I booked this room on the phone with a customer service rep and then arrived 30 minutes later while traveling. The room was just ok, not super clean - dead bugs in corners of room, sticky floors, toilet would not flush properly so cleaning lady is in for a surprise. We checked out 7:15 and no one was in the lobby so couldn’t mention to them about the toilet issues. I would not call their breakfast a breakfast so be prepared to get food elsewhere. They had coffee but their to go cups are just those fragile foam cups so be sure to grab the coffee cup from the room you stayed in as it is sturdier. They only had 100 calorie granola bars - a total of 7 to be exact. That was the only food item. There was a machine with orange and apple juice. Was very disappointed with their “breakfast” it is not a breakfast - at best it can be considered a small snack. At least there is a Loves gas station right across the street where you can grab a danish or muffin.

I took a screenshot of the price $57.00 includes breakfast. I was driving with a 3 yr old and 8yr old checking in at 10pm. The very rude man stated "It's $120.00 but I'll take $30 off. I was extremely exhausted and paid $90.00. The room was clean. There was a full breakfast area and he only put granola bars and juice out for everyone. When I checked in I felt safe. When I was leaving the parking lot it was empty except for 2 guys in a van with the door open. I was glad to find this hotel, as nothing else was around anywhere close and it was after dark and getting late. I really needed to stop. The front desk lady was nice. My room seemed to be partly updated. The AC/heater unit sounded like a chainsaw, so I didn’t use it. Would I plan a vacation here, no. But, it serves the purpose I needed. I felt safe and was traveling with my 2 dogs alone.

Awesome place to stay if you are traveling on I-40 it’s just right off the exit 193. Check-In person was awesome very respectful and helpful. Gave the good discounted price. Place looks like newly renovated.Rooms: Nice clean rooms. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. I highly recommend.

The walls had holes in them behind the door, we were offered a complimentary hot breakfast but come morning all they offered was coffee and a small granola bar, anlso staff seemed rushy and un friendly. Sucked!! Over priced for 2 nights. Same rates at a Holiday Inn anywhere else. 2 outlets were burnt and didn’t work. Not hot water in sink. Tub drain stopped up. Towels stiff and stains on them. Blood or red nail polish on bed sheets.

I only gave them one star because you have to rate them. The place was absolutely disgusting. They charged us almost $200 for one night, and the room was filthy. The white towels were almost black, the walls were nasty, dirty from all the guests before us, There was poop in the one bed and on the blanket.Rooms: The air conditioner was black from all the dust, grime, and dirt, the walls were filthy with food and hands prints, the mirrors were disgustingly dirty, there was cobwebs in the corners of the wall at the ceiling, the floors were so dirty that my one year olds feet were completely black from walking around in the room barefoot for less than an hour.Noteworthy details: If you stay here, make sure to check your bed before getting into it in the dark and bring your own towels because you're not going to want to use the ones they give you.

Overpriced. No breakfast. No pool. Towels stained. Both of my toddlers feet actually turned black from walking on the floor in our room. I had to give them a quick rinse in the bath, carry them to the bed and instruct them not the walk on the floor without putting their shoes on. The motel had a few nice things; the air conditioner was ice cold, the shower was really hot with good pressure and the t.v. had many channels (watching kid shows helped to keep my littles on the bed and off the floor). I would not stay here again. For the the price we paid, I would drive a little further to a Holiday Inn or something where my kids could swim, eat a complimentary hot breakfast and not get black feet from the floor.

Stopped here around 10pm on my drive from FL to CO with my toddler. Just wanted a place to sleep safely before we got back on the road the next morning. I was told for a single room it was $99 plus tax for the night. Online prices said $55-$65 a night. The manager told me I could buy online for the cheaper price, so I did that in the lobby. I got my confirmation within a few minutes and thought I was good to go. Manager found my reservation but couldn’t see that it was paid for. Spent 1.5 hours in the lobby after this while they figured out if my reservation went through. They were still having issues so they kept my ID and CC and finally gave my a key to the room. Room was ok but the sheets were awful. I told the manager and he apologized. They were very friendly. I’d say This hotel is good for a quick stop… no big notes. Everything else was decent 😃

Had to call for the guy to even acknowledge our existence (waited approx. 20 minutes and used the bell multiple times). Absolutely terrible customer service, the man charged our card without telling us a rate. Get to our room and the toilet is leaking, bad. Wouldn't have had any issues with the quality of service had the room been given to us at the advertised price of $40 but to pay $100 for this is absolutely absurd.

Room #102 & #103 were very clean & updated. I read reviews on this place and there are alot of bad. My experience, we checked in right at midnight. The staff weren't overly friendly, but who is that late! They were not rude, they were semi nice. Price was $116 including taxes for each room. Bathrooms were clean. Beds were clean & presentable. Ac & heat both worked! Tv & refrigerators worked.No harash smells. Non-smoking rooms! All the lights worked.Outside the room was clean. Truck stop across the road with in & out semi rig traffic was not bothersome! I have seen several reviews about this hotel having bed bugs.The 2 rooms we rented did not have bedbugs or any type of bug that we seen.

