG suffering a huge drop in sales because of one person. He sure doesn't care.

The people that work there are extremely helpful, and courtious to their customers. I always feel welcomed, and they always are so happy to see me come in! the manager and the staff are always very vigilant to help you, and are happy to stop to make sure you are finding the products you are there for in a very timely manner. Your time is VERY important to them! I believe the manager Alex highly deserves a raise!

Very helpful friendly small town people! Great selection with affordable prices. I was $5 short on one occasion and the lady that checked me out paid out of her pocket. There were a couple of other occasions where my husband didn't have enough money for what we needed and the person working the register did the same thing for him.

Our little town depends on the Dollar General and it is very well taken care of clean in order . I had a friend from out of state visit me and he commented on how nice are Dollar General was . Plus it has a red box which is a huge boon .

Plenty of great bargains on many items I use around the house. The staff really stuck to the social distancing requirements and wore face masks for our protection. I highly recommend it!

Store is always clean and kept will stock, I do wish they had more cashier but then the prices of product would go up to compensate do I understand the wait at times.

Very crowded. Only one unfriendly worker. Didnt care to help me unlock bathroom so my young son could go. Next time I should let him pee the floor. I took him to the girls instead.

I don't know about you but every time I go to any Dollar general there may only be four or five people in there shopping but when you go to check out everybody's checking out at the same time always it seems like and they hardly ever have more than one checker open so trying to get in and out fast impossible

Handy as a pocket on a shirt. Hector is Blessed to have Dollar General to provide needed everyday items as well as unexpected needs without having to drive all the way to Russellville to obtain them.

Love or Dollar General Store at Hector the store need some more management done. It's not organized and it's very dirty store. Management needs to improve

Messy, unstocked shelves, Not enough help. It's the Corporations fault it's this way. The employees give it 110% with the hrs there allowed

Love this dollar store even when I'm in Russellville I still wait to get back to hector to do my last stop at DG. Love it keep it up
