I recently moved to Heber Springs with my 3 dogs and have used La De Da twice. Both times there was only a couple days waiting for an appointment. I was extremely pleased with the grooming results. Norma takes time to find out what kind of cut I like. She has them done quickly, and my dogs seem to like her. The prices are reasonable too! I recommend her strongly.

I was disheartened to read a review that reflects a misrepresentation of this groomer based on nothing more than a single phone call. I understand how important the very first phone call can be when searching for a new dog groomer. I'm truly empathetic with the reviewer. However, I have used this groomer for my dog for over six years since my dog was a puppy. I couldn't be more pleased with their service, friendliness, and quality of care...always willing to accommodate my schedule. As mentioned in the previous review, this groomer does not take large dogs. I doubt that it is because they don't like large dogs (or large-dog puppies) but more likely because I have witnessed a burgeoning small-dog business over the years....enough to keep them incredibly busy. Even though you may have a large dog breed that is still a puppy and technically qualifies as under 20 lbs, I can understand why this groomer declined the puppy. In my opinion, it was wiser to discourage the owner from using a groomer that your puppy cannot use when the dog reaches adulthood. Seems to me that it is best to take your puppy to a groomer he/she can get acquainted with right from the start in effort to build the much needed trust between dog and groomer. This can only help assure years of anxiety-free grooming sessions for your much-loved pet.

Love this place. The lady that takes care of my baby girl is just so friendly and takes her time with my baby girl. She even lets Polly warm up to her before she ever does anything with her. She lets Polly know that she's not going to hurt her.

Just because you say a breed of dog they automatically think it's full grown and not a puppy. I have 2 husky puppies UNDER 20 lbs but when I called they asked what breed and said no. I do not recommend snooty business people.

My two little dogs go right into their pens. Norma is very sweet with them and they look so cute when I pick them up.
