Would be an absolutely wonderful place to build a truck stop. Trucks blocking scale and pumps. Lot and store trashed. Fresh coffee dispenser extremely slow and they are slow enough to begin with. Finally gave up and moved to pour coffee just to be able to get out of there. Only one person working the fuel desk and a long line trying to conduct business. Then barely could get out of the parking lot because of trucks parked where they should not have been and not leaving room for other trucks to get around them so they can leave. 39 minutes to put on 91 gallons fuel.Only good thing I can say is that at least their trash cans weren't overflowing.

A new truck stop real nice but the employees are not taking care as they should.. request a shower and I did got one that was not even clean the toilet had crumps of poop, floor was dirty the shower mirror was dirty, as a national well company LOVE’S should pay employees more money to do their job right because they charged us a lot for everything!! Shower, fuel, mechanic service, parking lot etc..flights flying around the coffee area, it’s a complete mess. The building itself new, I don’t see why not keeping up with it!! The lady at the fuel desk it’s threatening at the truck drivers if you are blocking you will be tow, when they are the ones taking for ever for truckers to move out the way..

I took a shower at shower #3 and it was disgusting.. hair balls on the shower drain, gabage on the floor, unflushed hair in the toilet and dirty tiles and so on...

It's loves they're connected with all the big trucking companies. They're convenient but usually packed. This particular one literally has a sign advertising "beer" above the coolers, but they have no beer. The no beer was a lo rating for me.

Very busy location. Staff seemed rush. It rude but not welcoming. Bathrooms look as if a tornado ran through it, not sure you can blame the staff, that’s just ignorant customers. I always think do people treat their own home or friends home this way when they use the bathroom?How much time does it take to put the napkins in the trash after washing your hands? Heck I even whip off the counter top if I get water on it! Come on people it’s a free service(water, paper towels, toilets etc), clean up after yourself!!! Geeezeeer

Love's Travel Stop is really improving their game!! They seem to be striving to keep their bathrooms super clean. My last two stops at a Loves they have had an attendant in the restrooms working to keep it super clean asap! Impressive. The store seems to meet all the needs of truckers and normal travelers. Great selection of snacks and drinks. Even souvenirs for that area.

21/4/24.. 2 employees working in a whole shift that too just serving the gas desk with no intention of serving the diesel desk or showers at all. Waited there for 30 min just to be attended. Left without any. Such a disgrace towards the primary source of existence#TRUCKS Better learn from your competitors.

I do not recommend anyone to use the showers at this Love's store! The showers are nasty and have black mold on the shower walls! Serious poor maintenance with the showers! AR Health Department need to do an inspection and soon because this a serious health hazard! Will never use this Love's facilities again!😡 Had to give it a rating before I could post my review. It deserved a ZERO!😡

My first time at a Love’s travel stop, I was not disappointed. Clean touch free bathrooms and just about everything else you would want or need on the road. You can even take a shower here. You can buy truck and car parts, all sorts of travel accessories, souvenirs and a fairly large variety of food. Unlike at the competitors gas station next-door, my out-of-state credit card was instantly excepted at the pump for a speedy service.I was kind of pleased to see that the cooler labeled beer was filled with water LOL. Not sure if any beer was actually for sale.

Typically, not one to post reviews, but this was needed, so buckle up. From a managerial standpoint, this location is clearly NOT managed well. I travel quite often and choose to stop at Love's because they are aesthetically pleasing and offer great customer service. NOT THIS ONE!!! I've been in a lot of Love's, and this one is hands down the worst I've visited. The bathrooms were disgusting, strong odor, trash cans were overflowing, etc. The majority of employees did not want to be there and were very rude. Stood in line a Chester's because I wanted their tenders, turns out they ran out... went on to order the 2 piece white meat, only had dark meat, and were close to being out of sides. Decided to try Subway. Almost completely out of lettuce, pickles, banana peppers, etc. and out of mayonnaise, which, by the way, is the #1 used condiment in the U.S. Serious changes need to be made. Extremely disappointed!!!

