I love this pet store. The animals are all well cared for and the lady who runs it is very knowledgeable. I would much rather shop here then run to Petco in Branson. Keeping it local.

I love this store and the lady running it so much. She’s so polite and fun to talk to about the Dragon I adopted from her! Super friendly and always clean. This shop is a blessing for exotic pet owners! ♥️

I visit all the time, whether it be to get food for my animals or just to look around. Great service and great variety of reptiles for such a small town. The staff are always kind and helpful. The only negative thing I could say is that they are closed quite a bit, but it’s understandable since it’s a small business. I would highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the Harrison area.

Went last Friday, the store is amazing and would've gotten 5 stars, but whenever I checked out I was telling the teenaged boy at the register how great the store was and how far we had cone to visit and he couldn't look up from his phone long enough to even make eye contact with me... I know small bussiness like this are generally family owned, but we need to teach the younger generation customer service. Call me old fashioned, but someone being on their phone is rude imo.

This is a great little pet shop!Friendly people and lots of critters to look at!Plus they're the only place to buy fish in Harrison.I'm only giving 4 stars because they aren't open certain days during the middle of the week.

The smell is really bad upon entering (too many guineapigs?), limited supply and definitely not friendly. The person behind the desk didn't ask me what I was needing or even offer a greeting. When I asked for assistance it was a task and felt I was disturbing so will find another store.

Great store! Good selection of freshwater fish and accessories. Lady there was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Prices were competitive plus I didn't have to travel.

Pretty cool place! There's a big ol bird that will talk to you!!;) There's gerbils , hamsters , lizards, turtles, fish, of coarse the cages and supplies. Smells nice n clean..

Not a wide variety of pets, which is not unusual given the covid-19 pandemic. The young man working was very friendly and knowledgeable, he explained evenly what he should of to my son when we was buying a guinea pig. Plus he helped us save money when buying the supplies to take care of him.

Love the workers, they have some cool critters you don't see often, prices are reasonable and the service is great. Sven is ridiculously amazing too if you get a chance to see him out roaming.

They have a great variety of stuff for all pets. Bought my 75gallon python tank here and they ordered me a top for it also, all for a great price. I will back to get my rats and all my python needs.

She doesn't always have what you want in but they try their best to get it for you and keep the animals healthy. Healthier than I've gotten other places and always make you feel welcome.

A little hard to catch them open, but a great place for pet supplies and pets themselves. Although they’re don’t always have everything. I would recommend to start selling some bird harness.

Amazing people, their retails and other animals/amphibians are well taken care of and healthy, in 2017 I brought them my Leopard Lizard bc I was pregnant and being put on bedrest for most of my pregnancy so I decided to bring my Lizard to them, I wanted it to have a loving home and I knew it would be properly cared for and he kept it as his own pet . I recommend going Scales and Tails to get a reptile or any other cute critter, you won't be sorry and their reptiles/animals are healthy, properly cared for bc they love their babies!!!

The best pet shop in Harrison. We got our gold fish here. They have supplies for fish tanks, aquariums, and more. They also have lots of birds and the things that go with them.
