Traveling on a Sunday, tire blow out on car trailer, nobody open. Rick's Automotive and Wrecker, answered our call, opened up the shop to help us once we limped in on 3 tires! They had us up and on the road in less than an hour! Very professional, courteous and helpful, so grateful that they helped us!!!

Our truck went into the ditch due to black ice! Super service with Mr Rick came to help us, we had big damages on the truck but still were really really happy because of friendly team of Mr. Rick.I can say that this is the best towing company in the USA! Got a nail in my tire on my road trip and found this great place! They were willing come to me. While moving from Maryland to Texas my utility trailer decided to throw a hub on rt 40 west. I called Rick’s. The office lady was a sweetheart. Rick was out with the rollback in about 30 minutes to pick it up. He took it back to his shop and had me back on the road within a couple hours. The price was very reasonable. I thought it was going to be a lot more than what he charged.

Blew 2 tires at 2 in the morning and he was there to help extremely fast.It was cold and we had a new born with us at the time.He gave us a ride to his shop and replaced the tires at 2am for about 600. I found that extremely reasonable for him getting out of bed to help us in the middle of a freezing night. He really does deserve 10 stars not just 5.He was also incredibly respectful the entire time.

We broke down on the interstate. Rick was there to pick us up in record time! He let us leave the van there for a couple days, and then he even loaded up the van on our trailer when we were ready to go! Very nice people to work with. I would highly recommend them! I was on a road trip from NJ to Texas. My truck wouldn't start at Loves. They were just minutes from closing and he took his time out to go above and beyond for me. I was traveling back from a business trip and had a sudden breakdown coming through Hazen on I40. My insurance tried to take me to another shop, but my research paid off in the long run.This is where you need to take your vehicle! Cleo and Rick were honest, reasonably priced, and had my vehicle up and running within 1 business day. Considering the nature of the breakdown, this was incredible!This was the best experience I've had at a shop in years. You won't regret it and don't go to the "other guy" down the street.

Traveling from Little Rock to Indiana we lost a drive shaft that hit our trailer we was hauling and another vehicle. AAA called several trucks near the scene and none of them would haul truck and trailer. Rick called my cell shortly after and said he would be on his way but it would be a bit. Rick showed up with a great attitude very helpful information and got us not only off the highway but to a dealership to get repairs done. Could not have asked for better service. Rick's was great. I was in a tight spot with a break down (brakes went out at his exit on my SUV). We had a parts house issue getting the needed parts, but Rick worked around the problem and got me back up and on my way. Service and price were both a welcome surprise, compared to other interstate travel breakdowns I have had in the past.

I had a blowout on my camper trailer about 1/2 mile from his turnoff, called AAA and they said Rick's Wrecker was on another call but would be on his way in an hour but he never showed up, So at two hours I called the shop and they said AAA had never called and authorized the service.Called AAA and was on hold for another 30 minutes before they said they had authorized the service.Rick came out within 10 minutes, changed the tire on the shoulder of busy I-40 and fixed the damage to the bottom of the trailer !On my way no thanks to AAA but thanks to Rick !

Rick is the best!He told me 1.5hrs ete, he was on site within 45min..Came out with towing truck, explained to my driver how to fix problem himself and he left. He charge us $0 (zero dollars).He even called me back few hours after to check how was everything.In this pile of towing companies that are just trying to rip you off, it is so nice that there is someone like Rick!!

While traveling on I-40 we had a blown tire. AAA sent Rick’s Automotive out to help put on the spare. After a few minutes we were on our way at 8:30 on a Saturday night. We were needed to get a hotel in Hazen since we couldn’t travel on the donut spare tire. Then I called Rick back for advice on where I could get a tire on a Sunday. After learning there will be nothing open on Sunday Rick himself opened his shop to us at 9 o’clock on Saturday night and he happened to have a tire our size. For me and my family, Rick saved our vacation. The service was prompt, affordable, and just all around professional. This was an especially selfless act and I will always remember Rick’s Automotive. Thank you SO much.

I called Rick's automotive and spoke with Rick who was friendly and straight forward. He responded in record time, getting us off the road and providing us safety. Rick was quick to arrive and change our tire on a very busy Sunday afternoon off Interstate 40. Offered a genuine smile, quickly changed our tire and even made sure our other 3 tires were safe to drive. He even helped us find an alternative route for safety. Very sweet man took care of my vehicle off the interstate and got it back to his shop he ordered the part my car needed and got my car fixed. He is not your normal Arkansas mechanic that over charge you and still have a broken down vehicle. He is expensive on towing lucky I had insurance. His repairs was reasonably priced.

Wife had a coolant fitting crack on the way to Houston on a saturday. Rick towed her and our 3 kiddos back to the shop, diagnosed the problem and repaired it to keep her trucking on home. Can't be thankful enough. What an awesome guy!

I'm an expidite driver, broke down in the middle of the night. After reading the reviews, I called Rick's at 2:00 am, after explaining my situation, Rick told me to make it to his shop at 8:00 am and he would get me fixed up, he even offered to come out and get me off the highway. I limped my van into his shop, and was met by his associate Clio, explained to Clio, my conversation with Rick, and he was on the phone ordering parts. Long story short, Rick and Clio, repaired my van, and had me back on the road, and I was able to make my delivery deadline with 4 hours to spare. Great work, Great service and Great Guys. Thank you. I would recommend Rick's for any auto work or emergency repair. Fast, honest and reasonable.

Being from 1,300 miles away and finding Ricks automotive very close to where we had steering issues. Lost power steering in our Ford Fusion. They attempted to fix but couldn’t get my fusion to show diagnostics Rick offered to take my family and I to a ford dealership and garage so my car could be worked on. Come to find out it was a recall part. Rick knew to bring it to ford for best results. He is truly a great mechanic and not in it for the mighty dollar. If anyone has issues near Hazen Arkansas, He is your go to guy. My family and I feel blessed for his services and expertise. Thank you Rick and your awesome tow guy.