Our driver went into the Love's repair shop on 2/21 to have two tires replaced. The mechanic lifted the trailer from the deck with the jack instead of using the frame etc. It put a hole in my trailer that's going to cost me over $5k to repair. We've tried contacting the location itself and calling customer service etc. We just get passed on from one department to the next. This was an absolutely avoidable incident that no one seems to want to make right. We've left several messages without any response.

Clean bathrooms. Fenced Dog Park!! CHESTER'S CHICKEN!!!! Btw, the Chester's Chicken staff were super friendly!! Nice dining area with Chester's Chicken, Godfather Pizza, Subway!! Will definitely stop here next time we pass through!!

This one has a truck wash, that's a plus. 2 diff fast food places inside, showers were super clean...staff was friendly and all was fully stocked. Couldn't ask for more.

Store was clean ONLY 1 pot coffee made others empty Shower was ok except for the soap left in there makes one wonder DO THEY REALLY CLEAN SHOWERS?????? No latch on door to lock either

This location features the awesome machines that grind the coffee fresh as you order it (so good). They also have the old kind as well.All of the Love's instruct their employees to say "Welcome to Love's" but you will actually get a heartfelt greeting at this one.There is a dog park which has animal waste bags and some picnic tables.There are three different restaurants inside including Chester's Chicken, Subway, and Godfather's Pizza. Even though they have lots of food options the shells were stocked with lots of sandwiches, salads and fruit as well. They even had a self-checkout if the line is too long.This is the best Loves I have ever visited. And since it looks to be relatively new I imagine this is the direction Love's is going.

I understand that it just stopped snowing but, I stayed at the TA(Davey cracket) in TN during the snow and before leaving there the parking lot was clear and they put down salt. This loves hasn't done anything, it's very slick and there's hasn't been any salt put down...Do better love's

My experience was normal. Everyone working, staying busy. Store looked really good. No complaints. Restroom was clean and nice. Everyone was helpful. Parking lot looks good as well.

Women with red hair started banging on our door at 5 am telling us time to leave and when we told her our time wasn't reset she said you can drive up time 10 miles an hour before it kicks you into drive. My husband said not in this truck you can't. She said fine if you don't leave the tow truck will be here in 2 minutes to remove you. They went threw and made the whole parking lot leave.

Ordered a pizza the person said I do not have the ingredients to make one. I asked for a different one and she said the same I don't have the ingredients to make one.Went to the subway side they said they had no bread. So I got some premade pizza and sat and watch the lady make the exact pizza I ordered to put in the display case.

Yes, I am grateful to be able to fuel, park and shower. I sat in line 48 minutes waiting to fuel. It was dirty but there was windshield washer sticks. Then I went in the store.. it was friendly but extremely dirty. Floors were disgusting.. but not nearly as bad as the shower. I thought I could smell mold. I wondered if they even had any cleaner? The pictures show the mold covered walls in the shower stall. The broken pieces and general neglect.

Don’t even think of walking your dog here, especially in the “dog park”, it’s more of a poop park, there were so many piles of dog poop I wouldn’t take my dogs in there, it was disgusting and unhealthy for any dog! I walked my dogs around in the grass outside the “park” and there was piles of poop there too. It was disgusting!

Best customer service experience from two particular employees. First was a lady at the fuel desk (3-4 pm). Really cool, professional and welcoming employee. I didn’t get her name.Second and most importantly is the mechanic called Lowe. This is the kind of person you want to encounter when you have a problem that his colleague just told you they have no way of fixing. I had left the shop office feeling dejected but came back in and that employee has left. In walked Lowe. I explained my truck problem to him and without skipping a beat, told me to pull up to the empty bay after checking me in. This guy is a magician coz I’m getting back in the road now. A satisfied and happy customer. Ironically I was checked out at the death by the person who I encountered initially - the one who told me they can’t Fox the problem.
