Sue, who has been working for Home Depot for over 34 years. She is a gem of an employee and helped us buy a washer and dryer for an Airbnb. We are from Texas and she showed us that Texas hospitality here in Arkansas. She went over and above to help us out. Thank you for being so amazing.

The lady Sue at Harrison, Arkansas Home Depot is extremely rude and unprofessional. I bought 10+ husky straps at a Home Depot in Des Moines, Iowa and after just a couple of months the ratchet part of the straps rusted and froze up which called for a refund. My purchase was unfortunately made with cash so they say they can't look it up for me to confirm when I purchased tgem. Then assistant manager Connie shows up and also tries to deny the warranty replacement and basically calls me a liar and says, "why would you want to warranty these straps if they're just gonna mess up again?" Which I foubd to be an absurd question. I'm sorry I don't like the thought of something breaking after 2 months of use. These were Husky straps also which do come with a warranty

I don’t normally rave about Home Depot, however the Harrison, AR store is the best I’ve ever worked with. They stand behind their merchandise even in some cases where the manufacturer won’t. Hat’s off to a great management team at the Harrison Home Depot

Consistently can't find help. Always new employees who don't know how to help when you find them. When this is consistent (I live 3 miles away) it speaks to poor management.

Don’t buy a stove from here. We have a new one right out of the box. Oven will not work and they will not give our money back. Said we need to call a repair man. Really needed this for thanksgiving. We have a new build and have spent lots of money in there too be treated like this.

I have to say that the crew that was working at Home Depot on Christmas Eve is the best!! I didn’t want to go anywhere on Christmas Eve because I don’t think anyone should have to work on holidays but my husband needed a specific item for our dinner so I went. He was wanting a temperature probe for cooking. It showed they have 11 of these items in stock. I looked & looked & they were nowhere to be seen. I went & talked to the customer service lady Sabrina (I think this is her name) she looked in their system & it showed no location but 11 in stock. She was at first confused a little but went & asked someone for help. I came around the corner of an isle & she was talking with another employee, Mike & he jumped into action. If you have never me Mike, I recommend you stop into Home Depot & shake his hand. He is one of the best whole hearted, kind people I have ever met!!! I followed Mike to where they should be & nothing. He pulled a few other employees in & organized a search knowing they were there but put in a “safe place.” Lol. After looking for this “hidden” pallet, for a considerable amount of time, I was about to head down to the road to a competitor when someone radioed that they found them in electrical on a pallet on the top shelf. Mike, George, & I headed to that isle & Jake & Kelby closed the isle to get them down for me. There were a couple other people helping look but I didn’t catch their names. They all went above & beyond for me & had such good spirits for having to work on Christmas Eve. Awesome job everyone & thank you so much!!!!

I love home Depot over Lowe's because Lowe's tries too hard. every time I go in there Lowe's is clean and professional It always has a nice aroma. Not home Depot. Every time I walk into home Depot it's always covered in spray paint and sawdust. I can't really say if the employees are unprofessional because they don't have any from what I can tell. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because I tried to work for home Depot when I was 18 and they refused, I thought I had a pretty good chance since they seem so understaffed, sure coming in in basketball shorts, no T-shirt and a horseshoe of Copenhagen in was a risky move but I thought I was a shoe in! Actually I'm sorry home Depot you were right not to hire me, but you're still only getting four stars because you're 16 ft skeletons are so dang expensive.

In and out. I went here and found what I needed right away! Tgwew was a lady standing at the inside entrance and asked me if I needed help. I told her what I was looking for, and she rattled off. "Isle 5, bin 4 " exactly where I needed to go. Great customer service with great coping skills. I will go back.

This business has gone straight into the toilet. Advertised 10% off but wouldn't honor it directly. Its only on "select items" and not on building supplies. Not only that but they no longer accept Military discounts anymore. Was told it was a policy change a couple of months back. You guys are lucky that you are the only real players in this town for building supplies. Disgraceful. Will hesitate to come back.

The Home Depot in Harrison Arkansas has the best customer I have ever experienced in a Home Depot. I love the Black Friday sales. If you need to up grade your cordless tools and batteries , Black Friday has the deals. Online only.

Update: I still give them 5 Stars!As with any store this large that has many, many employees (and just as many personalities to deal with) we have had a couple of issues. But the management team is always very understanding and determined to offer great customer service. We have had way more positive experiences than negative ones so I will definitely give them 5 stars.

We ordered all new kitchen cabinets and counter tops with integrated sink. The planning and ordering experience with Alma was absolutely the best. She is extremely knowledgeable and she was constantly searching for various options to enhance our experience as well as save us money. Due to COVID, the entire process from original order to final installation took about 7 months. That of course is no fault of Alma or Home Depot. The various subcontractors/installers were always on time, and very professional. Also, Alma did a great job of keeping us informed and updated. The quality of the kitchen cabinets is excellent. After everything was done and we decided to add some more cabinets, again Alma took charge of that. She pulled up our plans and we spent plenty of time looking at all the options. And again, she was able to really help on the pricing. My only slight complaint is that after our solid surface counter top was installed a small crack appeared a few weeks later. The company came back out and worked on it; however, they were never able to make it completely disappear.So I absolutely recommend without any reservations the kitchen planning department at the Harrison, Arkansas store and we thank Alma for her outstanding service.

My husband and I bought a fixer upper. Closest Home Depot we have spent thousands in supplies. We ordered kitchen cabinets , 4 pieces sold separately and 2 arrived damaged. We ordered a day AT THE STORE IN THE STORE DEPARTMENT a 3K door to be shipped and delivered in 3 weeks. We sent up local contractor to assist in installation. We received a call from the freight company delivering the door at arrived badly damaged. Also disclosed most of Home Depot items are no sufficiently packed and arrive damaged. 3 weeks , 3 K and back to ground zero. Big double doors are not stocked in house. I called the store and was told oh that's through home depot. com. We can't do anything about that. really ? It was ordered in your store with a sales person that acted like he was doing me a favor ordering it. no apology. nada. my email I just received was a statement it was damaged and you will get a refund. no I'm sorry for your convenience . no a sales person will contact you and see how we can resolve this issue . no please contact us to make this right to keep you as.a valuable customer. Home Depot Customer Service Sucks.

every time I am at this location there are more employees walking around than customers, the part that gets me is with all the employees the customer service is still non existing, noone welcomes you in and ever asked if you need help

Not sure if you could do better else where. It's to bad Lowe's or Manards isn't in town. Competition would force Home Depot to up their game. They seem very complacent. I recently found other local hardware stores that seem to have better pricing on certain lines of products.

The Harrison Home Depot generally has knowledgable nice staff, and is well stocked. Compared to Home Depot's in bigger cities this is above average in quality. The outdoor supplies are particularly well stock and is a great place to get plants and garden supplies.
