Always friendly cashiers and customer support. In and out, and the pharmacy is actually not that bad unless you go thru the drive thru, and there's 4 cars in each lane. Then, unless you're disabled, it's quicker to just go into the store. Great place for getting what you need, quick.

When My Son's Dr Transfer his meds there to pickup. Why do you give every excuse to man kind not to listen to a Dr. After you told him the price and wasting people's time. You will be reported to the Better Business Bureau I promise that. Your whole staff needs to be replaced nothing but a joke. Especially when my son has a bone infection that's life threatening. Shame on you. But you will be reported promise you that. You shouldn't have not one Star. The worst Pharmacy in Harrison Arkansas.And Having A Overall 2.7 Stars Speaks For Itself... People dnt give them ur business they make excuses and lie alot.You wasted his whole day with yes it's ready to how much it will cost to no we can't fill it. Unfortunately you can't give less than 1 star. The pharmacy is terrible and it is not the staff they just have more business then they can handle. They need to expand their pharmacy add staff and provide better service. People waiting in line for a hour only to find that a prescription that was supposed to be ready hours earlier has not even been started on is not acceptable. Get it right Walgreens, I would go someplace else but am stuck where my insurance is accepted.

Kassidy at the pharmacy window, her attitude is absolutely atrocious. The ONLY reason we went there today is because our normal pharmacy did not have the meds my husband needed and he is on a strict, air tight schedule that HAS to be kept. We will NEVER go back. She talked down to us like we were children and had MAJOR attitude. I really hope someone checks her before she talks that way to someone who isnt as patient as we are. That was atrocious and completely ruined walgreens and walgreens pharmacy for us, for good.

Called on a Friday morning to have a prescription transferred to them as I am out of town and need meds filled here, in Harrison. They said they would contact me when it was ready.Never heard anything. Called Saturday and they were closed until Monday. I return home on Monday. I called my home pharmacy and the prescription has been transferred, but no one ever notified me.Now I’m stuck with no way to have it filled and it has to be transferred back home Monday because of the incompetence of the Harrison Walgreens. I will be four days without medication because of negligence. If only a 0 star could be issued.

Worse Walgreens pharmacy ever. DAVID BRIGHT refuses to fill doctor prescribed prescriptions. We recently moved from another state...the prescription WAS NOT for a controlled substance....and HE REFUSED TO FILL IT. Someone from Walgreens Corporate office needs tointervene.

New Rx called in on Friday afternoon. I go to pick it up at 5pm and there’s a note taped to the window that they closed early (regular hours are open til 7pm). They’re usually open 9-7 on Saturday so it’s not a huge deal except on Saturday morning I find out they’re closed all weekend. So I can’t get my Rx until Monday? It’s an antibiotic that I needed Friday. So I can try to reach my doctor - on a Saturday - to call it into a different pharmacy, but my insurance won’t pay for the prescription bc it’s already at Walgreens. It’s super frustrating. If they’re going to close early and not be open for two more days when they normally would be open, they should call the customers who have new prescriptions called in that day. 😡

I love waiting over an hour in the drive thru for them to not have anything ready. I love going in the store at 8 but the pharmacy doesn't open until 9.i love not knowing which prescription is ready or which is not.How are they still open? With the level of incompetence and laziness that I experienced, I remember why I don't use Walgreens anymore. Good luck folks.

Walked up & down the makeup isle several times & was never greeted by either woman working.Asked another employee about the in store coupons & she gladly explained how to get it *with a smile* & asked if she could help in any other way.There's never anyone in photo to help & half the time when someone does come to help they don't know what they're talking about or seem to have a clue about how to run the department.Pharmacy is always busy, but they work hard & always go above & beyond for their customers! I wish they could get more help back there.All in all it's a hit or miss here. There are some who try to make sure you have a good experience, like Kiara & Colleen, or Jessica & Bob in Pharmacy, everytime you go in. However, the majority just seem like they don't want to be bothered.

Do NOT use this pharmacy this is the worst Walgreens pharmacy there is! It is very unprofessional, I waited 15 minutes for my daughters script and they just laugh and say they are closed. So beyond irritated at this point!

My wife and i had my daughters flu medicine transferred over here in sunday because walmart didn't have it in stock. As a previous pharmacy tech for 4 years, i understand sometimes transferrs can take a bit to come through, so we gave them a little under an hour before stopping to pick up. When we got there the techician said "we just received it" to which we replied with "impossible because it was sent over an hour ago" the technician responded with, "ill put it in for you. Its going to be about 30 minutes" so we gave them the benefit of the doubt and left and did some more errands, returning after about 50 minutes. Yet again, the technician responded with "we just got. It hasn't even been typed in yet" now at this point they are straight being lazy because another tech pulled the script and confirmed the name 50 mins prior. At this point we were fed up and went inside to speak to the pharmacist on duty and when we told her of the issue she responded with "okay, so whats the problem?" No apology or anything. She tried to make my wife sound like she was completely overreacting. Again this is a script for Tamiflu, no counting necessary becausr its in a pack. The pharmacist also stated they were "3 days behind" on fill, which makes no sense because the technician were doing a lot of sitting around on their phone inside the pharmacy if they were indeed that far behind because they barely noticed us when we walked inside. Im still not sure why the technicians would tell us 30-45 minutes TWICE if that was the case because now the pharmacist sounds like shes making excuses. Every time ive ever used this pharmacy the technicians act like they are just the best around. They arent too good if it takes them 2 hours to put a label on a tamiflu pak.