The person who claimed to be the manger was very rude. Would not honor the Priceline reservation and then would not refund my money when Priceline called her and asked her. I asked for the owner’s name and she said she was not going to give it to me. She told you want to know you can look it up. After this I left and requested a refund from Wyndham and was told that I needed to get it from Priceline who said I need to get it from Wyndham. This was beyond frustrating. So beware of rude staff/manager and does not honor online price even though I paid through Priceline and then refused to give refund. This establishment is terrible

The front desk woman was very rude. The room ended up having mold all over the bathroom ceiling and inside the air conditioning vents. There was supposed to be refrigerators in the room and it was missing. The ice and snack vending machine had dust and cobwebs all over it and wasn't in working condition. We went to get the complimentary breakfast and there was nothing available and no front desk person to contact. If it hadn't been for a traffic accident closing the highway down with almost a 2 hour wait and being exhausted, we would never have stayed there. Make sure to look inside the coffee maker also, ours was filthy!

Found this hotel off I-40 headed West . The rate was high I thought but after driving many miles I booked it. Note to future customers there is 4 room taxes which runs total price up. The room was clean. The clerk was friendly to work with. The room was clean and ac blow cold. We went next door to a Very Good Mexican restaurant. I forgot the name of it. Location of the restaurant was a plus.

The office smelled like a mix of curry and dirty diapers. I hoped the room would be better, but it smelled worse. I had to breathe through my mouth to avoid smelling. The bed spread was covered in stains. I was assigned an upstairs room and I said that wouldn't work because my bag was heavy and my knees are bad. He said it was the only room available, even though there were only three cars in the lot. When I couldn't get my dogs up the stairs, I asked for a refund. He gave me a room on the first floor instead, which apparently wasn't available just minutes before. I was so tired I didn't argue, but it was the most miserable night of my life. Walls were so thin that I had to listen to a woman talking all night. There's a noisy truck stop across the street. The heater was loud and drowned out the other noises, but it was just more noise on top of noise. No refrigerator in my room. Toilet ran. Tub was dirty. I was charged twice what other Super 8 motels charged me on my trip.

Has a parking spot marked for Veterans. "Thank you for your service" sign, but wouldn't give a Veteran Discount (printed on a valid TX drs license) because 'THEY ONLY OFFER A DISCOUNT TO ACTIVE MILITARY'. 🤔🧐🤔😕Room had two refrigerators; one didn't work. Had a wall length cabinet with multiple doors, but the entire top was broken and resting on the cabinet doors for support.But we didn't need either, so, whatever.Bed was nice. Smoking room that didn't stink. 😊

For the price and convenience it worked out well. Ice storm was coming thru and I booked on the fly. Room was clean, new sheets, new mattress, and over very clean for hotel right off the interstate. Not a motel fan but it worked out great.

On the plus side, the floors and vanity top appeared to be quite new. The beds seemed clean. On the negative side, the room smelled moldy, the toilet seat was cracked, the toilet bowl did not look clean, and the air conditioner only worked fitfully. It never got fully cool and made loys of noise. The room charge of $79 plus $12.80 tax ($92.79 total) was higher than the lovely accomodations we had in a much nicer motel in the downtown business district of Dallas. The Dallas motel also provided a nice breakfast, while this one did not even have coffee. On top of it all, the ice maker and vending machines did not work. We will not stay here again.

One of the most HORRIBLE hotels standing! Don't waste your time. My mom and sister attempted to stay here passing through headed up north, and a description of what didn't go wrong would take less time ...no cold water. No AC in the room. Bugs everywhere. People in office are rude and refused to give a refund. You're better off sleeping in your car! Don't pay to stay here.

Well its a workers hotel.My room looked as though there had been a few fights in it. Bed is worn. Window and chair and door were broken. I had booked on hotels .com no refunds so i was stuck with the room. Thankfully i only paid $70 the guy who walked in paid $110 to sleep in a shady hotel. Also if you get a room on the bottom floor you will be hearing every footstep the people above you take..

We stayed lastnight cause of company truck issues! We checked in we were giving room number 104.. we walked in the smell was horrible it smelled like mold and had spiders on the walls the furniture was old and stained .. we were given room 102 and it still smelled like mold and stains on furniture.. it's at a point that has made my stomach sick and feeling nausea.. I don't recommend this place for anyone.. they need major upgrades or knock the place down and rebuild its not worth the money our company paid!!!

Here we go again with Wyndham I promised myself I would not do business with this moronic company again, but I was in a bind and needed a place to stay. I booked 1 night with this hotel, and I told them about my 1 year old puppy. I go to check in, and they needed my card for incidentals. Well as soon as I get my card back I get a notification that not only was I charged by priceline I was charged by them TWICE, so a fifty dollar stay became $150 stay. I had to hold their hands to get a “refund” that apparently takes 7 days, and their only excuse is that the front desk lady is new, but the “manager “ was busy with her BABY IN THE OFFICE! They even told me that they would have taken care of it, but they where busy with the baby…wtf, and the room was halfway decent, but the toilet was hardly working. The next morning I get a call from management saying I noticed you have a dog. I then told them I said something when I checked in. I was told it was $10 and now it’s $20. Then the manager persisted to argue with my wife about the new front desk lady, and the price of the pet fee, and she was just rude, and adamant to make sure SHE had the last word. I know my review is probably a waste of time because they don’t care about their customers, but this goes without saying don’t come here it’s a waste of time and money. Still have yet to get my money back, or even see it in the process for a return
