Manager said he couldn't touch warm bread even though it's only bread that there is including flatbread also set there all morning and could even make meatballs but then puts it on the night shift like they weren't doing anyting

Wow never been to a subway with such rude people working before. Asked for mozzarella to be added to my blt and was told that's extra. Ok add it. Asked for regular cheese as well and was charged extra for the regular cheese as well. She burned the bread as well toasting it when she walked off. If you want subway I suggest the other one in town they were much nicer there.

This is one of the better of the so called fast food restaurants. You get great food made fresh and right in front of you. The prices are really reasonable and they usually have monthly deals. They started serving breakfast now as well. The food is made pretty quickly and usually no wait or a very short one.

Just recently I figured out I have an allergy to gluten. I had went online and saw that Subway had gluten-free bread however apparently they don’t in Harrison. When I called Subway the first time, I asked if they had gluten-free sandwiches and the man had said they didn’t and hung up before I could ask if they had anything else that might not contain gluten. I called again and the same guy answered, I was very nice asking if they had any other gluten-free products besides sandwiches and he said, and I quote, “we do not have any gluten-free products, all we have is sandwiches, salads, and wraps. Alright? Bye!” He then hung up abruptly. He also said it in a VERY disrespectful way. There needs to be someone working there that is respectful and doesn’t just pop off at a person asking a simple question. Subway just went wayyyy down in my book and I will probably never recommend it to anyone. I will be reporting this incident.

Yummy sandwiches. I'm bummed they no longer carry roast beef but I had a turkey instead. Did 2 foot longs for $10 and that's a great deal! Also the guy who made my sandwich even cut it into smaller pieces for my daughter and that was really sweet.

The people here were super friendly compared to other subways. The store was extremely clean. My favorite Subway so far.

2/7/19 5:51pm usually it is good but not today. I am not sure if they were stoned but they acted like it. Didn't know what went on sandwich, got it wrong. Did know to put cheese on it before toasting. Didn't know where mayo was. Could not understand to put lettuce on it. The list go's on. They need at least one sober person that knows how to do it working.

The vegetables are pretty tastless. But I'm sure I can't single this particular Subway out here. On the flip side, the person making the sandwich was very professional and had the speed of an Asian street vendor. I couldn't do this guy's job with that much gusto. So hats off to the staff and hats on to the person that purchases Subways cheap, inferior ingredients.

Since they raised their prices, it seems that they lowered the quality of service. I feel their prices don't reflect the goods and products. We know we can get better meals and snacks cheeper elsewhere.

Always a very friendly atmosphere their chicken is spongey and fake they could make their sandwiches with real breast meat from the local Tyson and it would save them costs! Products not always fresh as far as vegetables go and their located directly within the wal mart so that doesn't make since neither!

The girl at the Checkout was very rude. She ask questions about my daughter that was none of her business. I was paying for my food. And my daughter needed to go to the bathroom and she handed me her card to pay and the girl asked "Is that your daughter?" I said yes. Than she said "And your making her pay for her own food" and I said yes, she is married and she said so. I went to this Subway on March 16th and her name was Skylar. I will not do business with this Subway ever again.

They seem to have had a high turn over lately. I have seen them training 3 new people or just retraining them. The toaster seems to be broken. The last three times the bread did toast when watching them put it in.

I stopped by subway on my way to work to get a salad w/ranch dressing. This was my first salad from subway, it looked fantastic. I got to work and at dinner I poured the dressing over my salad and took my first bite, immediately realized they had not given me ranch dressing, it was fat free ranch who’s has 11 carbs per tablespoon, so 44 carbs had been poured over my salad. Being on a carbohydrate restrictive diet, this salad was now trash!