“Bob” is an dinosaur of a pharmacist who seems to think he is more knowledgeable than the doctors that prescribe the medicine-likely because it’s a prescription for a woman. I’m sure if it were for a man’s little blue pill, all would be fine. He also refuses to fill 90 day prescriptions that are authorized by docs and insurance companies, essentially costing patients more. His disgusting behavior will be leading an entire string of clinics to urge patients to go elsewhere.

I went for a Covid test for a work trip. I was told 24-72 hours. 5 days later I still didn’t have it. I called and the pharmacy staff was EXTREMELY RUDE. I was told that “they didn’t think they needed to tell customers that labs don’t work on weekends”. I asked to speak to a manager, he was even ruder, told me there was nothing he could do and basically hung up on me. Done with their store!

Pharmacy very slow. Drive thru equipment antiquated. Pharmacy will not answer the phone. I called eight times. After 1 minute my calls went to the busy signal. The brand of omeprazole they have has no effect at all. If I could give them no stars at all I would. Worst pharmacy I have ever used.

Although the store manager is extremely polite and cordial, the pharmacy is a skeleton crew, lazy, terrible at answering calls, rude in person and on the phone, and overall I am extremely dissatisfied with Walgreens at this location, specifically regarding the pharmacy.

They need to be more straight forward about the covid testing. I tried calling the Aegis phone number but got a prenatal testing corporation instead. I am upset that walgreens has no answers for this either. If they are to use a third party they should know some information.

I'm really shocked at how many people have given Walgreens such a bad review.I have to agree with some of their comments though our Walgreens is extremely slow compared to other places in town. I have worked for the elderly so needless to say I have been to many of the pharmacies in town most of them you're in and out pretty quickly but Walgreens and Walmart are both always big waiting lines. if you have the need for speed I advise you find a smaller pharmacy in sacrifice the hours they stay open. I haven't really had any bad experiences with the clerks as some have stated. I think it's really unfair that it seems like most the time people just right off of one experience. Generally Walgreens seems to have nice Clarks.. they are sometimes too slow for comfort. the perks of using Walgreens always comes in the advantage of big box stores having apps and such that you can use and text alerts. I'm sure this comes with its own issues though as well I don't use the app. I pick Walgreens as my personal pharmacy when I was living close to them. I think that as far as being able to call and ask them questions they're usually pretty good. The worst thing about this store is the wait it's ungodly long. This is why they only get three stars. I understand they probably have a lot of orders to deal with. I'm sure they're probably be most used pharmacy please be aware though that there are about seven to eight pharmacies in Harrison you don't have to pick the most convenient one if you want a good speedy customer service. Personally one of my favorite is Sam Alexander's and Sullivan's. I like Sullivan's just a little bit better. They are pretty speedy they have a drive-thru and if you're looking for The Best of both worlds they seem to be it they have a shop that has a lot of really cute items in it so the sam Alexander's.

Pharmacy is run by a bunch of idiots. Have script called in by Drs office, wait couple of hours and go in & still have to wait at least another hour. I asked them to send my script somewhere else & they must not understand English. Because they wouldn't do it. Talked to the asst manager & still couldn't get anything done. The only qualification's you have to have to work at Walgreen's pharmacy is a pulse & have graduated kindergarten

Has always greeted when you enter the store. It seems they are less employees lately, but you can always find somebody to help if you can't find what you went looking for. Most of the employees are always very friendly and very helpful.

The drive thru is a joke. It's supposed to be for drop-off and pick up but they let people sit there for 20 minutes while you sit in line and wait. Hard to leave when you're blocked in. They don't seem to care. Robin is the only one with a customer service attitude

Most products you market under the NICE! label are a good mix of quality and value. Not so the NICE! slider storage bags. They are poorly assembled,; on some, the clear plastic portion of the bag is not even attached to the heavier white plastic that form the zipper. On others, the red slider just comes off in your hand. On some, it is very difficult to seperate the two sides that form the opening. May I suggest you improve Quality Control, or just change the brand to: SUCKS!

Pharmacy is very unorganized. There is always an issue with prescriptions when trying to get them filled here. They can't find my name in the system, they can't fins my prescription, they mysteriously lost my insurance information etc...
